Abstract

Compensation and Work Environment The Mediating Role of Motivation in Improving Employee Performance at PT Agung Toyota Duri Branch. The population in this study was the total number of employees of PT Agung Toyota Duri Branch, totaling 86 people. Meanwhile, in sampling this research used a saturated sampling technique, that is, the entire population was sampled because the population was relatively small, namely 86 people.This research uses primary data, namely data obtained from questionnaire results as an instrument to prove the research results. Meanwhile, secondary data used includes data regarding the number of employees, organizational structure and general description of the company. To test the hypothesis in this research, we use a structural equation model with the help of the SmartPLS program. The research results show that 1) compensation has a positive and significant effect on motivation, 2) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on motivation, 3) compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance, 4) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance, 5) motivation has a positive effect and significant to performance, 6) compensation influences performance through motivation, and 7) the work environment influences performance through motivation. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of village apparatus services on community satisfaction. The analysis in this study uses a dependent variable, namely community satisfaction and an independent variable, namely village apparatus services. The research sample is the community of Karya Indah Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency who provide services. The sampling technique is random sampling. The number of samples is 100 people. The results of the study show that the village apparatus service variable has a significant effect on the satisfaction of the community of Karya Indah Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency. It is known that the t (count) value (9.475)> t (table) (1.984) and Sig. (0.00) <0.05, meaning that the village apparatus service variable has a significant effect on the satisfaction of the community of Karya Indah Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency. The R Square value in this study is 0.706. This shows that there is a strong relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The village apparatus service variable as a whole has an influence of 70.6% on the community satisfaction variable. While the remaining 29.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of marketing strategy on customer satisfaction at PT Sumber Trijaya Lestari in Pekanbaru City. A marketing strategy is a company's effort to design and implement a marketing mix that includes product, price, distribution, and promotion in order to create added value for customers. This research uses a quantitative method with a survey approach. The population of the study consists of customers of PT Sumber Trijaya Lestari, with a sample size of 133 respondents and 10 indicators. Data were collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using simple linear regression.The results show that the t-test value for the marketing strategy variable (X) is 3.300, which is greater than the t-table value of 2.002, with a significance level of 0.004, which is less than 0.05. This means that the marketing strategy has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at PT Sumber Trijaya Lestari in Pekanbaru City. This proves that the better the marketing strategy implemented by the company, the higher the level of customer satisfaction. The Adjusted R Square value (coefficient of determination) is 0.550, meaning that the marketing strategy can explain 55% of the variation in customer satisfaction, while the remaining 45% is influenced by other variables outside of this study. This indicates that customer satisfaction is not only affected by the marketing strategy but also by other factors such as product quality, service, price, customer trust, brand image, and previous experiences. These external factors can contribute to the level of customer satisfaction but were not examined in this research.
