Abstract

Da'wah is the act of inviting people to do good and avoid wrongdoing (amar ma'ruf nahi mungkar). Traditionally, mosques, prayer rooms, and similar settings have hosted lectures and gatherings for da'wah. However, as technology advances, da'wah has adapted to the digital age, with social media becoming an increasingly popular medium. Among the figures utilizing these platforms is Ustadzah Halimah Alaydrus, who actively employs YouTube and Instagram to reach a broader audience, particularly Muslim women. As a prominent female Muslim figure, Ustadzah Halimah Alaydrus has embraced the opportunities offered by digital platforms to carry out da'wah in the modern era. This study examines two key aspects: the role of Ustadzah Halimah Alaydrus in digital da'wah and the strategies she employs to convey Islamic teachings through YouTube and Instagram. Using a qualitative approach with a descriptive research method, this study applies content analysis to explore the messages shared by Ustadzah Halimah Alaydrus on these platforms. The findings highlight her significant role in promoting digital da'wah, particularly in empowering Muslim women. Her efforts have had a positive impact on strengthening women's faith, expanding their knowledge, and improving their social awareness. What distinguishes her da'wah is the way she delivers her messages—thoughtfully crafted to inspire and resonate with the daily lives of Muslim women. Furthermore, her success in leveraging Instagram and YouTube lies in her ability to present engaging and creative content that effectively spreads Islamic values to a broader audience

Abstract

ABSTRACT Nurses are the frontline of hospital services, facing high demands both physically and emotionally. Ongoing work pressure, such as administrative burdens, long working hours, and the complexity of patient care, makes nurses vulnerable to burnout. Burnout can decrease work productivity, reduce service quality, and negatively impact patient safety. Therefore, approaches that help nurses maintain psychological resilience are needed. Workplace spirituality and work motivation are considered two important factors that can strengthen the sense of meaning and purpose at work and help reduce symptoms of burnout. This study aims to analyze the relationship between workplace spirituality and motivation with burnout among nurses in the inpatient ward of Dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh General Hospital, Banjarmasin. The research employed a quantitative descriptive correlational design with a cross-sectional approach. The sample consisted of 115 nurses selected using simple random sampling. Data collection instruments included standardized questionnaires measuring workplace spirituality, work motivation, and burnout. The results showed that most nurses had high levels of workplace spirituality and motivation, along with low levels of burnout. Statistical analysis revealed a significant relationship between workplace spirituality and burnout (p 0.05), as well as between work motivation and burnout (p 0.05).  Keywords: Spirituality, Motivation, Burnout, Nurses.  ABSTRAK Perawat adalah garda terdepan dalam memberikan pelayanan di rumah sakit, dengan tekanan kerja yang tinggi secara fisik maupun emosional. Tekanan kerja yang berkelanjutan, seperti beban administrasi, padatnya jam kerja, dan kompleksitas penanganan pasien, menjadikan perawat rentan mengalami burnout. Burnout dapat menurunkan produktivitas kerja, mutu pelayanan, serta berdampak pada keselamatan pasien. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan yang dapat membantu perawat mempertahankan ketahanan psikologis. Spiritualitas tempat kerja dan motivasi kerja dianggap sebagai dua faktor penting yang dapat memperkuat makna dan tujuan dalam bekerja serta menekan gejala burnout. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara spiritualitas tempat kerja dan motivasi kerja dengan burnout pada perawat ruang rawat inap RSUD Dr. H. Moch. Ansari Saleh Banjarmasin. Penelitian menggunakan desain kuantitatif deskriptif korelasi dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel terdiri dari 115 perawat yang dipilih melalui teknik simple random sampling. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner terstandar yang mengukur spiritualitas, motivasi, dan burnout. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar perawat memiliki tingkat spiritualitas tempat kerja dan motivasi kerja tinggi serta burnout yang rendah. Uji statistik menunjukkan terdapat hubungan signifikan antara spiritualitas tempat kerja dan burnout (p 0,05), serta antara motivasi kerja dan burnout (p 0,05). Kata Kunci: Spiritualitas, Motivasi, Burnout, Perawat.
