Abstract

Islamic civilization during the time of Abu Bakar As-Siddiq was a period that played a key role in the early development of Islam. Abu Bakr, who was the closest friend of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, was the first Caliph of Muslims after the death of the Prophet. This journal explains Abu's role Burn in building Islamic civilization, which includes the spread of religion, collecting the Koran, financial and social policies, as well as an emphasis on justice and law. His leadership wisdom and the Islamic principles he implemented have helped form the basis for strong and sustainable Islamic civilization. This period plays an important role in determine the future of Islam and provides inspiration for the next generation to live a life in accordance with the noble values ​​of Islam.

Abstract

Education is a fundamental element in human resource development which plays a significant role in the nation's progress. As time goes by, various modern ideas about education have emerged which aim to improve the quality of learning and its relevance to society's needs. This article discusses several modern educational approaches, including environmental-based teaching, project-based learning, homeschooling, work schools, character education, and inclusive education. Each approach is analyzed based on its benefits, challenges and contribution to the formation of a holistic individual. In conclusion, the integration of these various methods in the education system can create a generation that is adaptive, creative and has high social responsibility.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji peran strategi pembelajaran aktif dalam meningkatkan kemandirian belajar siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka (library research), yaitu dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber literatur seperti buku, jurnal, dan artikel ilmiah yang relevan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa strategi pembelajaran aktif mampu mendorong keterlibatan siswa secara langsung dalam proses pembelajaran melalui kegiatan seperti diskusi, pemecahan masalah, dan eksplorasi sumber belajar. Keterlibatan tersebut berkontribusi dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis, meningkatkan motivasi belajar, serta membentuk sikap tanggung jawab terhadap proses belajar. Selain itu, pembelajaran aktif juga membantu mengurangi ketergantungan siswa terhadap guru dan teman sebaya. Meskipun demikian, terdapat beberapa tantangan dalam penerapannya, seperti rendahnya motivasi dan kurangnya inisiatif siswa. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan peran guru sebagai fasilitator serta penerapan strategi pembelajaran yang tepat untuk memperkuat kemandirian belajar siswa secara optimal.
