Abstract

Manajemen risiko siber menjadi penting bagi perusahaan e-commerce untuk melindungi data dan kepercayaan konsumen. Penelitian ini menganalisis strategi manajemen risiko siber di perusahaan e-commerce Indonesia dan membandingkannya dengan praktik global melalui tinjauan sistematis literatur dari tahun 2014 hingga 2024. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan global cenderung menggunakan pendekatan proaktif dengan teknologi mutakhir, sedangkan perusahaan Indonesia, terutama UMKM, masih mengandalkan metode tradisional yang kurang efektif. Meskipun ada regulasi pemerintah seperti Peraturan Pemerintah No. 71 Tahun 2019, implementasinya masih kurang optimal. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan adopsi teknologi dan penerapan standar keamanan yang lebih ketat untuk meningkatkan ketahanan perusahaan e-commerce Indonesia terhadap ancaman siber. Kata Kunci: Manajemen Risiko Siber, E-commerce, Indonesia, Teknologi, Kebijakan Pemerintah.

Abstract

The Real Work Lecture (KKN) program is carried out with the aim of empowering the people of Dolat Rayat Village through hand soap production activities as an effort to improve health while providing sustainable economic added value. The main problem faced by the community is the low awareness of the importance of clean living behaviors and the limited alternative sources of income available in the surrounding environment. This activity includes health counseling on hand hygiene, training on making simple hand soap, packaging assistance, and creative and innovative product marketing strategies. KKN students also provide education about the importance of cleanliness to prevent infectious diseases in the household and school environment. The results of the activity show that the community not only understands the urgency of maintaining hand hygiene, but is also able to develop soap production skills as a sustainable household business opportunity. This program makes a dual contribution, namely increasing awareness of healthy living while opening up opportunities for local economic growth. Thus, this activity proves that the integration of health and the creative economy can be implemented effectively through community empowerment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the conceptual relationship between cooperative entrepreneurship and the role of Microfinance Institutions (MFIs) in empowering Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) as a crucial pillar of the national economy. The study employs a literature review method by examining more than 20 national and international publications released between 2020 and 2025. The literature review is conducted systematically to synthesize key findings related to strengthening the institutional capacity of cooperatives, the strategic role of MFIs in enhancing financial inclusion, and the forms of synergy that can be developed between these two institutions in promoting community-based economic development. The results indicate that cooperative entrepreneurship contributes significantly to increasing business productivity, fostering innovation, and strengthening the economic independence of members through the optimization of social capital, organizational governance, and managerial capacity building. Furthermore, MFIs play an essential role in providing sustainable access to financing that aligns with the characteristics and needs of MSMEs. This study proposes an integrative conceptual model that explains how collaboration between cooperative entrepreneurship and MFIs can create a more sustainable, inclusive, and competitive MSME empowerment process. The findings are expected to serve as both an academic and practical foundation for the development of public policies and the formulation of more effective community economic empowerment strategies oriented toward long-term development.
