Abstract

Compensation and Work Environment The Mediating Role of Motivation in Improving Employee Performance at PT Agung Toyota Duri Branch. The population in this study was the total number of employees of PT Agung Toyota Duri Branch, totaling 86 people. Meanwhile, in sampling this research used a saturated sampling technique, that is, the entire population was sampled because the population was relatively small, namely 86 people.This research uses primary data, namely data obtained from questionnaire results as an instrument to prove the research results. Meanwhile, secondary data used includes data regarding the number of employees, organizational structure and general description of the company. To test the hypothesis in this research, we use a structural equation model with the help of the SmartPLS program. The research results show that 1) compensation has a positive and significant effect on motivation, 2) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on motivation, 3) compensation has a positive and significant effect on performance, 4) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance, 5) motivation has a positive effect and significant to performance, 6) compensation influences performance through motivation, and 7) the work environment influences performance through motivation. Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of the People's Business Credit (KUR) and Direct Cash Assistance (BLT) programs on MSME performance through differentiation strategy mediation. This study involved MSME actors in Salatiga City using a purposive sampling method to determine the sample. Data were processed using Partial Least Square- Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The reported findings are that the KUR and BLT programs have a significant positive effect on differentiation strategies and also on MSME performance. It is also proven that differentiation strategies mediate the effect of KUR and BLT programs on MSME performance. This can be a reference for MSME actors to increase their business capital by using the KUR and/or BLT programs wisely to support the implementation of differentiation strategies to improve their business performance.

Abstract

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of family supportive supervision on work family balance and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the workplace at banks in the Pekanbaru area. Where this research was conducted in banking in the Pekanbaru area. The data source for this research is banking employees throughout Pekanbaru, Riau. Indonesia. With a total of 101 respondents as the research sample. Furthermore, data analysis techniques include descriptive analysis, convergent and discriminant validity tests and reliability tests, as well as SEM-PLS analysis. Abstract

Pengaruh Disiplin Kerja Dan Pengembangan Karir Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dimediasi Motivasi (Studi Pada Karyawan Di Kantor PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan kantor PT. Perkebunan Nusantara V Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yaitu data yang diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner sebagai instrumen untuk membuktikan hasil penelitian. Sedangkan data sekunder yang digunakan meliputi gambaran umum perusahaan dan jumlah karyawan. Untuk menguji hipotesis pada penelitian ini digunakan model persamaan struktural dengan bantuan program SmartPLS. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang dipilih adalah metode simple random sampling dan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 107 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, 2) pengembangan karir berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi, 3) disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, 4) pengembangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi. dan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja, 5) motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, 6) disiplin kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi, dan 7) pengembangan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja melalui motivasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis motivasi berwirausaha siswa SMA dan SMK di Kota Pekanbaru. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA dan SMK di Kota Pekanbaru yang terdiri dari 8 sekolah yaitu SMA Negeri 1, SMA Santa Maria, SMA Darma Yudha, SMA PGRI, SMA Negeri 6, SMK Pertanian, SMK Negeri 5 dan SMK Negeri 5. SMK Tenaga Kerja. Sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 143 siswa. Metode yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif. Pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif dianggap tepat karena sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian yang akan diteliti yaitu menganalisis job description orang tua siswa SMA dan SMK di Kota Pekanbaru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Mayoritas pekerjaan orang tua siswa SMA dan SMK di Kota Pekanbaru adalah berwirausaha dan 2) Siswa SMA dan SMK di Kota Pekanbaru memiliki motivasi berwirausaha yang tinggi, hal ini terlihat dari jawaban dari mereka yang ingin menjadi pengusaha di masa depan, dan ingin sukses di usia muda. Selain itu, mereka sangat mengharapkan adanya pelatihan kewirausahaan seperti kreativitas dan keragaman produk.

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of work discipline, work environment, leadership and job satisfaction on performance. The population used in this study was all 50 employees of Toptel Hotel Pekanbaru. The research sample was determined using a census sampling technique, which involves taking the entire population as the sample. Therefore, the sample size in this study was 50 employees. The data analysis technique used was quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression with the help of the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program. The results of the study are as follows: 1) Work discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance. 2) The work environment has a positive and significant effect on performance. 3) Leadership has a positive and significant effect on performance. 4) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance. 5) Together or simultaneously, work discipline, work environment, leadership, and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on performance.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has driven changes in marketing patterns. This community service activity aims to accelerate the improvement of industrial human resource (HR) capacity through digital marketing-based industrial resource management training. The training focuses on strengthening the application of management functions in the context of digital marketing, emphasizing the optimization of industrial resources, including human, financial, material, machine, method, and market aspects. The implementation method is participatory training, integrating concept presentations, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice. The training materials covered the basics of digital management, the use of social media and digital platforms as marketing tools, the implementation of segmentation strategies, market targeting and positioning (STP), and the development of a marketing mix in the digital era. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' abilities in designing and managing digital-based promotions, optimizing the use of e-commerce platforms, and building a more adaptive and competitive brand image. These findings indicate that accelerating industrial resource management training through digital marketing is an effective strategy for increasing the competitiveness and readiness of industrial human resources in facing the challenges of the Industry 4.0 era.
