Abstract

Stunting is a description of chronic malnutrition during growth and development from early life. Many factors can cause stunting in toddlers, such as toddler characteristics and socio-economic factors. This observational research was conducted in Sengkong Village, Sesayap Hilir District, Tana Tidung Regency. There is a lack of knowledge among village residents about stunting, so KKN students at the University of Borneo, Tarakan, collaborate with the village Community Health Center to carry out stunting prevention health education activities. This activity contains information about preventing and handling stunting appropriately. Then there is the impact of inequality that occurs if you do not implement a healthy and clean lifestyle which can cause stunting in children. Apart from that, KKN 01 UBT students also participated in providing appropriate, cheap complementary breast milk food to the residents of Sengkong Village. From this activity, the results and targets that KKN students want to achieve are citizens who have high enthusiasm so that this health education activity runs smoothly. Village residents no longer feel strange and know about how to prevent stunting. As well as, providing appropriate complementary foods for breast milk.

Abstract

In general, traffic light regulations (traffic tights) currently use fixed times where the lights are set to work alternately at fixed times, without paying attention to traffic flow conditions, for example at four intersections in each direction of the road the duration of the light is green, yellow, red at the same time. In this condition, there is a long queue on one side and a very short queue on the other, so setting the time duration equally will result in unnecessary stopping time. The aim of this research is to calculate the timing of traffic lights in order to identify obstacles and determine the performance of intersections based on the volume of traffic flow during the morning peak hours. The solution method is to calculate traffic flow, cycle time, saturation flow, signalized intersections, using secondary data. The author also uses references from the book (MKJI 1997) for calculations that comply with the provisions. So, the results obtained at the green light at intersection 1 for 33 seconds, the green light at intersection 2 for 33 seconds, the green light at intersection 3 for 21 seconds, and the green light at intersection 4 for 18 seconds, with yellow lights at all intersections for 3 seconds, with a value of the degree of saturation each phase, namely north 0.89, east 0.90, south 0.87, west 1.22.

Abstract

Berwirausaha menjadi aktivitas yang berkembang di kalangan masyarakat luas bahkan remaja pada saat ini. Percepatan arus globalisasi, tingginya angka pengangguaran serta lapangan pekerjaan yang semakin sempit karena banyak faktor menyebabkan banyak orang mulai mengembangkan wirausaha. Meskipun entrepreneurship semakin banyak dikenal masyarakat luas, namun jumlah entrepreneur muda indonesia masih terbilang minim dibandingkan dengan beberapa negara berkembang dan maju dikawasan ASEAN. Hal ini terbukti berdasarkan data BPS pada tahun 2022 tercatat 3,47% masyarakat indonesia berwirausaha sedangkan rasio kewirausahaan di negara lain, seperti di Malaysia sudah 4,74%, Thailand 4,26%, dan Singapura 8,76%. Entrepreneur bukan hanya mampu menciptakan ide dan produk yang inovatif akan tetapi haruslah mempersiapkan mental serta dibekali dengan skill, agar usaha yang dirintis bisa berjalan dengan baik. Perencanaan bisnis menjadi hal yang sangat penting bagi semua pelaku usaha dalam mempersiapkan usahanya. Permasalahan yang timbul di masyarakat dan pelaku usaha adalah kurangnya memperhatikan perencanaan bisnis dalam melaksanakan aktifitasnya. Pelaku usaha atau entrepreneur hanya bisa membuat produk, berinovasi terhadap produk tanpa tahu apalagi langkah-langkah yang akan dilakukan selanjutnya. Business Model Canvas (BMC) adalah alat strategis yang digunakan untuk merancang, mengembangkan, dan memahami model bisnis suatu perusahaan secara menyeluruh. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan di SMA Negeri 1 Panji Situbondo, dimana sekolah ini memberikan penguatan entrepreneurship skill kepada siswanya sebagai bekal apabila lulus kelak. Pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam tiga tahap, yaitu tahapan persiapan dengan berkoordinasi dengan SMA Negeri 1 Situbondo untuk dapat menyiapkan siswa dalam kegiatan pengabdian, tahapan pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian dengan teknik ceramah dan forum group discussion, serta tahapan evaluasi yaitu mengukur pencapaian tujuan dan dampak positif dari kegiatan pengabdian terkait wawasan baru yang telah diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuisioner. Luaran yang diharapkan dari kegiatan ini adalah artikel pengabdian yang dimuat dalam prosiding.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the flow of the accounting information system in the cash disbursement cycle at PT Dapur Sehati Food. The main focus of the study is to describe the cash disbursement process that occurs in the company and identify the units involved in the cycle. This study uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method, where data is collected through observation and documentation of the cash disbursement procedure in the company. The results of the study indicate that the cash disbursement cycle at PT Dapur Sehati Food consists of several stages, starting from purchase requests, receipt of goods, making payment documents, to the process of recording transactions in the accounting system. Each stage is carried out by sections that have their own roles, such as the warehouse section, finance section, and accounting section. This study provides a comprehensive overview of how the accounting information system plays a role in recording and managing the cash disbursement process in the company.

Abstract

Loyalitas merupakan bentuk perilaku pasien dalam pengambilan Keputusan untuk melakukan kunjungan secara terus menerus untuk melakukan pengobatan dan pemeriksaan disuatu rumah sakit yang dipilih. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan pada 10 pasien rawat jalan ditemukan bahwa tingkat loyalitas pasien sebesar 50%, penelitian ini berujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan tingkat kepuasan pasien dengan loyalitas pasien rawat jalan di RSUD Balaraja. Menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel dari 97 responden pasien rawat jalan yang sudah berkunjung ? 2 kali, analisis data univariat dan bivariate korelasi sperman. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Januari 2024. Hasil univariat ditemukan karakteristik usia responden terbanyak pada katagori dewasa 84 responden (86,6%), jenis kelamin terbanyak pada responden laki laki 50 (51,5%), status pernikahan menikah sebanyak 56 (57,7%), tingkat pendidikan menengah sebanyak 47 responden (48,5%), pekerjaan tertinggi berada pada katagori dan lain – lain 49 responden (49%), nilai rata – rata kepuasan pasien 65,00 dengan proporsi nilai rata – rata tertinggi pada dimensi kehandan yaitu 17 , nilai rata – rata loyalitas 31. Terdapat hubungan antara kepuasan, kehandalan, daya tanggap, jaminan, empati dan bukti fisik dengan loyalitas pasien. diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pasien pasien terhadap pelayanan rawat jalan di RSUD Balaraja sehingga terciptanya loyalitas pada pasien.
