Abstract

Yakkum Emergency Unit (YEU) is a non-governmental organization that focuses on emergency disaster response. YEU also has a mandate to provide protection and provide for the needs of vulnerable groups, including people with physical disabilities. One of the programs designed is to provide household level accessibility for people with physical disabilities. This includes providing emergency lights, installing handrails, making ramps, and repairing bathrooms. The purpose of this research is to identify cultural views towards physical disability before and after compliance with accessibility. This shows a comparison of society's views towards physical disability before and after the action including accessibility by the YAKKUM Emergency Unit which includes an evaluation of how stigma, perception and handling of individuals are carried out. physical disabilities change or do not change over time. This research uses qualitative methods. Qualitative research is suitable for cultural research because it uses data collection techniques such as data reduction and drawing conclusions. Previously, society had a stigma or negative perception towards individuals with physical disabilities, but after this intervention, there was an increase in social acceptance and inclusion for them. The role of the YAKKUM Emergency Unit in meeting accessibility needs in Ciputri Village is very important. Concrete steps such as building accessibility infrastructure have a real impact on the quality of life for individuals with physical disabilities in the community.

Abstract

The PNM Mekaar program is designed to address the poverty of underprivileged women through access to microfinance and business training. This study aims to analyze the design of the PNM Mekaar program using a rights-based social policy approach. This research uses a literature study method to identify concepts, theories, and empirical data related to women's economic empowerment. The results of the analysis show that the program is still needs-based without guaranteeing economic rights as part of human rights. A rights-based approach demands active participation, accountability, nondiscrimination, and equality in program design. The main findings reveal that although the program is effective in increasing women's income, it has not fully created sustainable structural change. Implementation based on rights principles can ensure that women are not only beneficiaries but also rights holders who can demand accountability. This study concludes the importance of reform policies to strengthen the inclusiveness and desirability aspects of the program in supporting social development goals and gender equality.

Abstract

Keberlanjutan dalam dunia bisnis modern semakin penting seiring meningkatnya kesadaran akan dampak lingkungan dan sosial. Penelitian ini mengkaji integrasi prinsip ESG 4Plus dalam program CSR PT Semen Jawa. Studi literatur kualitatif dilakukan dengan menganalisis publikasi terkait CSR dan kerangka ESG di industri semen. Tema utama diidentifikasi pada dimensi Environmental, Social, dan Governance, dengan tambahan elemen inovasi dan kolaborasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa PT Semen Jawa berhasil mengimplementasikan inisiatif berbasis ESG, termasuk pengelolaan limbah, konservasi keanekaragaman hayati, dan adopsi energi terbarukan untuk keberlanjutan lingkungan. Program sosial menitikberatkan pada pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pendidikan, kesehatan, dan pembangunan infrastruktur. Praktik Governance menjamin transparansi dan etika bisnis. Inovasi, seperti teknologi ramah lingkungan, dan kolaborasi dengan pemangku kepentingan memperkuat dampak program CSR. Penelitian ini menyoroti kontribusi kerangka ESG 4Plus PT Semen Jawa terhadap pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) dengan menjawab kesenjangan dalam penelitian sebelumnya, seperti kurangnya integrasi ESG dan pelibatan masyarakat. Temuan ini memperkuat potensi strategi ESG yang komprehensif untuk menciptakan dampak berkelanjutan jangka panjang di industri semen dan sektor lainnya.

Abstract

PNM Mekaar merupakan program pembiayaan mikro yang bertujuan meningkatkan inklusi keuangan dan pemberdayaan ekonomi perempuan prasejahtera. Penelitian ini menganalisis rekonsiliasi nilai kebijakan dalam implementasi program, yaitu efisiensi, kesetaraan, keamanan, dan kebebasan. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan literature review berbasis model TCCM (Theory, Context, Characteristics, Methodology), penelitian ini mensintesis temuan dari berbagai studi terdahulu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun program ini efektif dalam meningkatkan akses keuangan, masih terdapat ketimpangan dalam penerapannya. Efisiensi program sering berbenturan dengan kesetaraan, sementara regulasi keamanan keuangan dapat membatasi kebebasan penerima manfaat. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan kebijakan yang lebih fleksibel, seperti mekanisme subsidi silang, fleksibilitas pembayaran, serta peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat dalam pengambilan keputusan. Studi ini memberikan rekomendasi untuk kebijakan mikrofinansial yang lebih inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education plays a crucial role in shaping gender awareness from an early age. This study aims to analyze how the social environment in PAUD contributes to children's understanding of gender based on Bronfenbrenner’s Ecological Systems Theory. A literature review method was used to examine relevant studies. The findings indicate that each ecological system microsystem, mesosystem, exosystem, macrosystem, and chronosystem contributes to shaping children’s gender perception. The microsystem, including family and school, directly influences how children understand gender roles, while the mesosystem, exosystem, and macrosystem establish norms and policies affecting gender education in PAUD. This study also identifies challenges in implementing gender-based education, such as bias in teaching materials, lack of teacher training, and cultural and social norms. Therefore, a comprehensive strategy is needed through gender integration in the curriculum, teacher capacity building, and active parental involvement in supporting inclusive gender education.Keywords - Bronfenbrenner’s Ecological Theory, Early Childhood Education, Gender Awareness, Inclusive Education.
