Abstract

RW 021 is in the Baktijaya sub-district area, Sukmajaya, Depok. This RW area is located approximately 5 km from the Jakarta State Polytechnic campus. This area consists of 10 RTs, with an average number of 120 families per RT. The problem faced by RT 021 residents is that they do not have a building or meeting room for community activities. Until now, RW 021's activities have been taking place in residents' homes. These activities include posyandu, PKK activities, counseling and other activities. Due to the absence of these facilities, residents' activities are hampered. The location for the RW 021 Building is already in the RT 06 area. However, until now there has been no funding to start building the building. To help the residents of RW 021 build the building, assistance was provided to the residents as well as applying the results of research on SCC concrete with blended cement to create the footing foundation for the office building. The aim of this activity is to provide assistance and apply the results of research on SCC concrete with blended cement to make the f footing foundation for the building that meets RW 021, Baktijaya, Sukmajaya, Depok. The method used to achieve the above goal is to provide assistance to residents in making footing foundations using SCC blended cement concrete mixture. The result of this activity was the construction of the entire footing foundation for the RW 021 office, in accordance with the plan drawings

Abstract

Ashhaburratib Islamic Boarding School is an institution that operates in the field of social education. However, the condition of the Islamic boarding school building is in poor condition due to problems on the 2nd floor of the Islamic boarding school building. The owner of the Islamic boarding school has started efforts to build the second floor to accommodate the increase in students, but has stopped at the stage of installing reinforcements for the columns in one of the buildings. The unsustainability of this development was due to the death of the Islamic boarding school owner, so that on the 2nd floor of the building only reinforcement and columns were installed. To deal with this problem, the Abdimas Team held a Community Service program entitled "Implementation of Beam Work on the 2nd Floor of the Ashhaburratib Beji Islamic Boarding School Building, Depok, West Java". This program is held in order to implement the Tri Dharma of Higher Education and is a routine and programmed matter to help solve problems faced by the community. Beams are an important part of a building structure and are the part of the structure that functions to support the load of the upper structure and distribute it to the columns.

Abstract

Perkebunan kelapa sawit di Dayun, Siak, Riau, memiliki peran penting dalam perekonomian lokal, namun masih menghadapi berbagai tantangan dalam hal infrastruktur. Jalan-jalan perkebunan yang kurang memadai, sistem drainase yang tidak optimal, serta pemanfaatan material lokal yang belum maksimal menjadi kendala utama. Keterbatasan pemahaman masyarakat dan pekerja perkebunan mengenai teknik sipil yang tepat dalam membangun dan memelihara infrastruktur perkebunan juga menjadi faktor yang mempengaruhi efisiensi dan keberlanjutan industri kelapa sawit di daerah ini. Program pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi masyarakat, terutama pekerja perkebunan dan pihak terkait, dalam penerapan teknik sipil yang tepat guna untuk pembangunan dan pemeliharaan infrastruktur perkebunan kelapa sawit. Secara khusus, pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mengenai desain konstruksi jalan perkebunan yang tahan terhadap kondisi cuaca dan lingkungan, memberikan keterampilan praktis dalam penggunaan material lokal, seperti limbah kelapa sawit, sebagai bahan konstruksi alternatif yang lebih ekonomis dan ramah lingkungan, mengajarkan Teknik perbaikan dan pemeliharaan infrastruktur Perkebunan, termasuk system drainase untuk mengurangi resiko banjir dan meningkatkan kapasitas Masyarakat dalam merancang Solusi infrastruktur yang lebih efisien dan berkelanjutan sesuai dengan prinsip Teknik Sipil. Adanya Pelatihan terkait Pelatihan Peningkatan Kompetensi Teknik Sipil dalam Infrastruktur Perkebunan Kelapa Sawit di Dayun, Siak, Riau” ini diharapkan masyarakat Dayun dapat lebih mandiri dalam membangun dan merawat infrastruktur perkebunan kelapa sawit, sehingga meningkatkan produktivitas dan kesejahteraan masyarakat setempat.
