Abstract

The school environment is the second main educational environment after the family. Students, teachers administrators, counselors live together and carry out education regularly and well planned. The problem studied in this article is how the environment of SMP Muhammadiyah 57 Medan. How are the students' learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects at SMP Muhammadiyah 57 Medan. Is there an influence of school environment on student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education subjects at Muhammadiyah 57 Junior High School in Medan? Character education involves school culture and family environment, character education is an effort to help develop human potential in order to form morals, character and personality as a whole human being.

Abstract

This article discusses the phenomenon of criminalisation of online gambling in society and its implications for the criminal justice system in Indonesia. Gambling, which is regulated in the Criminal Code (KUHP) Article 303 and Article 303 bis, has undergone transformation in line with the development of information technology. Online gambling, as a form of gambling that utilises the internet, poses new challenges in law enforcement and community protection. In this context, this study aims to analyse the social impact of online gambling as well as the effectiveness of the criminal justice system in handling gambling cases that occur in cyberspace. Through a normative approach and juridical analysis, this article finds that despite clear regulations on gambling, the implementation of the law still faces obstacles, including the lack of public understanding of the risks and legal consequences of online gambling. Therefore, synergy between law enforcement, government, and the community is needed to create more effective awareness and prevention of online gambling practices.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah cara remaja berinteraksi, namun juga membawa tantangan baru berupa meningkatnya risiko perundungan digital (cyberbullying). Kondisi ini terjadi di Desa Kalijoso, Kecamatan Secang, Kabupaten Magelang, di mana masih rendahnya pemahaman dan kesadaran pada hukum serta etika digital di kalangan remaja sekitar juga menjadi salah satu faktor rentan. Program pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran hukum, membangun literasi digital dasar, serta memperkuat peran keluarga dan masyarakat dalam pencegahan cyberbullying. program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini berbasis partisipatif bersama dengan mitra Pemerintah Desa Kalijoso. Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui tiga bentuk utama: sosialisasi hukum dan etika digital, pelatihan literasi digital, serta diskusi kelompok antara remaja, orang tua, dan tokoh masyarakat. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan instrumen pre-test dan post-test. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata skor dari 56,7 menjadi 85,3, dengan peningkatan terbesar pada pemahaman bentuk cyberbullying dan konsekuensi hukum. Selain peningkatan pengetahuan, terjadi pula perubahan sikap dan perilaku peserta terhadap penggunaan media digital. Keterlibatan aktif masyarakat menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan partisipatif dan inklusif efektif dalam membangun kesadaran kolektif terhadap keamanan digital. Program ini menjadi contoh praktik baik dalam upaya pencegahan cyberbullying di lingkungan pedesaan.
