Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality and price on customer satisfaction at Ayam Penyet Ria Restaurant, Jl. Jendral. Sudirman Pekanbaru. The sample in this study was 100 consumers. Data analysis used was validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, hypothesis test and determination coefficient test. Based on the results of the study, it is known that through partial test (t-test) there is a significant effect of service quality on customer satisfaction with the test results known t count (2.048) > t table (1.984) and Sig. (0.000) < 0.05. There is a significant effect of price on customer satisfaction with the test results known t count (3.724) > t table (1.984) and Sig. (0.000) < 0.05. Simultaneously shows that service quality (X1) and price (X2) together affect customer satisfaction at Ayam Penyet Ria Jl. Jendral. Sudirman Pekanbaru with the test results known Fcount (324.507) > Ftable (3.09) with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. In terms of the determination coefficient, the service quality and price variables have an influence of 87.3% on consumer satisfaction while the remaining 12.7% is explained by other factors not studied by the author.

Abstract

Compensation and Work Environment The Mediating Role of Motivation in Improving Employee Performance at PT Agung Toyota Duri Branch. The population in this study was the total number of employees of PT Agung Toyota Duri Branch, totaling 86 people. Meanwhile, in sampling this research used a saturated sampling technique, that is, the entire population was sampled because the population was relatively small, namely 86 people.This research uses primary data, namely data obtained from questionnaire results as an instrument to prove the research results. Meanwhile, secondary data used includes data regarding the number of employees, organizational structure and general description of the company. To test the hypothesis in this research, we use a structural equation model with the help of the SmartPLS program. The research results show that 1) compensation has a positive and significant effect on motivation, 2) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on motivation, 3) compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance, 4) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance, 5) motivation has a positive effect and significant to performance, 6) compensation influences performance through motivation, and 7) the work environment influences performance through motivation. Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of village apparatus services on community satisfaction. The analysis in this study uses a dependent variable, namely community satisfaction and an independent variable, namely village apparatus services. The research sample is the community of Karya Indah Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency who provide services. The sampling technique is random sampling. The number of samples is 100 people. The results of the study show that the village apparatus service variable has a significant effect on the satisfaction of the community of Karya Indah Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency. It is known that the t (count) value (9.475)> t (table) (1.984) and Sig. (0.00) <0.05, meaning that the village apparatus service variable has a significant effect on the satisfaction of the community of Karya Indah Village, Tapung District, Kampar Regency. The R Square value in this study is 0.706. This shows that there is a strong relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. The village apparatus service variable as a whole has an influence of 70.6% on the community satisfaction variable. While the remaining 29.4% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

Kaum perempuan juga mempunyai andil besar dalam kegiatan penanggulangan kemiskinan melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat. Salah satunya kaum perempuan dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan keluarganya dengan melakukan kegiatan usaha produktif rumah tangga, dengan memproduksi dan menjual makan rumahan. Peluang bisnis makanan rumahan masih terbuka karena makanan rumahan merupakan makanan pokok masyarakat, dimana makanan tersebut dibutuhkan setiap saat. Bisnis makanan rumahan tidak terlalu sulit dilakukan, karena ibu-ibu rumah tangga dapat melakukan kegiatan produksi atau memasak sekaligus untuk keluarganya dan bahan bakunya mudah diperoleh di pasar-pasar tradisional. Dan juga merupaakan konsep mencipkan makanan yang halal dan thoibah Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilaksanakan Ibu-ibu Rumah Tangga JL.Karya Mandiri RT.04 RW.01, 01 Kelurahan perhentian marpoyan damai pekanbaru, dapat memperbaiki manajemen usaha dan mencari peluang usaha yang dapat dilakukan dari rumah tanpa harus meninggalkan keluarga.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of family supportive supervision on work family balance and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the workplace at banks in the Pekanbaru area. Where this research was conducted in banking in the Pekanbaru area. The data source for this research is banking employees throughout Pekanbaru, Riau. Indonesia. With a total of 101 respondents as the research sample. Furthermore, data analysis techniques include descriptive analysis, convergent and discriminant validity tests and reliability tests, as well as SEM-PLS analysis. Research results: from data that has been processed. Shows the calculation of the influence of the Family Supportive Supervision variable which has a positive effect on Work Family Balance, Family Supportive Supervision has no effect on Organizational Citizinship Behavior (Ocb), Work Family Balance has a positive effect on Organizational Citizinship Behavior (Ocb), Family Supportive Supervision has an effect on Work Family Balance and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Abstract

This study is a quantitative study that aims to determine the role of motivation in mediating the influence of communication and work environment on the performance of employees at PT Agung Automall Sutomo in Pekanbaru City. The population used in this study was all 125 employees of PT Agung Automall Pekanbaru. To determine the sample size for this study, the author used the Slovin formula, resulting in 96 employees as the sample, while the sampling method used was simple random sampling. The data analysis technique used was quantitative analysis using Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) with the Smart PLS program. The results of the study are as follows: 1) Communication and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. 2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee motivation. 3) Communication has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 4) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 5) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 6) Communication affects employee performance through motivation. 7) The work environment affects employee performance through motivation.
