Abstract

Kampung Prafi, Distrik Manokwari Selatan, Kabupaten Manokwari, Provinsi Papua Barat. Pertambangan merupakan penyumbang terbesar bagi Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD) Kabupaten Manokwari, terutama dari penambangan batuan sirtu, karena banyaknya sungai di daerah ini. Potensi penambangan sirtu sangat besar dan dapat dikelola oleh perusahaan tambang lokal untuk memenuhi kebutuhan infrastruktur di Manokwari dan permintaan dari luar wilayah. Namun, kegiatan penambangan dapat mengganggu lingkungan. Oleh karena itu, PT. XYZ yang bergerak dalam penambangan sirtu di Kampung Prafi akan melakukan estimasi biaya untuk perbaikan lingkungan pasca-penambangan, atau reklamasi tambang. Estimasi biaya reklamasi tambang batuan di PT. XYZ mencakup perhitungan rinci biaya langsung dan tidak langsung untuk menentukan bentuk revegetasi. Tujuannya adalah agar program reklamasi lahan pasca-tambang batuan pada kegiatan eksplorasi di PT. XYZ dapat diketahui secara rinci dan terpercaya, serta dilakukan sesuai dengan peraturan pemerintah yang berlaku.

Abstract

This study is part of mining exploration activities, which are crucial to ensure the accuracy of reserve estimates in order to support effective production planning. This is particularly important given the frequent discrepancies between exploration data and actual mining realization. Therefore, a detailed analysis is required to identify the factors causing tonnage deviations in saprolite nickel ore deposits. This study aims to analyze the differences between saprolite nickel ore deposit reserves from exploration results and mining realization at the Gee Island Mining Block and identify the factors influencing these discrepancies. The method used is the area of influence approach, where reserve calculations are based on determining the boundary areas around drill holes, covering half of the area between adjacent drill holes. The mining system applied is an open-pit mine with a mining recovery rate of 90%. The results show that the mined nickel ore tonnage in July was 20,161 tons from exploration, with an actual production tonnage of 19,432 tons, while in August, the exploration tonnage was 25,603 tons, with an actual production tonnage of 24,410 tons. The percentage of tonnage deviation reached 3.62% in July and 4.66% in August. Several factors were identified as causes of tonnage reduction, including drilling spacing and recovery, preparation process, ore extraction technique, and the applied reserve calculation method.

Abstract

Planning the Structure of the Semarang Hajj Dormitory Building is located on Jl. Abdul Rahman Saleh No. 285, Kalipancur, Kec. Ngaliyan, Semarang City, Central Java. This arama was built to improve the facilities and infrastructure of pilgrims in the Semarang area.The planning of this building is carried out with primary data such as data from soil sondir, and is equipped with other secondary data. This structural planning analysis is assisted by the SAP 2000 software application (Structure Analyst Program) for structural modeling and calculating internal forces. The analysis carried out includes: calculation of the structure of the Foundation, Columns, Beams, Plates and Roofs.From the results of the analysis obtained the type of foundation using piles with P1:1.00x1.75x0.70 m with 2 piles measuring 30x30 cm 9 m depth, P2:1.80x1.80x0.70 m with 4 piles measuring 35x35 cm depth 9 m, P3:1,90x1,90x0,70 m with 5 piles measuring 30x30 cm with a depth of 9 m. beam size 40x70 3-D22 principal reinforcement (support) 10-150 shear reinforcement, 3-D22 principal reinforcement (field) 10-150 shear reinforcement. beam size 30x50 2-D22 principal reinforcement (support) 10-150 shear reinforcement, 2-D22 main reinforcement (field) 10-150 shear reinforcement. beam size 15x30 main reinforcement 2-D19 (support) shear reinforcement 10-150, 2-D19 main reinforcement (field) shear reinforcement 10-150. Column 60x60 main reinforcement 8-D25, shear reinforcement 10-150. Column 70x70 main reinforcement 12-D25, shear reinforcement 10-150. Roof rafter beam WF 250.125.6.9, steel column WF 250.125.6.9, gording C. 125.50.20.2,3, roof covering: steel roof (span deck) distance between roof rafter beams 4 m, distance between steel columns 4 m, distance between gording 1 m, bolt diameter using 16 mm and steel anchor diameter 16 mm (length 50 cm). From the calculation results, each element of the building structure can be categorized as safe.

Abstract

One of the tunnel excavation method on underground mine Grasberg Block Caving method heading and bench, the size of the tunnel were observed (width, m x height, m) 6.8 x 6 (headings) and 6.8 x 3 (bench). After the excavation is done on a heading followed by the activities of ground support, then do the blasting vertical benching. Blasting activities can give bad impact among others fly rock and an excessive burst of energy that could damage ground support on drift back. Ground support is used namely splitset, wire mesh, threadbar and cable bolt. The geometry of the blasting is applied on the area of Grasberg And Drift 5 and 7 (exhaust) the burden of 1.75 m, spacing 1.40 m, height 3 m, benching depth hole explosive 4 m with a slope of 50 and 150, field 2.1 m, 0.8 m, drilling sub powder factor of 1.14 kg/m3 and stemming is not used. The draft of the proposed blasting, based on prediction method using C.J. Konya and Berta G produces a range of fly rock 2.61 m and energy blast 40,24 MJ.
