Abstract

Les Exis (Excellent International) is a growing business in services in the field of education such as English, and computer courses. Based on the research conducted in Les Exis, the importance of making the application of English Conversation to support or facilitate learning English Conversation. Therefore, the authors try to design an English Conversation applications that can be mounted or installed on mobilphone android based operating system that is now very popular. The research method used was a field study and research libraries. Thus produced an application by using tools such as UML (Undifeied Modeling Language), Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams and Class Diagrams. In making the application of English Conversation author using the Java programming language and SQLite databases. By using the Java programming in making applications English Conversation can produce a good application in learning English.

Abstract

The digital era that is all internet or the cool term IoT (Internet of things), makes it like it or not, every school must take advantage of these opportunities and challenges. Digital technology is one that has an important role in all aspects that are starting to shift in the world of digitalization. The introduction of digital technology in the school environment is the right step for schools to reach wider targets, so it is possible to get students easily. In addition, digital promotion is also very supportive in improving school branding by utilizing various social media platforms and digital marketing applications. So that the Semen Padang Vocational School will be more widely known by the wider community, both within the region and outside the region though. This student talent development training program by utilizing digital technology aims to invite students to recognize their potential so that they are able to produce works and contribute to the school and its social environment. This training program was given to 30 students consisting of several majors at SMK Semen Padang. The results of the training showed that there was an understanding of students about the importance of gaining new knowledge, especially the use of digital technology in the use of social media to promote activities in schools. With digital promotion technology, it can introduce the quality of education and the quality of school facilities so that junior high school graduates can be interested in continuing their education at SMK Semen Padang.

Abstract

This study aims to see the validity, practicality and effectiveness of designing and making Android-based learning media in Iqra subjects for early childhood / kindergarten students in Padang. This study uses a research development method (Research & Development). The research subjects may be 10 people. This research method uses a model (ADDIE), with the design and development steps as follows. (1) Analysis, (2) Design, (3) Development, (4) Implementation, and (5) Evaluation. The results of the validity test by the experts as a whole amounted to 93.93%, so the level of validity that can be interpreted is very valid to use. The overall test result was 89.42%, so that the level of practicality could be interpreted as very practical to use. The results of the effectiveness trial were 85.98% so that the effectiveness level could be interpreted effectively. In conclusion, the decisions and expert input as well as the results of field trials of Android-based learning media as learning media have been tested for feasibility, excellence, and can be used in the learning process in the Iqra subject for PAUD / Kindergarten students in Padang.

Abstract

Along with the rapid development of information technology, which can help the processing and reporting of data, it is very helpful for humans in completing work. Every aspect of life is attached to technology, the system does not have human activities that are separated from the role of technology. Information system is a system within an organization which is a combination of users, facilities, technology, media, procedures and controls aimed at obtaining complex information.The diverse hospitality sector with its uniqueness and supported by facilities and transportation facilities available in tourist areas can provide a very large government income. The Padang City Government has carried out promotions through mass media such as newspapers and pamphlets. However, this method is not enough to inform hospitality widely to local and foreign tourists. The tourists will have difficulty in determining the planning of the selection of lodging. Therefore, through the design and manufacture of a hospitality GIS, it is hoped that it can display an overview of the Padang City hospitality map so that it is more attractive and can be enjoyed by the wider community. Presentation of information in web form will make it easier for the public to access it.Geographic Information System (GIS) technology has developed rapidly. GIS is created using information derived from processing a number of data, namely geographic data or data relating to the position of objects on the earth's surface. GIS technology integrates database-based data processing operations that are commonly used today, such as capturing unique visualizations and the various advantages that geographic analysis can offer through map images. Abstract

Minyak mentah merupakan energi utama yang banyak digunakan pada berbagai industri di duniasehingga harga minyak mentah sulit untuk diprediksi apalagi di Indonesia setelah adanya pencabutansubsidi minyak oleh pemerintah Indonesia sehinga diperlukan teknik prediksi yang akurat untukmemprediksi harga minyak mentah dunia, prediksi harga minyak mentah merupakan perkiraanharga minyak mentah di masa mendatang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis kinerjajaringan saraf tiruan dengan metode backpropagation dalam memprediksi harga minyak mentah.Penelitian ini menggunakan satu parameter data dalam memprediksi harga minyak mentah yaitudata minyak mentah dari tahun 2018 sampai tahun 2020. Pada kasus prediksi harga minyak mentah,jaringan saraf tiruan tata cara backpropagation dalam proses training bisa mengidentifikasi polainformasi yang diberikan dengan baik. Pada proses training JST, terus menjadi kecil nilai sasaranerror hingga iterasinya hendak terus menjadi besar serta tingkatan keakurasiannya pula terus menjadibesar. Hasil pelatihan didapat nilai Mean Square Error (MSE) adalah 0,00099762 dengan 135Epoch, pada pengujian jaringan diperoleh nilai MSE adalah 0,093336. Dengan demikian nilai koefisienkorelasi serta nilai MSE yang dihasilkan pada proses pengujian menampilkan kalau jaringansyaraf tiruan propagasi balik sangat baik berdasarkan kelompok kelas nilai MSE untuk memprediksiinformasi harga minyak mentah.

Abstract

Teachers are professional educators with the main task of educating, guiding, teaching, directing, assessing, training and evaluating students in early childhood education through formal basic education and secondary education. Teacher performance evaluation is an assessment of each item of the teacher's main task activities in the context of career development, rank and position. Assessment of performance achievements is based on several criteria that will be calculated. There are various ways or steps that can be taken to carry out the calculation process when the assessment takes place, one of which is to design an information system that can present information on the results of teacher reward recipient recommendations that are fast and precise and has high precision and accuracy values, this system is Decision Support System (SPK) or Decision Support System (DSS). Therefore a Decision Support System (SPK) with the Weighted Product (WP) method is needed which will determine the best choice and according to predetermined criteria from SD Negeri 10 Batang Anai. The Product Weighted method is a settlement method using multiplication to connect attribute ratings, where the rating must be raised to the first power of the attribute weight in question. So that the process is faster and data management in the form of process results reports can be managed and stored safely and easily. The result obtained which has the highest value is alternative A04 on behalf of Tri Murni, S.Pd with a value of 0.252

Abstract

Abstract: Abstract: this study evaluates and compares the performance of two edge detection methods Sobel method and Canny method on batik image.  Batik images have unique characteristics and complex patterns, making it difficult to analyze the edges.  This study presents a comparison of the results using sobel and canny edge detection methods on batik kawung images both from peak signal-to-noise reatio and from mean squared error. The results showed that canny edge detection was better than sobel method. This can be seen from the results of PSNR and MSE that is 100%. This analysis is determined by considering factors such as the accuracy of edge detection, sensitivity to noise, and the ability to handle the complexity of batik drawing patterns. The results of this study provide a detailed description of the advantages and disadvantages of each method in the image of batik kawung. The conclusions that can be drawn from this study can provide valuable guidance for choosing the optimal edge detection method in image analysis of batik kawung and others.      Keywords: batik kawung; canny; MSE; PSNR; sobel  Abstrak: Penelitian ini mengevaluasi dan membandingkan kinerja dua metode deteksi tepi metode Sobel dan metode Canny pada citra batik.  Gambar batik mempunyai ciri-ciri yang unik dan pola yang kompleks, sehingga menyulitkan analisis tepian.  Penelitian ini menyajikan perbandingan hasil menggunakan metode deteksi tepi sobel dan canny pada citra batik kawung baik dari peak signal-to-noise reatio maupun dari mean squared error. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa deteksi tepi canny lebih baik dibandingkan dari metode sobel. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil PSNR dan MSE yang dihasilkan yaitu 100%. Analisis ini ditentukan dengan mempertimbangkan faktor-faktor seperti keakuratan deteksi tepi, kepekaan terhadap noise, dan kemampuan menangani kompleksitas pola gambar batik. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan gambaran secara detail mengenai kelebihan dan kekurangan masing-masing metode pada citra batik kawung. Kesimpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini dapat memberikan panduan berharga untuk memilih metode deteksi tepi yang optimal dalam analisis citra batik kawung dan yang lainnya. Kata kunci: batik kawung; canny; MSE; PSNR; sobel
