Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang Eksistensi Perkembangan Tarekat Naqsyabandiyah di Pauh Kota Padang (2009-2022). Kajian ini dilakukan karena tarekat Naqsyabandiyah mengalami perkembangan, yang mampu memberikan perubahan bagi masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode sejarah dengan langkah-langkah Pertama Heuristik, yang kedua kritik, yang ketiga interprestasi, dan yang ke empat histografi. Fokus kajian ini adalah bagaimana peran Surau Baru dan perkembangan tarekat Naqsyabandiyah di Kecamatan Pauh Kota Padan pada tahun 2009-2022. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini (1) Surau Baru mempunyai peran yang sangat penting dalam perkembangan tarekat Naqsyabandiyah di Kecamatan Pauh Kota Padang dan menjaadi tempat pelaksanaan ibadah pokok tarekat Naqsyabandiyah. (2) Perkembangan tarekat Naqsyabandiyah di Kecamatan Pauh Kota Padang 2009-2022. Ajaran tarekat Naqsyabandiyah ini dibawa oleh Syekh Muhammad Thaib, seorang warga Pasar Baru Kota Padang yang sudah cukup lama menuntut ilmu di Mekah. Setelah pulang dari Mekah pada tahun 1905 M, Pada tahun kedatangan Syekh Muhammad Thaib, ajaran tarekat Syathariyah memang lebih mendominasi di daerah Sumatera Barat, tetapi belakangan tarekat itu mulai ditinggalkan oleh penduduk sekitar. Hal ini dimanfaatkan oleh Syekh Muhammad Thaib untuk menyebarkan ajarannya. Dia mendekati penduduk dengan ramah, sehingga ajarannya dengan cepat dapat diterima oleh masyarakat. Setelah meninggalnya Buya Syafri Malin Mudo tarekat Naqsyabandiyah dipimpin oleh Buya Zahar, sejak meninggalnya Buya Syafri Malin Mudo tarekat Naqsyabandiyah ini mengalami tidak eksis dan begitu berkembang lagi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop a natural science learning game oriented towards local Papuan culture for grade IV elementary school students that is feasible and effective. This research uses a qualitative approach with R&D (Research and Development) research methods with the Lee & Owen development model. The results of the formative evaluation showed an average feasibility test of material experts, learning design experts, and media experts of 3.94  with good conclusions, one-to-one evaluations with students obtaining an average of 3.05 with good conclusions, small group evaluations obtaining an average of 3.43 with very good conclusions, and field trial evaluations obtained an average score of 3.61 with a very good conclusion, so it was concluded that the science learning game oriented towards local Papuan culture for grade IV elementary school students was very good. Test the effectiveness of science learning game development oriented to local Papuan culture, tested through a t-test. The results show a Sig. (2-tailed) value of 0.000 < 0.05, so there is a significant difference between science learning outcomes in pretest and posttest data, and it can be concluded that science learning games oriented towards local Papuan culture are effective in improving the learning outcomes of grade IV elementary school students.

Abstract

Parallax mapping is a visual rendering technique that creates the illusion of three-dimensional (3D) depth in two-dimensional (2D) game environments by shifting background layers relative to camera movement. While widely supported in advanced game engines such as Unity and Godot, its application in RPG Maker MV/MZ—a platform favored by indie developers for its accessibility—has not been adequately explored in existing game development literature. This study addresses that gap by introducing a custom five-layer parallax mapping pipeline optimized for RPG Maker’s PIXI.js-based renderer, which is not natively designed to support complex depth effects.The proposed system introduces performance-conscious features, including grouped texture loading, dynamic layer visibility (adaptive culling), and a logarithmic depth-scaling method that enhances realism without overwhelming system resources. To evaluate its effectiveness, the study adopts a sequential explanatory mixed-methods approach consisting of two phases: quantitative benchmarking across three hardware tiers (low-end, mid-range, and high-end), and qualitative feedback collection from 20 participants comprising both players and developers. Findings reveal that the system consistently achieves over 46 frames per second (FPS) on low-end devices while improving perceived depth and spatial realism by 38%. Additionally, 85% of users expressed a preference for the parallax-enhanced visuals due to increased immersion and aesthetic quality. These results demonstrate that cinematic visual depth is achievable in RPG Maker with proper optimization, offering practical guidance for developers working under technical constraints.

Abstract

One of the reasons behind the researcher in conducting this study is the publication of a manuscript about Syech Burhanuddin stored in the National Library, the manuscript provides an important contribution in revealing the intellectual history of Islam in Minangkabau. In addition, Syech Burhanuddin is known as a central figure who introduced the first Islamic educational institution in the Minangkabau region, so that his existence has historical and pedagogical significance that deserves further exploration. Based on these considerations, the researcher is interested in raising a study with the title "Islamic Educational Thoughts of Syech Burhanuddin in the Book Written by Rauf Pakie Malano and Abdul Manaf." Through this research, it is hoped that it can contribute to increasing understanding of the history and development of Islamic education in Minangkabau in a more in-depth and contextual manner.

Abstract

This study aims to design and implement Sports and Health Physical Education (PJOK) learning oriented to local wisdom through the use of traditional Urang Banjar games. The local wisdom contained in the traditional game of Urang Banjar includes social, cultural, and environmental wisdom values that have colored Banjar society for centuries. The research method used was classroom action research (PTK) involving high school PJOK class students in the Banjar area. This research focuses on developing a curriculum based on local wisdom by integrating traditional Urang Banjar games as one of its main components. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and assessments of student participation in these traditional games. The results showed that the use of traditional Urang Banjar games in PJOK learning had a positive impact on students' understanding of local wisdom, physical health, and social values. Students show higher levels of participation and greater enthusiasm in this learning. In addition, they also better understand the importance of maintaining the surrounding culture and environment. In conclusion, learning PJOK oriented to local wisdom using traditional Urang Banjar games can be an effective approach to increase students' understanding of physical health, cultural values, and environmental wisdom. This supports the integration of local cultural heritage in the educational curriculum, which can produce a generation that is more insightful and has good physical health, while preserving local traditions.
