Abstract

Human in order to live their live, they will always have needs,both in the form of physical and spiritual needs. One of the physical needs can be obtained by someone either by entering into a sale and purchase agreement, exchange, leasing, inheritance or by way of grants, namely giving to someone when the person giving to someone when the person giving is still alive and cannot be represented by a third party on behalf of the giver except for a court decision. Implementation of grants to minors who are under guardianship or to people who are able do not have direct material rights to everything they receive must go through a guardianship or guardian for people who are able to be authorized by a person appointed by the sultan in court. While the implementation of grants for minor who are under the authority of their parents, grants for movable property are sufficient for direct delivery. Auntentic deed, must be made with a clear and clear pledge which in acceptance is carried out by being represented by the guardian of the child in the case the guardianship rights of the blood family and the gift guardian have legal or legal force.

Abstract

Waqf is an Islamic institution that is social in nature, has religious value and serves as a service to Allah SWT. In its function as worship, waqf is expected to be a provision for life in the afterlife. Whereas in its social function as worship, waqf is a very valuable asset in development. Because waqf is worship, its main purpose is devotion to Allah SWT and sincerity for seeking His pleasure. Waqf can be canceled due to the following: a. A blocking event occurred. b. If there is an increase in the waqf property, then the waqf for the excess price, c. Endowment for immoral interests, such as gambling places, prostitution, building churches, buying weapons to kill. d.Waqf to fight fellow Muslim. e. Waqf of infidels for the benefit of Muslims. Meanwhile, the provisions in the review of Islamic law mention the immediate cancellation of waqf. The term and pillars set. If the pillars and conditions are violated by any party, the waqf will automatically be cancelled.

Abstract

Each Baitul Mal Gampong must manage each Baitul Mal Gampong fund based on management that is in accordance with the Islamic concept. Each village in Banda Sakti sub-district, Lhokseumawe City has a different management concept in managing Baitul Mal. As for the formulation of the problem in this study are: one. how is the concept of Sharia management at Baitul Mal located in the sub-district in Banda Sakti District, Lhokseumawe City? 2. What are the obstacles in implementing Sharia management at Baitul Mal which is in the Banda Sakti sub-district, Lhokseumawe City. The research method in this writing is a qualitative research method with data collection techniques based on observation, interviews and documentation. The conclusions that the authors can obtain in this study are as follows: one concept of Sharia management, even in villages located in the sub-district of Lhokseumawe City, has the concept of planning, organizing implementation, and evaluating. the concept of Sharia management, namely the Kampung Mall is based on 5 principles, namely the principles of monotheism, caliph, justice, Ukhuwah and Maslahah. be it village malls that apply sharia management concepts that do not fully apply sharia management concepts, namely Gampong Ujung Blang and Gampong Pusong Lama. in carrying out the management of Baitul Mal Gampong, namely as follows first, understanding of fiqh by amil does not understand, second, lack of quality human resources, third, the technology used is still low, fourth, lack of public awareness in paying zakat. the lack of public trust in every Baitul Mall village in the Banda Sakti sub-district, Lhokseumawe City

Abstract

The Family Planning Program (KB) according to Islamic law is permissible (Mubah) if it is carried out as a form of family birth control/sparing births or a temporary pregnancy prevention effort in connection with special situations and conditions for the benefit of the family concerned or for the benefit of the people. Furthermore, the Family Planning (KB) program is illegal (Haram) if the goal is to limit a certain number of families/children, for example two or three children for each family in all situations and conditions without exception. This study examines the causative factors that cause the people of BlangCrum Village, Muara Dua District, Lhokseumawe City to participate in the Family Planning (KB) program, using qualitative research using library research and field research methods. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the factors causing the people of BlangCrum Village, Muara Dua District, Lhokseumawe City to participate in the Family Planning (KB) program are as follows: Practicality because they are busy with work, maternal and child health, family economic ability, religious interests, desire to raise children well and psychological factors.The Family Planning Program (KB) which is participated in by residents of BlangCrum Village, Muara Dua District, Lhokseumawe City, has implications for fostering a sakinah family in the village, namely; improving maternal health and harmonious marital relations, influencing children's intelligence and health, fulfilling care and affection for children and achieving well-being of life.
