Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran guru dalam meningkatkan keterampilan membaca siswa di SD 094153. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dengan guru dan siswa, serta analisis dokumen terkait pembelajaran membaca. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru memiliki peran strategis sebagai fasilitator, motivator, dan evaluator dalam proses pembelajaran membaca. Guru menggunakan berbagai strategi, seperti pembelajaran berbasis permainan, pendekatan individual, dan penggunaan media interaktif untuk meningkatkan minat dan kemampuan membaca siswa. Faktor-faktor pendukung keberhasilan meliputi keterlibatan orang tua, ketersediaan sumber belajar, dan pelatihan guru. Namun, tantangan seperti keterbatasan waktu dan fasilitas juga ditemukan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pendekatan yang inovatif dan kolaboratif oleh guru dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan keterampilan membaca siswa. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya pelatihan guru dan dukungan dari berbagai pihak dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif.

Abstract

This study aims to measure the effectiveness of mastering content services about career self-understanding among high school graduates who do not continue to higher education. The main focus of the research is how these content services can help adolescents recognize their interests, abilities, work values, personality, and life roles as a basis for making appropriate career decisions. The method used is a quantitative approach with a pretest and post-test design on a sample of high school graduates who have participated in the career self-understanding content services. The results show a significant improvement in mastering the concept of career self-understanding after participating in the content services. These findings indicate that effectively designed content services can be a useful tool for adolescents who do not pursue higher education in planning and developing their careers independently. The practical implication of this study is the importance of providing structured career content services to support adolescents' transition to the workforce or other alternative pathways.

Abstract

The study aims to identify and analyze the impact of Conflict Management on the performance of Madrasah Aliyah State Teacher (MAN) in Labuhanbatu South district. The population in this study is a permanent teacher and a non-permanent teacher Madrasah Aliyah State District of Labuhanbatu South. which has a total of 94 people. The research methods used are validity and realism testing of research instruments, descriptive analysis methods, classical assumption tests, double linear regression analysis, t-tests, f tests and determination coefficients. (R2). The hypothesis test results with partial test (test t) show that the variables used are vertical conflict and horizontal conflict have a significant impact on the performance of Madrasah Aliyah State teacher in Labuhanbatu South district.
