Abstract

Abstract This research aims to determine the effectiveness of Bilingual Class Mathematics and Sciences Educational Teacher State University of Jakarta (PGMIPABI) State University of Jakarta. This research is evaluation program, conducted at Faculty of Mathematics and Sciences, State University of Jakarta, use Countenance Stake models. Based on the result data analysis and data interpretation formulated: (1) PGMIPABI Program at State University of Jakarta conducted professionally, with clear legal basis, and involve stakeholders; (2) PGMIPABI program at State University of Jakarta, conducted with support by lecturer staff, utilizing the integrated infrastructure management, so as meet the satisfaction by students; (3) PGMIPABI program of State University of Jakarta, produces MIPA teacher candidates with good performance and well received by bilingual school when a field study. Based on the result, can concluded the PGMIPABI State University of Jakarta was effective. Then researcher recommended this program will be continuous, but the Lecturer ability about teaching in English on mathematic and sciences will be improve. Keywords: PGMIPABI, Evaluation Program, Stake Countenance Model Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas program pendidikan guru MIPA Kelas Bilingual (PGMIPABI). Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian evaluasi program, yang dilakukan di Fakultas Matematika dan Ilmu Pengetahuan Alam Universitas Negeri Jakarta dengan menggunakan pendekatan Model Countenance Stake. Menggunakan angket, pedoman wawancara sebagai alat pengumpul data. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dan interpretasi data dirumuskan kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) program PGMIPABI Universitas Negeri Jakarta direncanakan secara professional, dengan dasar hukum yang jelas, dan melibatkan stake holders; (2) Pelaksanaan PGMIPABI Universitas Negeri Jakarta didukung oleh tenaga pendidik, tenaga kependidikan, memanfaatkan sarana prasarana penunjang yang dikelola secara terpadu, sehingga memberikan kepuasan terhadap mahasiswa; namun masih sangat terbatas dosen yang menguasai kemampuan mengajar dengan pengantar bahasa inggris, (3) PGMIPABI Universitas Negeri Jakarta menghasilkan calon guru MIPA Bilingual dengan prestasi baik dan diterima dengan baik oleh sekolah bilingual di tempat mereka PPL (Program Pengalaman Lapangan). Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa PGMIPABI sudah berjalan secara efektif. Peneliti merekomendasikan sebaiknya PGMIPABI dilanjutkan, dan perlu peningkatan kemampuan dosen menggunakan bahasa inggris dalam pembelajaran. Abstract

This study aims to develop a Macromedia Flash-based test device using Horizontal Anchor Items for the National Examination in High School Physics lessons. The research method used in this study is research and development. This research and development uses a qualitative and quantitative approach and uses the Research and Development (R & D) development model of the Dick and Carey model. The results of the validation test of the National Examination test instrument by material experts showed that the National Examination test instrument that had been developed had very good quality (91.25%) when viewed in terms of material. Besides, the results of the validation test of the National Examination test instrument by media experts showed that the National Examination test instruments that had been developed had very good quality (87.5%) when viewed in terms of media. In the first stage of the empirical test, the first reliability test device was quite good, while the second test device showed sufficient reliability. Besides that, the two test kits showed that all items were declared valid. The results of the Person fit for the test respondent of the first test device, and the second test device showed that there were no respondents who were inconsistent, careless, lucky, or cheating. In the second stage of the empirical test, the first test device showed quite good reliability, while the second test device showed sufficient reliability. Besides that, both the test kits show that all items are declared valid. So that the two test kits were declared feasible and could be used for the implementation of the Computer-Based National Examination in Physics.

Abstract

Abstract: Evaluation of swimming sports coaching programs for disabled athletes in the National Paralympic Committee (NPC) organization aims to assess the effectiveness of programs run by the South Kalimantan Province NPC by analyzing the role of each factor in accordance with the CIPP approach model. The CIPP model consists of four types of evaluations, namely: context evaluation, input evaluation, process evaluation. The data were analyzed using qualitative descriptive techniques. The results of the study were used for recommendations to all institutions/agencies/organizations in the field of sports in improving coaching for athletes with disabilities, especially in the field of swimming sports.Abstrak: Evaluasi program pembinaan cabang olahraga renang bagi atlet disabilitas pada organisasi National Paralympic Committee (NPC) bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektifitas program yang dijalankan oleh NPC Provinsi Kalimantan Selatan dengan menganalisis peran masing-masing faktor sesuai dengan model pendekatan CIPP. Model CIPP terdiri dari empat jenis evaluasi, yaitu: evaluasi konteks (context evaluation), evaluasi masukan (input evaluation), evaluasi proses (process evaluation). Data dianalisis menggunakan tehnik deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil penelitian dijadikan rekomendasi untuk bahan masukan kepada seluruh lembaga/instansi/organisasi bidang keolahragaan dalam meningkatkan pembinaan bagi atlet disabilitas, terutama dalam bidang olahraga renang.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengembangkan bahan ajar untuk materi dampak pemanasan global berbasis Problem Based Learning (PBL) menggunakan Learning Management System (LMS) Schoology. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Research and Development dengan pendekatan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Bahan ajar yang dihasilkan berbasis Problem Based Learning dan dapat diakses menggunakan laptop maupun smartphone yang terkoneksi dengan jaringan internet. Konten dari bahan ajar ini terdiri atas permasalahan, latihan, kuis dan diskusi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, hasil validasi ahli materi pada aspek kualitas isi sebesar 75% dengan kategori baik, pada aspek keterbahasaan sebesar 75% dengan kategori baik, dan pada aspek keterlaksanaan sebesar 83,333% dengan kategori sangat baik. Hasil validasi ahli media pada aspek kualitas media sebesar 62,5% dengan kategori baik, pada aspek tampilan bahan ajar sebesar 75% dengan kategori baik, pada aspek tampilan media social schoology sebesar 75% dengan kategori baik, dan pada aspek kemudahan penggunaan sebesar 75% dengan kategori baik. Hasil validasi ahli pembelajaran pada aspek karakteristik pembelajaran problem based learning sebesar 81,667% dengan kategori sangat baik. Bahan ajar dampak pemanasan global berbasis Problem Based Learning menggunakan Learning Management System (LMS) Schoology sesuai untuk dijadikan referensi bahan ajar dampak pemanasan global. The purpose of this study is using Schoology's Learning Management System (LMS) in developing teaching materials related to the impact of global warming based on Problem Based Learning (PBL). The method used in this study are Research and Development with ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model., Teaching materials produced are based on Problem Based Learning and could be accessed using laptops or smartphones connected to the internet.The content of this teaching material consists of problems, exercises, quizzes and discussions. Based on results, the results of material expert validation on the aspect of content quality were 75% with good categories, on the aspect of knowledge by 75% with good categories, and on aspects of implementation by 83,333% with very good categories. The results of media expert validation on media quality aspects amounted to 62.5% with a good category, in the aspect of display of teaching materials by 75% with good categories, on the display aspects of social media schoology at 75% with good categories, and on ease of use by 75% in good category. The results of learning expert validation on the problem based learning aspects of learning characteristics amounted to 81.667% with very good categories. Teaching materials from this study can be used as reference materials for teaching the impact of global warming.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi yang semakin pesat membuat guru harus kreatif memanfaatkan media-media yang ada dalam proses belajar mengajar. E- book merupakan salah satu media pembelajaran yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mempermudah proses pembelajaran. E-book dapat diakses dengan mudah oleh peserta didik sehingga memudahkan guru dalam proses belajar mengajar. Dalam pembutan E-book ini materi yang dipilih adalah Materi Suhu dan Kalor karena dapat menganimasikan GAMBAR dan teks sehingga memperjelas teori dengan baik dan peserta didik tidak merasa bosan dalam proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan E-book berbasis 3D PageFlip pada materi Suhu dan Kalor dengan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning. Media Pembelajaran ini dikembangkan untuk menjadi referensi pada saat proses pembelajaran.Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode research and development dengan pendekatan model ADDIE , yang dilakukan dari langkah pertama sampai langkah kelima yakni, menganalisis kebutuhan sampai mengembangkan media pembelajaran e-book dan dilakukan revisi pada setiap langkah yang dilakukan. Media Pembelajaran yang dihasilkan bebasis 3D pageFlip dengan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning.Konten dari media pembelajaran ini adalah terdiri dari materi,video,LKPD menggunakan 3D PageFlip. Media pembelajaran E-book berbasis 3D PageFlip pada materi Suhu dan Kalor dengan model pembelajaran Discovery Learning sesuai dijadikan media pada saat proses belajar mengajar. Technological progress is increasingly rapid, making teachers creative to use the media in the teaching and learning process. The e-book is one of the learning media that can be used to facilitate the learning process. E-books can be easily accessed by students making it easier for teachers in the teaching and learning process. In the preparation of this E-book, the selected material is Temperature and Heat Material because it can animate images and text so that it clarifies the theory well and students do not feel bored in the learning process. This research aims to develop 3D PageFlip-based E-books on Temperature and Heat material with Discovery Learning models. Learning Media was developed to be a reference during the learning process. The method used in this study is the research and development method with the ADDIE model approach, which is carried out from the first step to the fifth step namely, analyzing the needs to develop e-book learning media and at the revision of each step taken. Learning Media produced by 3D page flip with the Discovery Learning model. The content of this learning media consists of material, video, LKPD using 3D PageFlip. The 3D PageFlip-based E-book learning media on the Temperature and Heat material with the Discovery Learning model is suitable as a medium during the teaching and learning process.

Abstract

Abstrak Masih diperlukannya tatap muka antara guru dan siswa disamping pembelajaran online membuat pembelajaran secara blended learning banyak dipakai saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar elektronik berbasis STEM yang digunakan untuk pembelajaran secara blended learning. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode research and development (RnD) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE. Model pengembangan ADDIE meliputi lima tahapan, yaitu tahap analisis (Analyze), tahap perencanaan (Design), tahap pengembangan (Development), tahap implementasi (Implementation), dan tahap evaluasi (Evaluation). Bahan ajar elektronik ini dikembangkan berbasis STEM. Konten dari bahan ajar ini terdiri dari kompetensi, materi, lembar kerja peserta didik untuk praktikum, tugas projek, diskusi, dan kuis. Pada bahan ajar elektronik ini juga dilengkapi dengan gambar, animasi, simulasi, praktikum virtual, dan video. Bahan ajar yang dihasilkan divalidasi oleh ahli materi, ahli media, ahli pembelajaran, menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji keterbacaan oleh beberapa guru dan siswa. Kata-kata kunci: bahan ajar, STEM, blended learning, fluida. Abstract Face-to-face learning between teachers and students, besides online learning, is still needed makes blended learning widely used today. This research aims to develop STEM-based electronic teaching materials that are used for blended learning. The research method used is the research and development (R&D) method with the ADDIE development model. The ADDIE development model includes five stages. There is the analysis stage (Analyze), the planning stage (Design), the development stage (Development), the implementation (Implementation), and the evaluation stage (Evaluation). This electronic teaching material was developed based on STEM. This teaching material's content consists of competencies, material, student worksheets for practicum, project assignments, discussions, and quizzes. The electronic teaching materials are also equipped with pictures, animations, simulations, virtual practicums, and videos. Teaching materials produced validated by material experts, media experts, learning experts, using a questionnaire with a Likert scale and product trials by teachers and students. Abstract

Abstrak Knoublach dalam B.Keefe & Copeland (2011) mengatakan soal dengan literasi merupakan soal yang membutuhkan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi[1]. Keberhasilan penguasaan suatu konsep menurut Laily (2013) adalah dengan mengetahui sejauh apa aspek reasoning siswa sehingga dapat menganalisis serta mengsintesis, mengevaluasi, dan mengkreasikan suatu konsep secara baik sehingga dijadikan memori yang permanen dalam otak siswa[2]. Pada penelitian ini, tes yang akan digunakan sebagai instrumen penilaian adalah pilihan ganda bertingkat (two tier multiple choice) yang menyediakan soal dengan jawaban berupa beberapa pilihan yang disertai alasan [3]. Kompetensi yang dimaksud berdasarkan kompetensi literasi sains dalam framework PISA 2015 berdasarkan OECD 2016 adalah: a) Menjelaskan fenomena ilmiah, b) Mengevaluasi dan merancang penyelidikan ilmiah, c) Menginterpretasi data dan bukti ilmiah. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan LMS Schoology selama pembelajaran daring di masa pandemi COVID-19. Penggunaan LMS dimaksudkan untuk merancang instrumen dengan stimulus yang tidak dapat disampaikan melalui tes tertulis, yakni simulasi. Materi usaha dan energi dipilih dalam penelitian ini karena dalam penelitian Maison, Neneng Lestari dan Anjas Widaningtyas (2020) masih terdapat miskonsepsi dalam kompetensi dasar materi tersebut[4]. Kata-kata kunci: Kompetensi, PISA, two tier, Usaha dan Energi Abstract Knoublach in B.Keefe & Copeland (2011) stated that literacy item are the one that needs higher order thinking skills[1]. The key of success in understanding a concept based on Laily (2013) is by knowing how far a student know how to reason, analyze, evaluate, and create a well understood concept and by that student’s brain will take that as a permanent memory[2]. In this research, two tier multiple choice will be used. As it is an instrument that are able to provide items not only to solve the problem, but also students get to pick which reasons suits their answers best [3]. Competency in PISA 2015 based on OECD 2016 are students able to: a) explain natural phenomenon, b) design and evaluate scientific project, c) interpret data and scientific evidence. This research will be delivered using Schoology during schools online meetings due to COVID 19 outbreak. The use of Schoology is aimed to design an instrument with various stimulus that can not be given by paper based test such as simulation. Work and forces are choosen as the topic of the test instrument due to lack of understanding and misconception in the area[4]. Keywords: Competency, PISA, two tier, Work and Forces

Abstract

Human resources is one of the crucial aspects to achieve the company goals. Turnover intention is a serious problem encountered by the company because it can disrupt the company activities in achieving its goals. Turnover intention is the process or attitude of an employee to consider leaving the current job, and to find alternative employment opportunities in other organizations or companies that are better. The objective of this research was to find out the influence of Compensation and Career Development mediated through Employee Engagement toward Turnover Intention of the permanent officers employees at the Head Office of PT Bank Syariah Mandiri. In this research, the researcher took the samples by using non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. The samples were the permanent officers of PT. Bank Syariah Mandiri (Head Office) consisted of 291 respondents from the total of 404 permanent officers. The researcher used structural equation model in testing, analyzing the data, and model development. The Data were analyzed by using statistical software tools (LISREL 8.8). The results were: 1) Compensation has a direct negative influence on turnover intention, 2) Career development has a direct negative influence on turnover intention, 3) Compensation has a direct positive influence on employee engagement, 4) Career development has a direct positive influence on employee engagement, 5) Employee engagement has a direct negative influence on turnover intention, 6) Compensation has an indirect negative influence on turnover intention through employee engagement and 7) Career development has an indirect negative influence on turnover intention through employee engagement.
