The Influence of Brand Image and Relationship Quality on Patient Satisfaction (Survey on Outpatients of Hermina Pasteur Hospital Bandung), Thesis of the Winaya Mukti University Postgraduate Program, Master of Management Study Program. under the guidance of Dr. Nut Wuri Andayana, Apt., MMRS and Dr. Annisa Fitri Anggraeni, SE, MM, CISA.The development of the service industry sector, including health services, is inseparable from the demands of the community to continue to get quality health services. Various efforts have been made to improve health development that is better and more efficient and efficient, so that it can reach all levels of society. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of brand image and relationship quality on the satisfaction of outpatients of Hermina Pasteur Bandung Hospital. The results of this study are expected to be input for Hermina Pasteur Hospital in organizing health services, especially in increasing satisfaction. The research method used is descriptive and verification analysis. The data collection used is an interview using a questionnaire accompanied by observation and literature techniques, sampling using consecutive sampling. Data collection in the field was carried out in 2023. Data analysis techniques using Path Analysis. The results showed that in general, brand image, relationship quality, and patient satisfaction tended to be quite good. There is an influence of brand image and relationship quality on patient satisfaction both simultaneously and partially at Hermina Pasteur Hospital. Hermina Pasteur Hospital must carry out service recovery for patient complaints or complaints quickly, so as not to cause dissatisfaction from patients, to handle patient complaints quickly the hospital can form a customer care program.

Pengaruh Citra Merek dan Kualitas Kerelasian Terhadap Kepuasan Pasien (Survei Pada Pasien Rawat Jalan Rumah Sakit Hermina Pasteur Bandung), Tesis Program Pascasarjana Universitas Winaya Mukti Program Studi Magister Manajemen. dibawah bimbingan Dr. Nut Wuri Andayana, Apt., MMRS dan Dr. Annisa Fitri Anggraeni, SE., MM., CISA Perkembangan sektor industri jasa, termasuk di dalamnya jasa kesehatan, tidak terlepas dari tuntutan masyarakat untuk tetap mendapatkan pelayanan kesehatan yang berkualitas. Berbagai upaya telah dilakukan guna meningkatkan pembangunan kesehatan yang lebih baik dan berdaya guna serta efisien, sehingga dapat menjangkau semua lapisan masyarakat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh citra merek dan kualitas kerelasian terhadap kepuasan pasien rawat jalan Rumah Sakit Hermina Pasteur Bandung. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi bahan masukan bagi Rumah Sakit Hermina Pasteur dalam menyelenggarakan pelayanan kesehatan khususnya dalam meningkatkan kepuasan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif. Pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dengan menggunakan kuesioner disertai dengan teknik observasi dan kepustakaan, Pengambilan sampel menggunakan consecutive sampling. Pengumpulan data di lapangan dilaksanakan pada tahun 2023. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Analisis Jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara umum citra merek, kualitas kerelasian, dan kepuasan pasien cenderung cukup baik. Terdapat pengaruh citra merek dan kualitas kerelasian terhadap kepuasan pasien baik secara simultan maupun parsial di Rumah Sakit Hermina Pasteur. Pihak Rumah Sakit Hermina Pasteur harus melakukan service recovery terhadap keluhan atau komplain pasien dengan cepat, sehingga tidak menimbulkan ketidakpuasan dari pasien, untuk menangani keluhan pasien dengan cepat rumah sakit bisa membentuk program customer care.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to: (1) To determine the mastery of foreign terms in students' continental food, (2) to find out the learning outcomes of students' continental food, (3) to find out whether there is a relationship between the mastery of foreign terms and the students' learning outcomes of continental food. The research location was conducted at SMK Putra Anda Binjai, when the research was conducted in August 2019. The population in this study were students of class XI SMK Putra Anda Binjai totaling 51 students. From the results of the product moment correlation analysis, it was obtained that the r_xy correlation was 0.429 and the r table value at the 5% significant level with n = 30 was 0.361. Thus, the price 〖r_count> r 〗_table, namely (0.429> 0.361). So it can be concluded that there is a relationship between the Mastery of Foreign Terms and the Continental Food Learning Outcomes in class XI students of SMK Putra Anda Binjai.Keywords: Mastery of Foreign Terms, Learning OutcomesABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk : (1) Untuk mengetahui penguasaan istilah asing pada makanan kontinental siswa, (2) Untuk mengetahui hasil belajar makanan kontinental siswa, (3) Untuk mengetahui adakah hubungan penguasaan istilah asing dengan hasil belajar makanan kontinental siswa. Lokasi penelitian dilaksanakan di SMK Putra Anda Binjai, waktu penelitian dilaksanakan Agustus 2019. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI SMK Putra Anda Binjai berjumlah 51 siswa. Dari hasil analisis korelasi product moment diperoleh korelasi  sebesar 0,429 dan nilai  pada taraf signifikan 5% dengan n=30 adalah sebesar 0,361. Dengan demikian harga  yaitu (0,429 > 0,361). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tedapat hubungan antara Penguasaan Istilah Asing dengan Hasil Belajar Makanan Kontinental pada siswa kelas XI SMK Putra Anda Binjai. Kata Kunci : Penguasaan Istilah Asing, Hasil Belajar
