Abstract

This study discusses digital transformation, work-life balance, and diversity policy as factors affecting the productivity of employees in startup companies. The research method was Quantitative with data taken from 175 respondents by providing them with a structured questionnaire on a scale ranging between 1-5 for the Likert Scale option. The method used is SEM-PLS 4. This becomes evident from the results that digital transformation, work-life balance, and diversity policy are the top predictors of decreasing order for employees' productivity. Such findings also emphasize the strategic importance of intervention in technology adoption and enabling a balanced work culture in facilitating organizational performance. The findings also contribute to theory and practice by providing actionable insights to leaders in the startup ecosystem in Jakarta.

Abstract

Penguatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia pada tingkat organisasi desa merupakan prasyarat utama dalam mewujudkan tata kelola pemerintahan lokal yang efektif dan berkelanjutan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi kepemimpinan dan kemampuan kerja sama tim pada perangkat organisasi desa di Kelurahan Baubau Utara melalui pelaksanaan workshop berbasis partisipatif. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan kompetensi, penyusunan modul pelatihan, penyampaian materi melalui pendekatan andragogi, simulasi studi kasus, serta evaluasi capaian peserta. Peserta workshop terdiri atas aparatur kelurahan dan unsur kelembagaan masyarakat yang memiliki peran strategis dalam pengelolaan program pembangunan desa. Hasil pelaksanaan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap konsep leadership transformatif, komunikasi efektif, serta manajemen konflik dalam organisasi. Selain itu, peserta mampu menunjukkan kolaborasi yang lebih baik dalam menyelesaikan tugas kelompok pada sesi praktik. Perubahan sikap dan keterampilan ini diindikasikan oleh tingginya partisipasi peserta, respons positif dalam umpan balik, serta peningkatan nilai pada instrumen evaluasi pembelajaran. Implementasi kegiatan ini turut mendorong terciptanya lingkungan kerja yang lebih kooperatif dan mendukung penyelenggaraan pelayanan publik yang optimal di Kelurahan Baubau Utara.
