Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui moderasi   sistem pelacakan atas pengaruh layanan hari libur dan ketepatan waktu pengiriman terhadap keputusan menggunakan jasa J&T Express. Sample yang digunakan adalah 151 dari pelanggan yang menggunakan jasa J&T Express. Metode analisis yang dipergunakan adalah structural equation modelling dengan menggunakan bantuan software Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa layanan hari libur berpengaruh positip dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa J&T Express. Ketepatan waktu pengiriman tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa J&T Express. Sistem pelacakan berpengaruh positip dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa J&T Express. Interaksi sistem pelacakan mampu memperkuat dan signifikan atas pengaruh ketepatan waktu terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa J&T Express tetapi interaksi sistem pelacakan belum mampu memperkuat (memperlemah) dan tidak signifikan atas layanan hari libur terhadap keputusan penggunaan jasa J&T Express.Kata kunci :   Layanan Hari Libur, Ketepatan Waktu, Sistem Pelacakan, Keputusan  Penggunaan  ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to determine the moderation of the tracking system for the influence of holiday services and timely delivery on the decision to use J&T Express services. The sample used is 151 from customers who use J&T Express services. The analytical method used is structural equation modeling with the help of Smart PLS software. The results of the study prove that holiday services have a positive and significant effect on the decision to use J&T Express services. The timeliness of delivery has no significant effect on the decision to use J&T Express services. The tracking system has a positive and significant effect on the decision to use J&T Express services. The interaction of the tracking system is able to strengthen and significantly influence the timeliness of the decision to use J&T Express services, but the interaction of the tracking system has not been able to strengthen (weaken) and is not significant for the holiday service on the decision to use J&T Express services.Keywords : Holiday Services, Punctuality, Tracking Systems, Usage Decisions

Abstract

The Community Service Program is carried out with the aim of increasing the competence of researchers in the Master of Management Study Program at Tadulako University, Palu. There are two competencies to be improved. First, competence in the field of qualitative research through the use of the NVivo software. Second, competence in the field of quantitative research through the use of Lisrel software for structural equation modeling research. The method used is a services learning approach by conducting lectures and workshops. The output of this community service program is an increase in the competence of the participants which consists of two competencies. First, increasing competence in the field of qualitative research through the use of the NVivo software. This competency includes the ability to input internal data and external data into NVivo, the ability to code internal data and external data, the ability to process data and produce coding visualization images, and the ability to draw conclusions from coding visualization images. Second, increasing competence in the field of quantitative research through the use of the Lisrel software. This competence includes the ability to solve the problem of confirmatory factor analysis by using the modification indices facility in the Lisrel software, the ability to solve the goodness of fit problem in the structural equation modeling research model, the ability to create syntax to test indirect effects using the Lisrel software, and the ability to read data processing output with using the Lisrel software.

Abstract

This Community Service Program aims to determine the Empowerment of the East Bekasi community through Cultivating MSME in the Catfish Business Bekasi so that it is right on target. Catfish is a favorite food in Indonesia and is a factor that needs to be considered in view of the large number of people who consume catfish, the amount in the market, the proximity to raw materials, the availability of facilities and transportation costs and the availability of places to expand their business. While its special use for the people of East Bekasi is to increase the nutrition of the surrounding community so they don't experience malnutrition and so on. Frequent consumption of fish can improve thinking for the better, especially for children who are in their infancy. Clean catfish farm locations increase sales profits and attract more buyers to shop for catfish. While the benefits for partners are getting a work partner, in addition to this what the lecturer gets adds new insights that will be used in further learning about entrepreneurship.

Abstract

This activity aims to increase the understanding and knowledge of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises actors in carrying out simple bookkeeping and financial reporting for their businesses. So that MSME actors can better manage their business bookkeeping and financial reporting. Participants are given training activities using the classical method, namely the delivery of training material through lectures, then followed by a questions and answers session as well as discussions and exercises/practices; giving papers filled in accordance with the real conditions of the participants' businesses. Participants in the training activities were Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises located in Depok. This training activity was attended by all participants with enthusiasm because it provided many benefits for the continuity of their business.

Abstract

 AbstrakSalah satu program Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi adalah Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat, dimana dosen dan mahasiswa Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Jakarta mengadakan pengabdian masyarakat di Kelurahan Kalibaru RW 10, Kecamatan Cilicing Jakarta Utara. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini untuk pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui inovasi produk dan strategi mengelola keuangan rumah tangga secara digital agar tepat sasaran. Dengan pengabdian masyakarat ini diharapkan bisa mengelola keuangan rumah tangga dan  meningkatkan pendapatan rumah tangganya. Dalam  kegiatan ini di ikuti kurang lebih 35 peserta. Luaran kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah kemampuan secara mandiri ibu ibu rumah tangga dalam inovasi produk dan  mengelola keuangan sederhana secara digital melalui  aplikasi Catatan Keuangan dari   Sepran Ashari. Edukasi mencakup pemberian materi inovasi produk dan pengelolaan keuangan sederhana rumah tangga yang  efektif dan efisien, edukasi permainan dan tanya jawab pengetahuan dasar bagi ibu-ibu. Hasil edukasi adalah antusiasnya ibu-ibu dalam menjawab beberapa pertanyaan sederhana dan contoh-contoh soal serta mengingatkan kembali pengaturan pengeluaran rumah tangga, selain hal tersebut yang didapatkan dari dosen juga menambahkan wawasan baru yang akan digunakan dalam pembelajaran selanjutnya mengenai pengelolaan keuangan rumah tangga dan inovasiKata kunci : Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Inovasi Produk, Mengelola Keuangan,  Rumah Tangga, Digital AbstractOne of the Tri Dharma Higher Education programs is the Community Service Program, where lecturers and students at the University of 17 August 1945 Jakarta held community service in Kalibaru RW 10 Village, Cilicing District, North Jakarta. The aim of this community service activity is to empower the community through product innovation and strategies for managing household finances digitally so that they are right on target. With this community service, it is hoped that they can manage household finances and increase household income. This activity was attended by approximately 35 participants. The output of this community service activity is the independent ability of housewives to innovate products and manage simple finances digitally through the Financial Notes application from Sepran Ashari. Education includes providing material on product innovation and simple effective and efficient household financial management, educational games and basic knowledge questions and answers for mothers. The result of the education is the enthusiasm of the mothers in answering several simple questions and examples of questions as well as reminding them about household expenditure arrangements. Abstract

ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh keunggulan operating system  dan stabilitas performa terhadap keunikan desain yang dimoderasi minat beli. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 160 responden yang merupakan masyarakat umum sekitar. Cakupan responden didasarkan pada pendekatan Hair. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan simple random sampling dengan menyebarkan kuesioner penelitian dalam format Google kemudian membagikannya di media sosial. Metode pengolahan data penelitian ini menggunakan software Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) yang digunakan untuk pengujian hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keunggulan operating system berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli, Stabilitas Performa berpengaruh positif dan signifikan minat beli, keunikan desain terbukti berpengaruh signifikanKata Kunci : Keunggulan Operating System, Stabilitas Performa, Minat beli, Keunikan desain ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study was to test and analyze the effect of the ease of finding segments and the availability of feedback on decisions to use social media marketing moderated by business process efficiency. The sample in this study consisted of 160 respondents who were the general public around. Respondent coverage is based on the Hair approach. The data collection technique used simple random sampling by distributing research questionnaires in Google format and then sharing them on social media. The research data processing method uses Smart PLS (Partial Least Square) software which is used for hypothesis testing. The results showed that the superiority of the operating system had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, Performance Stability had a positive and significant effect on purchase intention, unique design proved to have a significant effect.Keywords : Superior Operating System, Stability of Performance, Interest in Buying, Unique Design

Abstract

The millennial generation in Indonesia is particularly fond of skincare products like Npure. In order to better understand how marketing and branding strategies influence consumers' decisions to buy Npure skincare products, this study aims to clarify the role that purchase intention plays in this process. One hundred residents of DKI Jakarta were chosen as research samples for this study using a purposive sampling approach. In this study, data was gathered using online surveys that were analysed using SmartPLS software and the PLS-SEM technique. This study found that the marketing approach for Npure skincare products increased interest in purchasing these items. Branding methods have a detrimental effect on consumers' decisions to buy Npure skincare products, according to this study. In addition, the study's findings show that marketing tactics have a stronger impact on consumers' decisions to purchase Npure skincare products when purchase interest acts as a positive moderator. Similarly, with Npure skincare goods, the presence of purchase interest can fully mitigate the impact of branding techniques on consumers' inclinations to buy

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh strategi branding dan inovasi produk terhadap minat beli yang dimoderasi oleh hedonistic shopping motive. Tujuan lain untuk mengetahui hubungan hedonistic shopping motive dalam memperkuat variable strategi branding dan inovasi produk. Penelitian ini menunjukkan strategi branding yang dapat digunakan bagi para pebisnis kopi agar mengetahui bagaimana cara meningkatkan minat beli dengan melihat bentuk strategi branding dan inovasi produk apa yang menjadi keinginan para konsumen. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 151 orang yang sering membeli Kopi Kenangan Mantan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis structural equation modelling. Desain penelitian menggunakan kausalitas yang bertujuan untuk menguji direct effect dan moderating effect antar variabel. Software yang digunakan adalah SmartPLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Strategi Branding berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli, artinya hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Inovasi Produk tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli, artinya hipotesis dalam penelitian ini ditolak. Hedonistic Shopping Motive berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Minat Beli, artinya hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Hedonistic Shopping Motive memperkuat hubungan antara Strategi Branding terhadap Minat Beli tidak berpengaruh signifikan, artinya hipotesis dalam penelitian ini ditolak. Hedonistic Shopping Motive memperkuat hubungan antara Inovasi Produk terhadap Minat Beli berpengaruh signifikan, artinya hipotesis dalam penelitian ini diterima. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini memberikan saran bagi pebisnis kopi untuk memperhatikan hipotesis pertama, hipotesis ketiga, dan hipotesis kelima apabila ingin bisnisnya berkembang dan maju seperti Kopi Kenangan Mantan. Hasil penelitian ini memberikan pandangan bahwa perusahaan atau pebisnis kopi dapat menganalisa target pasar dan tren zaman agar dapat bertahan dalam persaingan, karena tidak semua rencana atau strategi dapat berjalan dengan baik, banyak hal yang harus di perhatikan dalam mengembangkan produk dan usahanya.
