Abstract

Abstrack High-quality human resources (HR) represent invaluable assets for any organization, particularly in an era characterized by dynamic and competitive business environments. It is essential for companies not only to retain their human capital but also to continually enhance their quality. This enhancement encompasses not only technical skills but also encompasses comprehensive skill development and the nurturing of soft skills.This research adopts a literature review approach to delve into prior findings pertaining to the development of HR skills and competencies. Descriptive analysis is utilized to meticulously dissect library resources and scholarly materials. The primary objective of this research is to provide comprehensive insights into critical questions concerning objectives, implementation methodologies, and innovative strategies for fostering HR skills and competencies.By doing so, this research aims to equip organizations with valuable insights that can be instrumental in effectively managing HR, confronting rapidly evolving business challenges, and ultimately achieving corporate objectives. Through a thorough exploration of best practices and emerging trends in HR development, this research seeks to contribute to the body of knowledge that informs strategic HR management decisions in today's competitive landscape.

Abstract

This research is intended to evaluate the marketing strategy implemented by the Mogobo Snack Tuban Micro Enterprise to increase their sales. Mogobo Snack is a micro business that produces fried meatball chips with a spicy taste as its characteristic. This research adopts qualitative methods using observation, interviews and documentation instruments. The findings from the research show that the Mogobo Snack Tuban Micro Enterprise implements a marketing strategy in the form of a marketing mix consisting of product, price, promotion and distribution elements. The strategy includes production of high-quality chips, pricing based on production costs, online and offline marketing, as well as promotion via social media and a door-to-door approach. The SWOT analysis shows several alternative strategies that Mogobo Snack can implement, such as increasing digital marketing, developing new products, collaborating with culinary influencers, and expanding into traditional markets. By implementing these strategies, Mogobo Snack can overcome the challenges of competition and changing consumer trends, thereby increasing sales volume and increasing its market share and profitability.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out which factors are most important for buyers of cigarette products, including advertising, price, culture and psychology. In this study, the population who consumed cigarette products were 100 teenagers aged 17 to 21 years. This research is quantitative. The results of research data analysis show that factors such as advertising, price, culture and psychology have a significant influence on the decisions of teenage cigarette buyers. Advertising has a significant influence of 31.6% on the decision of buyers of cigarette products, and other variables not examined in this study accounted for 68.4% of the total.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to investigate the influence of brand trust and perceived quality on the purchasing decisions of consumers who choose Toyota cars. This research uses a population consist-ing of all customers who purchased Toyota cars from official deal-ers located in Kudus, Jepara and Pati Regencies. Researchers took a sample of 97 people from this population. There are two types of data sources used in this research, namely secondary and primary data. By distributing closed questionnaires to respondents, re-searchers will obtain primary data in this research. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from relevant sources. The data un-derwent analysis employing the multiple linear regression tech-nique facilitated by the SPSS software. To test the hypothesis, researchers used simultaneous tests, partial tests, and coefficient of determination. The research results show that brand trust and per-ceived quality together have significant and a positive influence on the purchasing decisions of consumers who choose Toyota cars. Separately, the trustworthiness of a brand and the perceived quality of its products play a significant role in shaping choices when making a purchase.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of television advertising on children's purchasing decisions in Pati Regency. The population studied in this research were children living in Pati Regency aged 13 to 17 years who watched television advertisements. Of the 225 respondents in the research sample, 202 responses, or 89.78%, were accepted and suitable for analysis. Data was collected through questionnaires. Samples were taken using convenience and purposive sampling methods. Data analysis was carried out with IBM Statistical Program for Social Sciences (SPSS) using multiple linear regression. The research results show that quality information, information intrusiveness, and preferred advertising have a positive and significant effect on children's purchasing behavior. This research suggests that the information presented is quality, accurate, reliable and timely about products and the use of popular and well-liked artists in television advertising.

Abstract

This research aims to explore relevant leadership theories and assess the effectiveness of leadership styles in the context of the millennial generation, currently the largest cohort in the global workforce. Millennials, who are known to have unique characteristics such as high digital literacy, a need for work-life balance, and a preference for participative and transformational leadership styles, demand different leadership approaches from previous generations. Through the literature study method, this research examines various leadership theories, including transformational, democratic, servant, laissez-faire, and transactional leadership, and how these theories are applied in leading millennials. The results show that transformational and democratic leadership are highly effective in motivating and improving millennial performance, while servant leadership style also contributes positively to employee well-being and loyalty. On the other hand, laissez-faire and transactional leadership tend to be less effective in meeting the needs and expectations of millennials, who value meaning and innovation in their work more. The research concludes that leaders in the modern era need to adopt a more flexible, inclusive and individual development-focused approach to effectively manage and motivate millennials. Strategic recommendations are provided to assist leaders in creating a productive and sustainable work environment for millennials in various sectors.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to the impact of cultural values and facilities on tourists' intention to revisit the Goa Wareh Sukolilo tourist attraction, with destination image as a mediating variable. The study adopts a quantitative approach, employing a simple random sampling method with a sample of 100 tourists drawn from a total population of 5,564 individuals. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed both online and offline. Data analysis was conducted using path analysis with the aid of SPSS version 25. The findings indicate that cultural values and facilities have a positive and significant effect on the destination image, where the influence of cultural values is more dominant than facilities. Destination image is proven to be a significant intermediary variable in strengthening the relationship between cultural values and facilities with revisit intentions. Overall, these findings highlight the importance of paying attention to cultural values, facilities, and destination image in increasing tourists' intentions to revisit. The implications of this study can be used by managers and the government as a reference in developing sustainable tourism development strategies.

Abstract

This study was conducted at IAIN Kudus. The purpose of this study is to ascertain how Indonesian BCA Syariah customers' loyalty and level of satisfaction affects their use of mobile banking services. In order to conduct this study, quantitative methods were used. Customers of BCA Syariah in Indonesia make up the population used in this study; 106 samples were collected as responders. employing purposive sampling, a non-probability sampling technique. Respondents to the questionnaires were given out in order to collect data for this study. Following the collection of the data, data analysis was done using SPSS tools to process the results of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, and hypothesis testing. Based on the findings of the analysis that was done, this study demonstrates that. Based on the t test, satisfaction and loyalty variables partially influence m-bankin services. And based on the F test, the variables of satisfaction and loyalty jointly influence mobile banking services.

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of Human Capital Transformation on organizational agility and its subsequent effects on workforce resilience and agility. Employing a quantitative approach with random sampling, data was collected from 397 employees at PT Panasonic Manufacturing Indonesia through an online questionnaire. The research utilized Smart PLS for analysis to examine both direct and indirect effects among the variables. The results reveal that Human Capital Transformation significantly enhances organizational agility, which in turn positively influences workforce resilience and agility. Specifically, organizational agility mediates the relationships between Human Capital Transformation and both workforce resilience and agility. The findings underscore the importance of integrating human capital development with agile organizational practices to improve workforce adaptability and performance. This research provides insights into how organizations can effectively leverage human capital strategies to foster a more resilient and agile workforce, thereby maintaining a competitive edge in a dynamic business environment.

Abstract

Perwakilan RI KBRI Ankara memegang peran dan fungsi yang penting dalam menjaga stabilitas hubungan international. Sumber daya manusia merupakan pengendali dari peran dan fungsi tersebut. Pengembangan sumber daya manusia adalah komponen penting bagi perwakilan RI. Ini dapat membantu meningkatkan produktivitas dan efektivitas roda kinerja karyawan serta meningkatkan kemampuan mereka. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi peran dan strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia di KBRI Ankara. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk mengumpulkan informasi dan data. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa KBRI Ankara menggunakan tiga strategi pengembangan sumber daya manusia: analisis kebutuhan pengembangan sumber daya manusia, desain pelatihan dan pengembangan sumber daya manusia, dan evaluasi. Hasil penelitian merujuk pada peningkatan kompetensi berbasis intelektual, kompetensi berbasis pribadi, kompetensi berbasis fisik, dan kompetensi berbasis sosial.
