Abstract

In today's digital era, social media has become an effective platform to support the teaching and learning process. Unfortunately, the many benefits of learning media through social media also do not rule out the possibility that it will have a negative effect on those who use it carelessly and unwisely. The Team of Lecturers and Students of the FKIP Dehasen University of Bengkulu in community service in Lubuk Unen Village, Merigi Kelindang District, Central Bengkulu Regency which was carried out on November 11, 2024, provided assistance for class XII students at MA Darul Qalam Central Bengkulu through socialization and strengthening motivation related to optimizing the use of social media as a learning tool in the digital era. In this assistance, students were given knowledge about the importance of digital literacy and the use of social media as a learning tool along with training on how to use social media so that they can increase interaction and collaboration in learning. The results of this activity showed an increase in students' interest, understanding and skills in using technology as a learning tool. The success of this activity was marked by their enthusiasm during the activity, namely being active and providing positive responses to the material presented by the community service team. Grade XII students at MA Darul Qalam can follow a series of activities well and understand the benefits of social media as a learning tool in the digital era. The use of social media is expected to enrich the learning experience to equip students to face the challenges of the digital era.

Abstract

Community Service Activities aim to be able to provide new experience and knowledge to teachers and students of SD Negeri 07 in the application of online and face-to-face learning (blended learning) in the new normal period so that existing learning can be used properly and optimally. Based on the results of the Community Service activity entitled "Mentally Readiness Assistance for Student Learning in the New Normal Period at SD Negeri 07 Bengkulu City" it can be concluded that the implementation of this activity went smoothly without significant obstacles.

Abstract

Healthy lifestyles in children is a global issue, and this research aims to address it through innovation. This KKN Thematic programme focuses on empowering the Pematang Governor Village community to improve the quality of physical education. By involving various parties, such as schools, local government, and the community, the programme aims to create an environment that supports students' physical activity. The first objective is to evaluate the effectiveness of new programs in increasing young people's physical activity, health and well- being. The research will identify and analyze innovative approaches in school and community contexts to increase student participation in physical activity. The research will also focus on curriculum development, the use of technology in learning, and collaboration with various stakeholders such as teachers, parents, and community leaders. Comprehensive research methods will investigate changes in physical activity before and after the program. The aim of this research is to find out how a new fitness exercise program in Pematang Governor Village can help create a healthy generation. The research will look at different new ideas that can be used in schools and community settings to increase student participation and interest in physical activity. In addition, the research will also look at how these innovations impact the physical, mental and social health of students.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh latihan Shuttle Run terhadap keterampilan dribbling siswa ekstrakurikuler futsal di SMP Negeri 45 Kabupaten Mukomuko. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode eksperimen dengan rancangan one group pretest-posttest design. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 24 siswa yang mengikuti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler futsal. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes keterampilan dribbling yang dilakukan sebelum dan sesudah perlakuan latihan Shuttle Run sebanyak 16 kali pertemuan dalam kurun waktu 4 minggu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan keterampilan dribbling siswa secara signifikan setelah diberikan perlakuan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan perolehan nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 14,73 detik yang menurun menjadi 12,42 detik pada posttest. Selisih nilai rata-rata sebesar 2,31 detik menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan dribbling yang cukup signifikan. Hasil uji paired sample t-test menunjukkan nilai t-hitung sebesar 16,260 > nilai t-tabel sebesar 1,713 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 yang menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil pretest dan posttest. Dengan demikian, latihan Shuttle Run terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan dribbling siswa. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa latihan Shuttle Run memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan dribbling siswa dalam permainan futsal. Latihan ini dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu alternatif metode pengajaran atau program latihan dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler futsal sekolah untuk mengembangkan keterampilan teknik dasar permainan.
