Abstract

Pencegahan Motile Aeromonas Septicemia pada jambal siam (Pangasianodon hypophthalmus) dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan sistem kekebalan tubuh ikan dengan larutan kulit nanas (Ananas comosus). Penelitian dilakukan pada Oktober 2021-Februari 2022 di Laboratorium Penyakit Ikan dan Parasit, Departemen Akuakultur, Fakultas Perikanan dan Kelautan, Universitas Riau. Perlakuan yang digunakan adalah Kn: Kontrol negatif (tanpa perendaman dalam larutan nanas dan tidak diuji terhadap  bakteri Aeromonas hydrophila, Kp: Kontrol positif (tanpa perendaman dalam larutan nanas tetapi bakteri A. hydrophila yang ditantang, P1: perendaman ikan siam jambal dengan larutan kulit nanas pada dosis 1600 ppm dan challenge diuji dengan bakteri A. hydrophila, P2: perendaman ikan siam jambal dengan larutan nanas pada dosis 1600 ppm dan tantangan diuji dengan bakteri A. hydrophila, P3: perendaman ikan jambal siam dengan larutan nanas pada dosis 2000 ppm dan ditantang dengan  bakteri A. hydrophila. Dosis terbaik larutan kulit nanas adalah 1800 ppm, yang ditunjukkan dengan total eritrosit 252,17 x 104 sel/mm3, kadar hemoglobin 9,73 g/dL, nilai hematokrit 39,00%, sintasan 96,67% dan kualitas air selama suhu penelitian berkisar antara 27,6-28,3oC, pH 6,3-8, DO 3,42 – 4 mg/L, dan NH3 0,01-0,02 mg/L

Abstract

Teachers are an important part of learning activities and play an important role in forming students' noble character by providing direct attention to encourage and motivate students to get used to having noble character. This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of teacher attention to Akidah Akhlak on the formation of students' noble character at MTs Muhammadiyah Limbung. This study uses a quantitative method with an ex post facto approach. Samples were taken from as many as 46 students from a total population of 227 people, with a proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires, observations, and documentation. The study showed that teacher attention influenced students' noble character formation. This finding shows the importance of teachers in shaping students' character through consistent and meaningful attention. The implications of this study are the need for training and strengthening the role of teachers in aspects of moral development, integration of noble character values ​​in learning activities, and development of madrasah policies that support the formation of students' character holistically.
