Abstract

Education as a place for individual development, improving the quality of life and a symbol of innovative progress requires aspects that are used as measuring tools in creating optimal learning. This research aims to explain the operational management function at SMPT Daarul Muttaqien which consists of three parts, namely operational planning including capacity, location, layout, quality and methods, operational scheduling for setting service schedules and operational control in the form of a monitoring plan in the form of monitoring and controlling. with systems and tools. In this research, the method used is descriptive qualitative with secondary data collection using interview techniques and word-dominant quantitative data analysis by reviewing the collected data, summarizing, categorizing, examining, drawing conclusions and verifying. The results of the research show that Daarul Muttaqien SMPT needs improvements in capacity planning in considering the ratio of the number of students to the number of teachers and the less than optimal room capacity which makes some teachers teach more than one subject. Apart from that, planning methods were felt to be lacking because the foundation's public relations were not optimal in managing school information, resulting in less than optimal management of school social media. However, location planning, layout planning, quality planning, operational scheduling and operational control have gone quite well.

Abstract

Penjualan dalam negeri sepeda motor di Indonesia dari tahun ke tahun selalu mengalami peningkatan yang signifikan, dengan metode pembiayaan konservatif maupun dengan metode pembiayaan Multi Finance atau Leasing. Diantara kedua data capaian total penjualan sepeda motor dengan metode pembiayaan tersebut diatas, terdapat suatu aktifitas yang sangat penting dan pempengaruh keduanya yaitu kegiatan penjualan langsung kepada konsumen berupa Perusahaan Dealer sepeda bermotor. Peran Dealer tersebut menjadikan penting untuk target target penjualan langsung pada konsumen yang akan membentuk performa capaian dealer. Sebagai Perusahaan maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi manajemen dalam Langkah penentuan Strategi Manajemen peningkatan kemampuan bertahan dan tumbuh dalam perannya mencapai prestasi penjualan kedepan. Langkah awal manajemen Strategi melakukan pengembangan Visi Misi 2024, yang menjadi acuan bagi arah strategi organisasi dan membantu perusahaan untuk tidak hanya bertahan, tetapi juga berkembang dan unggul (PPM School, 2023). Awal peninjuaun dengan melakukan analisis lingkungan (lingkungan eksternal dan internal), formulasi strategi, implementasi strategi, dan evaluasi dan kontrol. Pada Jurnal ini dilakukan penilaian Lingkungan Internal SAP (Internal Advantage Profile) lanjut didapatkan IFE (Internal Factor Evaluation) Matrix, Penilaian Lingkungan Eksternal ETO (Environmental Threats and Opportunity Profile) melanjutkan External Factor Evaluation (EFE) Matrix, terakhir adalah Matcing Stage berupa Internal dan Eksternal Matrix. Competitive Profile di kumpulkan hasil survey dilengkapi dengan Key Success Factors (KSF) dalam Competitive Profile Matrix (CPM). Terakhir Proses menghasil Posistioning Stage berupa Rekomendasi Formula Strategi menggunakan Analisa SWOT dan QSPM.
