Abstract

The goal of this study is to the impact of cultural values and facilities on tourists' intention to revisit the Goa Wareh Sukolilo tourist attraction, with destination image as a mediating variable. The study adopts a quantitative approach, employing a simple random sampling method with a sample of 100 tourists drawn from a total population of 5,564 individuals. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed both online and offline. Data analysis was conducted using path analysis with the aid of SPSS version 25. The findings indicate that cultural values and facilities have a positive and significant effect on the destination image, where the influence of cultural values is more dominant than facilities. Destination image is proven to be a significant intermediary variable in strengthening the relationship between cultural values and facilities with revisit intentions. Overall, these findings highlight the importance of paying attention to cultural values, facilities, and destination image in increasing tourists' intentions to revisit. The implications of this study can be used by managers and the government as a reference in developing sustainable tourism development strategies.

Abstract

Employees in logistics companies such as JNE play a crucial role in maintaining good operational performance. Employees with strong professional competencies can become valuable assets in responding to industry changes and demands. Therefore, the aim of this research is to examine the implementation of professional competencies among employees at PT JNE Pati. The research method utilized is a descriptive qualitative research approach. The findings indicate that the implementation of professional competencies at PT JNE Pati has a positive impact on employees' work motivation. Enhanced skills and knowledge through training, career development opportunities, the creation of a work environment that supports professional growth, performance evaluation, and the implementation of recognition policies contribute significantly to employees' enthusiasm and engagement.

Abstract

Keterampilan berpikir kreatif adalah salah satu keterampilan abad ke-21 yang signifikan bagi siswa sekolah dasar, termasuk Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Namun, guru mengajar matematika masih memiliki motivasi yang kurang efisien pada materi yang lebih komprehensif dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan matematis dengan jawaban tunggal dan metode tradisional. Hal ini berimplikasi bahwa siswa kurang didorong untuk mengahsilafkan ide yang bervariasi dan orisinil. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini menganalisis keterampilan berpikir kreatif dalam soal cerita matematika dengan menggunakan pendekatan analisis data K-Nearest Neighbor (KNN). Penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif dan deskriptif. Subjek penelitian dinilai menggunakan instrumen berdasarkan indikator keterampilan berpikir kreatif: kelancaran (fluency), keluwesan (flexibility), keaslian (originality), dan elaborasi (elaboration). Hasil kerja siswa kemudian diklasifikasikan ke dalam tingkat keterampilan berpikir kreatif (tinggi, sedang, rendah) menggunakan algoritma KNN.). Berdasarkan hasil analisis, sebagian besar siswa tergolong dalam kategori keterampilan berpikir kreatif sedang, sedangkan kategori tinggi dan rendah hanya mencakup sebagian kecil siswa. Algoritma KNN menunjukkan kemampuan klasifikasi yang efektif dengan tingkat akurasi melebihi 80%. Temuan ini menguatkan perlunya integrasi teknologi analisis data yang sederhana dalam konteks pendidikan dasar, sekaligus menjadi pertimbangan bagi pendidik dalam merancang pembelajaran matematika yang lebih adaptif, kreatif, dan responsif terhadap tingkat kemampuan siswa.
