ABSTRACT Presentation software learning in junior high schools is often technical and does not provide sufficient opportunities for students to express creativity or relate the material to their local culture. This study aims to enhance students' creativity in Informatics learning by implementing a Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) approach combined with Project-Based Learning (PjBL) using the Canva media platform. The research employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) based on the Kemmis & McTaggart model, conducted in two cycles. The subjects were 16 seventh-grade students of class 7C at SMPN 28 Malang. Data were collected through the assessment of students’ final products in the form of digital presentations themed around local culture, evaluated using a creativity rubric comprising the indicators fluency, flexibility, originality, and elaboration. The results showed a significant improvement in students' creativity, progressing from a moderate to a very good category. Fluency demonstrated the highest increase, whereas flexibility, initially the lowest, improved notably after the implementation of cultural idea cards in the second cycle. In conclusion, the application of CRT combined with PjBL utilizing Canva fosters contextual learning, motivates students to engage in creative thinking, and strengthens the connection between local culture and Informatics content. ABSTRAK Pembelajaran pengolah presentasi di SMP sering kali bersifat teknis dan belum memberi ruang bagi siswa untuk berekspresi kreatif serta mengaitkan materi dengan budaya lokal mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kreativitas siswa dalam pembelajaran Informatika melalui penerapan pendekatan Culturally Responsive Teaching (CRT) dengan model Project-Based Learning (PjBL) menggunakan media Canva. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) model Kemmis & McTaggart yang dilaksanakan dalam dua siklus. Subjek penelitian adalah 16 siswa kelas 7C SMPN 28 Malang. Data dikumpulkan melalui penilaian produk akhir siswa berupa presentasi digital bertema budaya lokal, menggunakan rubrik kreativitas yang mencakup indikator fluency, flexibility, originality, dan elaboration. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan kreativitas siswa secara signifikan dari kategori cukup menjadi sangat baik. Indikator fluency mengalami peningkatan tertinggi, sedangkan flexibility menjadi yang paling rendah pada awalnya, namun meningkat setelah penggunaan kartu ide budaya pada siklus kedua. Simpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan CRT dengan PjBL berbasis Canva mampu menciptakan pembelajaran yang kontekstual, memotivasi siswa untuk berpikir kreatif, serta memperkuat keterkaitan antara budaya lokal dan materi Informatika.
