Penelitian ini menggunakan tipe penelitian hukum empiris. Hasil Penlitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Penerapan Restorative Justice Terhadap Tindak Pidana Ujaran Kebencian Melalui Media Elektronik Di Wilayah Hukum Polrestabes Makassar. dapat dianggap efektif dalam beberapa aspek, Dalam hal ini Partisipasi Masyarakat, Melibatkan masyarakat dalam proses penyelesaian konflik dapat membangun rasa kepemilikan dan tanggung jawab kolektif untuk mencegah ujaran kebencian. (2) Faktor apa yang mempengaruhi penerapan Restorative Justice Terhadap Tindak Pidana Ujaran Kebencian melalui media elektronik adalah Media Sosial dan Komunikas Pengaruh platform media elektronik yang dapat mempercepat penyebaran ujaran kebencian, serta tantangan dalam melacak dan menangani kasus-kasus tersebut, The research objective is to analyze the application of restorative justice to criminal acts of hate speech through electronic media in the jurisdiction of the Makassar Police Department.
