Indonesia is included in the countries in the South-East Asia region with a stunting prevalence rate of 36.4%. Based on the results of the Indonesian Nutritional Status Study (SSGI), the prevalence of stunting in toddlers was 24.4% in 2021, which means that almost a quarter of Indonesian toddlers experience stunting. Stunting Early Detection Spinner (SEDPIN) is part of the Anthropometry Kit for early detection of stunting which was developed to determine the growth status of stunted children. SEDPIN is a circle containing a classification of the growth status of stunted children that can be used in children aged 0-60 months. Stunting Early Detection Spinner (SEDPIN) is an innovation and prototype development of the Stunting Early Detection Kit (SEDEK) and the Stunted Early Detection Tool (SEDT). The purpose of the community service activity is to improve the understanding of health workers, health cadres and mothers of toddlers regarding determining the classification of the growth status of stunted children. The Community Service Method is in the form of health socialization. The number of participants in the activity was 60 people in the Fakfak City Health Center work area. The results of this community service activity went well and in accordance with the objectives. The socialization provided can improve community understanding before and after education where before education as many as 60 respondents (100%) had a level of understanding that strongly disagreed. While after the provision of the Stunting Early Detection Spinner, most respondents with a level of understanding strongly agreed as many as 49 respondents (82%), and there were no respondents with an understanding that disagreed. It can be concluded that the Socialization of Anthropometric Measurements Using the Stunting Early Detection Spinner (Sedpin) as an Effort to Detect Stunting Early in Health Workers and Health Cadres. It is recommended that for the sustainability of the program, other approaches or ongoing assistance can be carried out related to Early Detection of Stunting efforts.
