Infeksi nosokomial (INOS) adalah infeksi yang didapat atau timbul pada waktu pasien dirawat dirumah sakit. Rumah sakit merupakan suatu tempat orang sakit dirawat dan ditempatkan dalam jarak yang sangat dekat. Ditempat ini pasien mendapatkan terapi dan perawatan untuk agar mendapatkan kesembuhan. Akan tetapi, rumah sakit dapat juga merupakan depot bagi berbagai macam penyakit yang berasal dari penderita maupun dari pengunjung yang berstatus pembawa (carier). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap dengan kepatuhan perawat dmelaksanakan standar prosedur operasional pencegahan resiko infeksi nasokomial. Metodologi penelitian ini menggunakan desain kuantitatif deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling yang berjumalah 65responden. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan berdasarkan uji Fisherdidapatkan p value ,000<α (0,05) menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan pengetahuan dengan kepatuhan pelakasanaan standar prosedur operasional pencegahan infeksi nosokomial di Rumah Sakit Siti Khadijah.Prawat dapat mematuhi standar prosedur pencegahan infeksi nasokomial dan sudah memahami dan bersikap positif terhadap pelaksanaan pencegahan infeksi nasokomial agar dapat menurunkan angka lama rawat inap pada pasien.

Self Compacting Concrete (SCC) is only has high flow and pass abilities at the formwork and reinforcementsystems, but also no required vibration work for compaction. This research aims to investigate the physicaland mechanical behavior of fresh and hard concrete. This research was arranged by making SCC concretespecimens with an initial 0.3 according to ACI 211.4R- 93, and statistical methods of regression with SPSS.Objects were tested using a polyethylene terephthalae (PET) variation of 0%, 0.30%, 0.50%, 1.00% and0.8% superplastisizer. The physical behavior of the concrete SCC which were tested consists of flowability,passing ability, binding time and weight. For the mechanical behavior of concrete SCC which were testedconsists of compressive strength, split tensile strength, tensile strength, and elastic modulus. The results ofthis research indicate that the use of PET in SCC can increase the passing ability by 0.92, PET can increasethe weight value of SCC up to 1.16%. SCC binding time with 0.50% PET has the fastest binding time of232 minutes. The compressive strength of concrete using 1.00% PET at the age of 3, 7, 14, and 28 dayshad the greatest value. The split tensile strength of 1.00% PET has the largest value, spesifically 2.48 Mpa.In the flexural tensile strength test, the use of 0.50% PET and 1.00% PET increased the flexural strengthby 6.45% -17.37% compared to the flexural strength at 0% PET. The modulus of elasticity increased in allvariations of PET by 8.34% -25.08% compared to SCC without PET. Based on testing the quality of freshconcrete and hard concrete, the optimum variation in the use of PET is 1.00%Keywords: Compressive strength; PET; SCC

Cases of Covid-19 in the world is 100,801,465 (100 million) cases. This disease outbreak causes anxiety, fear and anxiety to everyone. Based on the results of research in Hubei, China, 62 (0.9) experienced severe anxiety, 196 (2.7%), moderate anxiety and 1518 (21.3%) mild anxiety, one way to reduce anxiety is to perform progressive muscle relaxation. Reducing the Anxiety Level of Covid Patients at Iringmulyo Public Health Center, Metro City in 2021. Quantitative research, quasi-experimental design or quasi-experimental two group pretest-posttest approach, Location at Iringmulyo Public Health Center, Metro City in june - july 2021. The population of Covid patients is 63. The sample size in the experimental study was 30 respondents divided into 2 groups, namely control and intervention groups. Collecting data using a questionnaire. univariate, bivariate analysis. Thc rcsults of thc study found that thc avcragc anxicty of Covid-19 paticnts bcforc bcing givcn progrcssivc musclc rclaxation tcchniqucs was 54.2, aftcr it was 27.0. It is known that thc avcragc anxicty of Covid-19 paticnts bcforc in thc control group was 51.6, aftcr was 35.8. Thcrc is an cffcct of Progrcssivc Musclc Rclaxation Tcchniqucs on Rcducing Anxicty Lcvcls of Covid Paticnts at Iringmulyo Public Hcalth Ccntcr, Mctro City in 2021 (p valuc = 0.000). It is hopcd that hcalth workcrs will makc SOPs rclatcd to progrcssivc muscle relaxation therapy to control anxiety.

Making a drink mix fruit from the fruit of the banana ambon, california papaya, pumpkin and Solanum betaceum can be a way to enhance antioxidant content of their products, and will raise the value of fondness of the community towards it. This study aims to determine the right formula of the variation of composition fruit and temperature levels drying against anti oxidant and know received the community in power fruit drink mix. Methods used to making a drink mix fruit that is a method in which a Foam Mat Drying. Based on an analysis of the vitamin C the best conditions exist to variation composition fruit 50% of Solanum betaceum. While for antioxidant content IC50 the best conditions exist to variation composition fruit 50% of banana ambon at a temperature of 50 oC. The temperature drying affecting the womb IC50 antioxidant vitamin C and fruit resulting mix to the liqueurs. Based on the is the hedonic organoleptic, can was received by the fruit drink mix for its shade from variations composition 50% of pumpkin (50 oC), the scent of 50% of pumpkin (70 oC), and the sense of 25% respectively fruit (50 oC). So it can be concluded that variations composition fruit that is produced with composition of the 50% of pumpkin.

ABSTRACT This study empirically tests the effect of financial literacy, financial stressors, and risk tolerance on the financial satisfaction of the millennial generation in Jakarta using digital wallets. The data analysis method in this study uses Partial Least Square - Structural Equation. This study used a sample of 130 respondents. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire distributed to the millennial generation in Jakarta. The results of this study indicate that there is a positive and significant relationship between financial literacy and financial satisfaction, then there is an insignificant relationship between financial stress and financial satisfaction, and between risk tolerance and financial satisfaction in the millennial generation in Jakarta digital wallet users. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh financial literacy, financial stressor, dan risk tolerance terhadap financial satisfaction generasi millennial di Jakarta pengguna dompet digital. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square – Structural Equation. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 130 responden. Teknik pengambilan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuisioner yang disebar pada generasi milenial di Jakarta. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara literasi keuangan dan kepuasan keuangan, lalu tidak terdapat hubungan signifikan antara stress keuangan dan kepuasan keuangan, dan antara toleransi risiko dan kepuasan keuangan pada generasi milenial di Jakarta pengguna dompet digital.

Sampah telah menjadi permasalahan utama dalam kehidupan yang sampai saat ini masih belum terselesaikan di Indonesia terkhusus di kota Makassar. Olehnya itu perlu adanya upaya edukasi kepada masyarakat dalam menangani masalah tersebut. Dalam kegiatan mengedukasi seperti pembuangan sampah tentunya tidak hanya di lingkup masyarakat, melainkan di lingkup sekolah pun perlu dilakukan khususnya kepada para siswa mengenai pentingnya pengelolaan dan pemanfaatan sampah terkhusus pada jenis sampah anorganik menjadi barang yang bernilai guna. Kegiatan dilaksanakan di SDN Labuang Baji II Kota makassar. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan menjadi wadah dalam penanganan permasalahan sampah yaitu dengan memanfaatkan sampah anorganik yang ada di sekolah menjadi barang bermanfaat seperti pembuatan media pembelajaraan inovatif berupa pohon literasi dan tangga numerasi guna mendukung perkembangan dunia literasi dan numerasi di era merdeka belajar seperti sekarang ini. Kegiatan ini juga bertujuan untuk mengurangi jumlah sampah di sekolah dengan pengelolaan sampah daur ulang. Selain itu jika dilihat dari sudut pandang pendidikan kegiatan ini dapat bermanfaat terkhusus pada siswa agar sejak dini mampu memahami cara pengelolan sampah serta menjaga lingkungan.

Jamblang wood, also known as jambolin or jambolan, is a plant that is widespread in various tropical regions, including Indonesia. Jamblang bark has great potential as a source of raw material for making active carbon because it is rich in organic compounds, cellulose, and lignin, which can provide an ideal pore structure to capture and bind heavy metals. The literature search process was carried out on various databases (PubMed, Web of Sciences, EMBASE, Cochrane Libraries, and Google Scholar) regarding the potential of jamblang bark (Syzygium cumini) activated carbon in reducing lead heavy metal (Pb) levels. This study follows the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analysis (PRISMA) recommendations. Activated carbon produced from jamblang bark (Syzygium cumini) has significant potential in reducing levels of heavy metal lead (Pb) in various wastewater treatment settings, drinking water treatment, and recovery of heavy metals from industrial waste.

Saman dance has many uniqueness both from the movements and messages conveyed through verse. This study aims to examine the history and values of da'wah contained in Saman Dance, then the focus of research is the values of da'wah contained in Saman Dance verses. In this study, the author is interested in understanding how Saman Dance plays a role in spreading da'wah values in the Gayo tribal community by using qualitative descriptive research methods through literature study analysis techniques, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions from various articles and research data source books. By exploring the verses of Saman Dance, this study highlights some of the values of da'wah in Saman Dance. First, there are verses of praise to Allah and greetings to the audience as a form of respect. Second, there is a moral message conveyed through poetry, including the values of togetherness, courtesy, and gratitude. Third, there is a call to protect and preserve nature, in line with Islamic teachings on harmony between humans and their environment. Fourth, there is an encouragement to keep trying in the face of adversity.

Seiring dengan perkembangan teknologi, sistem pembelian tiket pesawat banyak dilakukan secara online, karena dianggap lebih mudah dan praktis.Kode booking harus unik dan berisikan kombinasi dari beberapa karakter, yang diperlukan untuk menyimpan data pembeli kedalam database. Oleh karena itu kode booking tiket pesawat harus memiliki integritas.Integritas suatu tiket dapat dijamin menggunakan teknik kriptografi, salah satunya hash function.dua algoritma diantaranya adalah algoritma Gosudarstvennyi Standard (GOST) dan algoritma RIPE Message Digest 160. Kode booking akan didapatkan dari nama dan tanggal lahir pemesan tiket yang dihashing dengan algoritma GOST dan RIPE-MD 160 dimana nantinya algoritma GOST menghasilkan 256 bit nilai hash dan RIPE-MD 160 akan menghasilkan 160 bit nilai hash yang diubah kedalam bentuk heksadesimal sehingga GOST akan menghasilkan 64 karakter heksadesimal sedangkan RIPE-MD 160 menghasilkan 40 karakter heksadesimal. Setelah itu diambil enam karakter depan dari hasil hashing kedua algoritma untuk dijadikan kode booking tiket pesawat.

Introduction: Until now, diarrhea is still a major problem in society that is difficult to overcome, diarrhea is one of the diseases that causes mortality and malnutrition in children. Factors related to the incidence of diarrhea are inadequate provision of clean water, water contaminated by feces, lack of hygiene facilities, unhygienic disposal of feces, poor personal and environmental hygiene, and improper preparation and storage of food. Objectives: This research aims to determine the relationship between Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) and Waste Management on the incidence of diarrhea in the Bantarjaya Village area among the people of Bogor Regency. Methods: This research is a quantitative study with a correlational research design, and uses a cross-sectional approach. Results: There is a relationship between Exclusive Breastfeeding (P= 0.000), Washing Hands with Soap (P = 0.000), Healthy Latrines (P = 0.000) and Waste Management (P = 0.000) but there is no relationship between Clean Water Sources (P = 0.469) and the incidence of Diarrhea. Conclusion: The lack of public knowledge regarding exclusive breastfeeding, washing hands with soap, using healthy latrines, and waste management is also caused by low income so that many people still channel pipes directly into rivers and throw rubbish carelessly, so this is related to the existence of a Life Behavior relationship. Clean and Healthy and Waste Management on Diarrhea Incidents in the Bantarjaya Village Area, Bogor Regency.
