Abstract

Latar Belakang : Anemia kondisi dimana jumlah eritrosit lebih rendah dari jumlah normal atau penyakit kurang darah karena kurangnya konsumsi zat besi. Anemia dipengaruhi secara langsung oleh konsumsi makanan sehari-hari yang kurang mengandung zat besi, hal tersebut akan menimbulkan dampak pada remaja usia sekolah karena akan mengganggu aktivitas selama disekolah. Namun dapat diatasi dengan pemberian camilan yang berupa permen jelly yang disukai oleh remaja yang berbahan dasar buah jeruk dan buah kurma. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian permen jelly berbahan dasar jeruk dan kurma terhadap peningkatan kadar Hemoglobin (Hb) pada remaja putri dengan anemia. Metode Penelitian : Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu eksperimental dengan pendekatan one group pretest-posttest with control group design. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan secara simple random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 30 responden. Menggunakan uji independent sampel t test. Penelitian ini menggunakan instrument penelitian berupa lembar observasi dan alat GCHb. Hasil Penelitian : Diperoleh nilai rata-rata kadar hemoglobin sebelum dan sesudah adalah 3,40 gr/dL pada setiap remaja putri didapatkan nilai p value 0,000<0,05. Sehingga terdapat pengaruh dari pemberian permen jelly berbahan dasar jeruk dan kurma terhadap peningkatan kadar hemoglobin pada remaja putri di SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Gresik. Kesimpulan : Pemberian permen jelly berbahan dasar jeruk dan kurma efektif meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin bila dikonsumsi sebanyak 4 permen sehari selama 1 minggu. Permen jelly berbahan dasar jeruk dan kurma dapat menjadi salah satu terapi nonfarmakologi yang digunakan untuk mengatasi anemia.

Abstract

This study evaluates the application of the Compilation of Islamic Law in Indonesia (KHI) in the Supreme Court Decision Number 721/K/Ag/2015, which awarded half of the deceased's inheritance to the plaintiff, who had been married to the deceased under a false identity for seventeen years. Controversy arose from the religious differences of the deceased, who was declared Muslim, and the Christian burial process, raising questions about the validity of the marriage. Using a normative juridical research method, including statutory and analytical approaches, this analysis investigates the court's disregard of the KHI, despite its recognized authority within the Indonesian legal context, particularly in inheritance and bequest disputes. The research findings indicate that the court's reliance on the interpretation by Yusuf Al-Qardhawi instead of the KHI diminishes legal certainty. The study concludes that for better judicial consistency and fairness in inheritance cases, explicit consideration of the KHI is essential. This insight underscores the need for judicial adherence to established legal norms to maintain integrity and predictability in legal proceedings, which has significant implications for the legal community's approach to similar cases.

Abstract

Basically, agreements entered into by the parties must be in the form of a legally certain agreement, executed in writing to serve as strong evidence in the event of disputes. Subsequently, what is the role of a Notary/PPAT in providing legal protection in land purchase agreements to prevent debt and credit disputes? This research will analyze how the steps taken by a Notary/PPAT are based on existing legal provisions to ensure the validity of the agreement and protect all parties involved. Through an analysis of legal regulations related to the role of a Notary/PPAT in property transactions and identifying specific steps taken by a Notary/PPAT based on applicable law, this study aims to ensure the validity of the agreement and provide protection to all parties involved.
