Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact of service quality andproduct quality on customer satisfaction Hypermart Bencoolen Mall Bengkulu. The data used are primary data obtained through filling out a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The sample selection method used is purposive sampling.The results of this study indicate that service quality and product quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction of PT. Hypermart Bencoolen Mall Bengkulu

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of job satisfaction and work motivation on employee performance PT. Pizza Hut cabang Jatiwaringin Hankam. The research method used in this study is the causal association method and uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study were employees of PT. Pizza Hut Jatiwaringin Branch. Using a saturated sample is a sampling technique, where all members of the population are sampled. The method of analysis used simultaneous linear regression. Job satisfaction and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competence and motivation on employee productivity of PT. Astra International Daihatsu, Tbk Cibubur. The research method uses qualitative and quantitative descriptive analysis, the analysis model used is linear regression both simply and multiple. The study population of all employees of PT. Astra International Daihatsu, Tbk Cibubur, amounting to 57 employees. The sampling technique of this study uses saturated sampling, which is the technique of determining the sample when all members of the population are sampled. Result competence and motivation have a positive and significant effect on the Employee Productivity of PT. Astra International Daihatsu, Tbk Cibubur, both partially and  simultaneous.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: The effect of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk KCU Matraman. This research is a causal associative research using a quantitative approach. The subjects of this study were employees at PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk KCU Matraman as many as 63 employees. Collecting using questionnaires and interviews while data analysis is done using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study at a significance level of 5% indicate that: (1) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk KCU Matraman, (2) work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the employees of PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk kcu Matraman, (3) work motivation and work discipline have a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk KCU Matraman.

Abstract

To describe product quality, promotion and customer purchasing decision  products of PT. Sayap Mas Utama, and to analysis the effect of quality products on customer ourchasing decisions PT. Sayap Mas Utama. This study uses data collection methods. Using a questionnaire, the data analysis method used is descriptive analysis, simple liner regression. The result of the study show that promotion positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction  the quality of service has a positive effect and significant to customer satisfaction PT. Sayap Mas Utama.

Abstract

Work environment is one of the factors that affect employee performance. If the environment around the workplace gives an uncomfortable impression, employees feel lazy to work. This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment, competence to employees of PT. Sinar Mas Land, Tbk in Tangerang. Population and sample are all employees of HR division of PT. Sinar Mas Land a total of 30 people. Sampling technique using saturated samples. The results showed that there is a significant influence partially or simultaneously between the work environment on employee performance in PT. Sinar Mas Land Tbk Tangerang area

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and customer value on GrabBike customer satisfaction at Unkris, Jakarta. This study took a sample of 71 customers from a total of 250 GrabBike customers at Unkris, Jakarta. Samples were taken using the Slovin formula by random sampling method. Data testing techniques used in this study include validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis to test and prove the research hypothesis. The results of this analysis indicate that the variables of service quality and customer value have a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

PT. Bukitapit Bumi Persada is one of the first local companies in the field of oil and gas industry services in Indonesia. One of the advantages is, 100% percent locally owned and utilization of local resources, so that PT. Buktapit Bumi Persada is able to compete with other foreign companies. PT. Bukitapit Bumi Perasada currently serves not only local oil companies (Pertamina), but also has completed several projects with other oil companies. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality and price policy on customer satisfaction at PT Bukitapit Bumi Persada. The population and sample of the research were 31 clients and the technique used in the research was non probability sampling with saturated sampling. The results showed that service quality and pricing policies affect customer satisfaction PT. Perasada Earth Bukitapit.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the magnitude of the influence of leadership and competence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia. This study uses Simple Random Sampling. The population in this study were employees of PT. Samick Indonesia. With 156 samples. Data collection techniques using questionnaires which then have been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used to answer the hypothesis is multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that, Leadership is able to improve Organizational Performance. Competence is able to improve organizational performance thus it can be concluded that leadership and competence have a positive and significant influence on the organizational performance of PT. Samick Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the significance of the effect of the application of internal audits of the effectiveness of credit management, analyze the significance of the effect of risk management of credit financing to the effective management of credit, as well as to analyze the significance of mutual effect the implementation of internal audit and risk management of credit financing to the effective management of credit at PT. Home Credit Indonesia. This research is quantitative. The data used were obtained from the results of observations, interviews, as well as doing the respondent's submission of the questionnaire to the staff of the company to be an expert in materials testing on the role of internal audit, risk management, credit management at PT. Home Credit Indonesia.. Based on the research results obtained in PT. Home Credit Indonesia, there is a significant influence on the effectiveness of the implementation of internal audit in the company's credit management. Besides the risk management also has a significant influence on the risk management of credit finance company's credit management effectiveness. If simultaneously, the implementation of internal audit and risk management of credit financing influence simultaneously to the effective management of credit to the company. The need for guidance to the object being audited, especially the section related to credit management about the importance of ongoing examinations in credit management to minimize the negative action of internal and external violations ranging up to monitor the credit and collection processes currently running. Improving risk management implementation either of the implemented system and the power of HR (Human Resources) that is running especially in credit management activities. The system used must be up to date so that they can cope with the new problems that they can not be overcome by using a system slama. Besides the expertise of HR personnel, especially in analyzing the loan application also needs to be improved in order to produce a sound credit so that it can generate profits for the company PT.
