Abstract

Bullying cases in the educational environment, including in dayah (pesantren), are a serious problem and have a negative impact on the psychology and social development of santri. This study aims to identify and analyse efforts to prevent bullying cases in Dayah Perbatasan Minhajussalam Subulussalam City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, which involves in-depth interviews with dayah managers, teachers, students, as well as direct observation in the field. The results showed that bullying prevention efforts in the dayah include several important steps, including: fostering religious morals and ethics through religious teaching that focuses on the values of tolerance and compassion, However, there are still in the implementation of these prevention efforts, such as Many people, including victims and witnesses, do not always realise that they are facing or witnessing acts of bullying.

Abstract

Dayah merupakan pendidikan Islam tertua di Aceh. Kualitas Pendidikan dayah sangat ditentukan oleh peran ustaz atau tengku, Peran ustaz di dayah  sangat penting dalam pendidikan agama mulai dari moralitas, sampai integritas untuk menciptakan kader-kader santri yang berpontensi. Seorang Ustaz dalam memberikan pengajarannya memiliki banyak strategi dan metode yang diajarkan terhadap santrinya. Kita dapat melihat dari santrinya, karena santri adalah cerminan dari ustaznya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana perencanaan, usaha, dan kendala Ustaz dalam Meningkatkan Kopetensi Profesional di dayah Ummul Ayman Samalanga Kabupaten Bireuen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dimana pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dalam perencanaan peningkatan profesional, ustaz di Dayah Ummul Ayman harus menyelesaikan studi belajar selama 10 tahun dan akan diseleksi lagi menjadi kader ustaz. Kemudian ketika menjadi ustaz, harus selalu mentaati seluruh peraturan yang ada di Dayah Ummul Ayman, dan selalu mengasah ilmu pengetahuan untu mendidik santrinya. Namun kendala yang dihadapi oleh ustaz di Dayah Ummul Ayman seperti kurannya etika dan pergaulan sesama ustaz dan santrinya, dan kurang sikap mendidik dan membimbing santrinya agar terbiasa dalam ibadah dengan sendirinya. Kendala lain seperti kurangnya pengetahuan yang dimiliki seorang ustaz dalam menyampaikan ilmu.

Abstract

This paper aims to find out the teaching sources and teaching materials for moral education in the formation of students‘ daily morals, explain the implementation of moral education, and want to know the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of moral education in the formation of students’ daily morals. With these objectives, it is obtained that the point about the formation of santri morals is taken from several classical books, namely the Arabic Malay Akhlak book. Teaching materials related to daily morals are taken from the Arabic Malay Akhlak book. The supporting factors for the formation of santri morals are religious learning activities, adequate facilities, the enthusiasm of ustadz/ustadzah and students, a comfortable environment and there are santri rules that must be obeyed. Apart from supporting factors, there are inhibiting factors, namely the influence from outside the tpa.
