Abstract

The phenomenon in the field shows cases of crime and violations of the law in Islamic boarding schools in recent years such as the case of the Al-Hanifiah Islamic Boarding School in Kediri, the Hidayatul Hikmah Alkahfi Islamic Boarding School in Semarang, that there are still many students committing crimes and breaking the rules. Especially the Hidayatul Islamiyah Islamic Boarding School in Lampung, many students violate the rules in terms of discipline. The purpose of this study is to test empirically normatively to see how the analysis of the rules for organizing Islamic boarding schools regarding student discipline and how the model of spiritual intelligence is in student discipline at the Hidayatul Islamiyah Islamic Boarding School in Sumber Agung Village, Kemiling Bandar Lampung.The method uses an empirical normative approach with a study of the legislation on organizing Islamic boarding schools and uses research variables of spiritual intelligence and discipline. The data collection method uses a study of the legislation on organizing Islamic boarding schools and quantitative (questionnaires) supported by interviews. Research results Analysis of the rules for organizing Islamic Boarding Schools regarding the discipline of students at the Hidayatul Islamiyah Islamic Boarding School in Bandar Lampung The first point is the existence of rules in the Islamic Boarding School regulations Number 34 of 2024, the second point is the punishment for undisciplined students which is given preventively and repressively, the third point is that if there are students who are disciplined, there are awards, the fourth point is the consistency of student discipline which still has several obstacles including the lack of awareness of students towards the rules, lack of supervision from the management and some students consider the application of punishment from the management to be unfair, while the model of spiritual intelligence in the discipline of students at the Hidayatul Islamiyah Islamic Boarding School in Sumber Agung Village, Kemiling District, Bandar Lampung, the results of statistical calculations are the r-xy value of 0.428 with p 0.428 with p 0.018 where p 0.05 means that there is a relationship between the spiritual intelligence model and discipline in students, so that the higher the spiritual intelligence of students, the higher the discipline of students, with an influence of 42.8%.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the relationship between the sensory integration ability with social adjustment in elementary school students. The hypothesis used in this study was there a relationship between sensory integration ability with social adjustment in elementary school students. The subject in this study were 23 student at class IV Ubadah in SDIT X Bandar Lampung. The data of this study is taken by sensory integration and social adjustment scale with data analysis using Pearson product moment correlation analysis. The result showed that there was a significant relationship between sensory integration with social adjustment in elementary school students in SDIT X  Bandar Lampung at class IV Ubadah (r=0,676 with p>0,05). The relationship between the two variables is high, the higher the sensory integration ability,  the higher social adjustment ability would be. Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kemampuan sensori integrasi dengan penyesuaian sosial pada siswa sekolah dasar. Hipotesis yang digunakan adalah ada hubungan antara kemampuan sensori integrasi dengan penyesuaian sosial pada siswa sekolah dasar. Subyek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SDIT X  Bandar Lampung kelas IV Ubadah yang berjumlah 23 orang. Data penelitian ini diambil dengan menggunakan skala sensori integrasi dan skala penyesuaian sosial dengan analisis data menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment Pearson. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara sensori integrasi dengan penyesuaian sosial pada siswa sekolah dasar di SDIT X  kelas IV Ubadah (r=0,676 dengan p>0,05). Hubungan kedua variabel adalah tinggi, maka semakin tinggi kemampuan sensori integrasi maka semakin tinggi kemampuan penyesuaian sosial.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Mahasiswa semester akhir sering menghadapi tekanan akademik saat menyusun skripsi, yang memerlukan resiliensi akademik untuk mengatasi tantangan. Optimisme dan dukungan sosial teman sebaya diduga memengaruhi ketahanan tersebut. Tujuan: Mengetahui pengaruh optimisme dan dukungan sosial teman sebaya terhadap resiliensi akademik mahasiswa semester akhir. Metode: Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei digunakan, melibatkan 228 mahasiswa dari enam perguruan tinggi di Bandar Lampung. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner skala Likert, dianalisis dengan regresi linear berganda, dan diuji asumsi klasik (normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas). Hasil: Menunjukkan bahwa optimisme dan dukungan sosial teman sebaya berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara parsial dan simultan terhadap resiliensi akademik. Dukungan sosial teman sebaya memiliki kontribusi lebih besar (β=0,600) dibandingkan optimisme (β=0,217), dengan R²=0,406 (40,6% variasi resiliensi akademik dijelaskan kedua variabel). Optimisme dan dukungan sosial teman sebaya meningkatkan resiliensi akademik, membantu mahasiswa mengatasi tekanan skripsi. Intervensi untuk mempromosikan optimisme dan dukungan sosial diperlukan untuk keberhasilan akademik.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Mahasiswa berada pada masa transisi dari remaja menuju dewasa yang menuntut kemampuan belajar mandiri, pengaturan waktu, serta penyesuaian terhadap tuntutan sosial dan akademik. Keberhasilan pada tahap ini tidak hanya bergantung pada kemampuan kognitif, tetapi juga pada efikasi diri, yakni keyakinan individu terhadap kemampuan dirinya untuk mencapai tujuan (Bandura, 1997). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan efikasi diri mahasiswa melalui pelatihan partisipatif berbasis teori Bandura. Kegiatan diikuti oleh 15 mahasiswa dan terdiri atas lima sesi: pengantar, self-awareness, self-efficacy, afirmasi positif, dan penutup. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan metode kuantitatif melalui pre-test dan post-test, serta kualitatif melalui observasi dan refleksi peserta. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan pada skor efikasi diri dari rata-rata 6,80 menjadi 8,27 (p = 0,003), serta peningkatan kepercayaan diri, kesadaran potensi, dan motivasi setelah pelatihan. Faktor pendukung keberhasilan meliputi metode partisipatif, dukungan sosial, dan pengalaman keberhasilan selama kegiatan. Secara keseluruhan, pelatihan efikasi diri ini efektif dalam mengembangkan keyakinan dan kesadaran diri mahasiswa, serta layak dijadikan program berkelanjutan dalam pengembangan pribadi dan kesiapan menghadapi tantangan akademik maupun dunia kerja. Kata Kunci: Efikasi Diri, Pelatihan, Mahasiswa, Afirmasi Positif, Kesadaran Diri.  ABSTRACT University students are in a transitional stage from adolescence to adulthood, which requires them to learn independently, manage their time effectively, and adapt to various social and academic demands. Success at this stage is not determined solely by cognitive abilities but also by self-efficacy an individual’s belief in their capability to organize and execute actions to achieve specific goals (Bandura, 1997). This study aimed to enhance students’ self-efficacy through a participatory training program based on Bandura’s self-efficacy theory. The training involved 15 students and consisted of five sessions: introduction, self-awareness, self-efficacy, positive affirmation, and closing. Evaluation was conducted using both quantitative methods (pre-test and post-test) and qualitative approaches (observation and participant reflection). The results showed a significant increase in self-efficacy scores from a mean of 6.80 to 8.27 (p = 0.003), along with improved self-awareness, confidence, and motivation among participants. Supporting factors included a participatory learning approach, a supportive environment, and small success experiences throughout the sessions. Overall, the self-efficacy training effectively enhanced students’ confidence, self-awareness, and motivation, making it a promising ongoing program for personal development and academic or career readiness. Keywords: Self-Efficacy, Training, University Students, Positive Affirmation, Self-Awareness.
