Abstract

Salah satu prinsip yang diterapkan Bank syariah dalam melakukan kegiatan usahanya adalah pirnsip kemaslahatan umat, dimana tidak mengejar keuntungan, namun mementingkan memeelihara tujuan syariat islam dan sebagai asas kebermanfaatan.yang memiliki fungsi sosial dimasyarakat. Qardh merupakan pinjaman kebajikan yang diberikan kepada masyarakat, sumber dananya berasal dari zakat,infaq, sedekah, hibah dan dana sosial lainnya. Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Konsep Akad Qardh dalam Fikih Muamalah dan mengetahui Implementasi serta Praktik Akad tersebut di Perbankan Syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif dengan mengidentifikasi dari beberapa sumber antara lain buku, jurnal, website, Al-Qur’an dan Hadits sehingga dapat digambarkan bahwa Implementasi dan Praktik Akad Qardhul Hasan sudah sesuai dengan Konsep Akad Qardhul Hasan dalam Fikih Muamalah.Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa Bank Sumut Cabang Syariah Medan telah mengimplementaskan akad Qardh Hasan tersebut kepada masyarakat dan memberikan banyak manfaat.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to see what factors determine the quality of performance of casual daily employees at the Medan City Tourism Office. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. By conducting observations and in-depth interviews, then compiling the data obtained to then use it as relevant information to support the research results. Based on the survey results and initial observations, researchers found several problems with the quality of performance of freelance daily employees of the Medan City Tourism Office. And this performance quality problem is caused by several factors, namely leadership style, education level, and employee discipline. Leadership in the form of leaders tends to make decisions themselves without involving team members, reducing opportunities for employees to participate and express their ideas. Casual Daily Employees (Pegawai Harian Lepas/PHL) in the Medan City Tourism Office are also required to be able to work outside working hours, while many employees are unable to work outside working hours. Education level is very important for job placement purposes, because without educational provision, people cannot easily learn something new. The level of education has a big impact on job placement, because each employee who has a higher level of education will have better intellectual skills and understand more easily when faced with new things compared to employees who only have a low level of education.

Abstract

This study aims to determine Islamic values, wages, career development, and motivation, on employee performance at Bank Sumut Syariah Medan Branch Office. In this study, researchers used quantitative methods by processing primary data through questionnaires given to employees of Bank Sumut, Medan Syariah Branch Office as many as 77 respondents with sampling techniques, namely saturated samples and associative methods to test the relationship between variables. The data obtained were processed using SPSS Version 22 and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The analysis used includes instrument validity and reliability tests, statistical tests which include t-test, f-test, and classical assumption test which includes normality test, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity test. Based on the output results of SPSS version 22, it shows that the variable x2 (wages) has a positive and significant effect on the Y variable (employee performance) because the t-count value is 13,843 > t table 1.66543 and is significant 0.000
