Abstract

One of the food needs with quite high interest is eggs, more specifically chicken eggs. Chicken eggs are one of the food needs that are sought after by many people as evidenced by data issued by BPS or the Central Statistics Agency. Based on data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the average -The average consumption of chicken eggs in Indonesia in 2022 will be 2,336 kilograms (kg) per capita per week. If viewed from a benefits perspective, the benefits of chicken eggs are that they provide highly nutritious food substances, but not only that, they are also relatively cheap compared to other animal products, which means that demand for chicken eggs will tend to continue to increase. However, chicken egg farmers in several areas still experience difficulties in controlling production and monitoring chicken eggs because they still use extensive or traditional counting systems. This research was carried out with the aim of creating a chicken egg counting system that is integrated with an Android application where the egg production produced can be monitored or monitored directly via a mobile device. The methodology for efficient development of this project is proposed using ESP8266 which is connected to several sensors as a supporting monitoring tool and integrated with WiFi to send data directly. The result of this research is an egg production counting system that is connected to a gadget with an Android platform based on the Internet of things where production results can be monitored directly by every client who has access.

Abstract

Pengelolaan inventaris secara manual masih menjadi permasalahan umum pada Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), yang berdampak pada ketidaktepatan data stok dan rendahnya efisiensi operasional. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menerapkan solusi digital inventaris berbasis spreadsheet yang dioperasikan melalui antarmuka aplikasi mobile pada Warung Kopi Meteora Pamulang. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dan aplikatif melalui tahapan observasi, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pelatihan, serta pendampingan. Sistem dikembangkan dengan memanfaatkan Google Spreadsheet yang terintegrasi dengan AppSheet sehingga memungkinkan pencatatan dan pemantauan stok secara real-time melalui perangkat mobile. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan ketepatan pencatatan inventaris, kemudahan monitoring stok, serta meningkatnya literasi digital pemilik dan karyawan.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology requires senior high school students to possess digital literacy that is not only consumptive but also productive and applicable. One essential skill in this context is the ability to design a digital curriculum vitae as a professional self-representation medium that is informative and visually structured. This community service activity aimed to enhance the digital skills of students at SMA Sumpah Pemuda in designing digital curriculum vitae using Figma through practical digital training. The training method was implemented through hands-on activities, including an introduction to digital curriculum vitae concepts, information structuring, and independent visual design using Figma. The participants consisted of 27 twelfth-grade students from science and social studies streams. Data were collected through pretest and posttest assessments, practical evaluations, observations, and brief interviews. The results indicated a significant improvement in students’ understanding of digital curriculum vitae concepts and their ability to produce well-structured and visually appealing digital curriculum vitae suitable for professional use. In addition, the training contributed to increased student confidence and motivation in utilizing digital design technology productively. It can be concluded that digital curriculum vitae training using Figma is effective in improving digital literacy and design skills among senior high school students and can serve as a relevant model for community service programs supporting students’ readiness for higher education and the digital-based workforce.
