Abstract

Through the use of quantitative research methodology and data collection techniques including observation, interviews and recording, this research seeks to determine and assess the influence of work-life balance and job crafting on employee performance at PT.XYZ. Head of the HRD Department of PT XYZ and karyawan acted as informants for data collection. Employees must always bear the costs, demands and obligations of their work. Employees will experience greater stress at work the more pressure there is in the workplace. An employee's capacity to handle work-related stress without disrupting their personal life is a key component of work-life balance. Employee adjustments to achieve a balance between job-related responsibilities and resources and their needs and skills are reflected in job creation. Job crafting has an impact on employee performance because when workers organize their tasks efficiently, improvements occur, increasing job satisfaction and productivity.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the impact of system digitalization and logistics transformation on employee performance , with technological competence as a moderating variable at PT. Defour Naga Jaya. The Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method was used to analyze data from 185 employee performance respondents in Jakarta. The results showed that system digitalization and logistics transformation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance . Technological competence significantly moderates this relationship, strengthening the benefits gained from digitalization and logistics transformation. However, the moderating effect on logistics transformation is more complex, with some significant negative effects. This study highlights the importance of employee training, investment in technology infrastructure, and management commitment to technological innovation. These findings provide strategic insights for companies in the logistics sector to improve operational efficiency, competitiveness, and long-term sustainability. Limitations of the study include limited generalization, and recommendations for further research include expanding variables and industry contexts.

Abstract

Kehadiran UKM merupakan dasar bagi pertumbuhan banyak negara di dunia, termasuk Indonesia. Dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir ini, kehadiran UKM di indonesia meningkat dengan pesat. Usaha Mikro , kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) tumbuh subur di sejumlah daerah. Ini terlihat dari data yang dilaporkan oleh Kementerian Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (Kemenkop UKM), total UMKM di Indonesia tembus 8,71 juta unit usaha pada 2022. Kegiatan Pemberdayaan Kemitraan Masyarakat dalam peningkatan kesejahteraan usaha mikro bakso lele merupakan kegiatan yang mendukung UKM dalam meningkatkan perekonomian industri rumah tangga. Tujuan program Kemitraan masyarakat adalah untuk pelatihan produk olahan lele agar memiliki daya jual yang bernilai. Program pengabdian masyarakat dilakukan melalui bimbingan teknis dan pelatihan secara langsung pada mitra UKM bakso lele. Hasil luaran yang ditargetkan pengabdian masyarakat adalah terciptanya produk makanan unggulan berbasis lele dan meningkatnya perekonomian mitra Ditulis dalam bahasa Inggris yang berisi uraian tentang maksud pengembangan masyarakat, metode yang digunakan, dan hasil pengembangan masyarakat.

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi dan disrupsi teknologi, kinerja karyawan menjadi faktor vital bagi perusahaan untuk mempertahankan daya saing. Perceived organizational support dan motivasi kerja diidentifikasi sebagai elemen krusial dalam meningkatkan kinerja, namun, penelitian sebelumnya telah mengungkapkan bahwa hubungan antara kedua variabel tersebut tidak selalu signifikan, sehingga memerlukan mediator. Penelitian ini menggunakan Green Employee Engagement sebagai mediator untuk menguji bagaimana Perceived Organisational Support dan motivasi kerja mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan PT DBS Indonesia. Penelitian ini berbasis survei kuantitatif dan bersifat cross-sectional. Pengambilan sampel secara purposive digunakan untuk memilih 150 karyawan PT DBS Indonesia yang telah bekerja minimal satu tahun dan berpartisipasi dalam program keberlanjutan. Data diolah menggunakan SmartPLS dan Structural Equation Modelling. Motivasi kerja dan perceived organization support berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Green Employee Engagement turut meningkatkan kinerja dan secara signifikan memediasi hubungan antara Perceived Organisational Support dan motivasi kerja. Riset ini menemukan bahwa keterlibatan karyawan dalam program keberlanjutan meningkatkan dukungan organisasi dan motivasi terhadap kinerja. Dengan demikian, Green Employee Engagement dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dan tujuan keberlanjutan. Penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi manajemen perusahaan yang merancang kebijakan sumber daya berkelanjutan.

Abstract

An employee's performance is closely related to his satisfaction at work. Efforts to improve performance can be made through employee training and development, but in some situations good performance can arise because of the satisfaction felt by employees. The results of the research show that training has a significant effect on employee performance with a t-value of 4.774 > 1.676 and a significant value of the training variable (X1) on employee performance, namely 0.000 < 0.05, employee development has a significant effect on employee performance with a t-count of 2.332 > 1.676 and a value of The employee development variable (X2) is significant on employee performance, namely 0.024 < 0.05, job satisfaction as a moderating variable has a significant effect on employee performance with a t value of 3.692 > 1.676 and the significant value of the job satisfaction variable (Z) on employee performance is 0.001 < 0.05, job satisfaction as a moderating variable strengthens the influence of training on employee performance with a t value of 4.321 > 1.676 and a significant value on the training variable which is moderated by job satisfaction on employee performance, namely 0.000 < 0.05, and job satisfaction as a moderating variable strengthens the influence employee development on employee performance with a t value of 3.349 > 1.676 and a significant value on the employee development variable which is moderated by job satisfaction on employee performance, namely 0.002 < 0.05.
