Abstract

Kulit merupakan organ terluar manusia. Seringkali kita memiliki masalah pada kulit. Pada zaman modern ini, bidang kesehatan sudah menggunakan kemajuan teknologi untuk mendiagnosis penyakit pada manusia. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bermaksud untuk menganalisis klasifikasi penyakit kulit menggunakan algoritma Support Vector Machine dan Convolutional Neural Network (SVM-CNN). Pada CNN, CNN memiliki keunggulan dalam ekstraksi fitur kompleks dan akurasi tinggi, sedangkan SVM efektif pada data berdimensi tinggi. Studi literatur dari jurnal-jurnal yang kami analisis menunjukkan bahwa uji coba algoritma CNN memiliki tingkat akurasi tertinggi hingga 92,6%. Hasil ini berpotensi besar untuk memberikan diagnosis penyakit kulit secara otomatis. Namun, pengembangan ini memerlukan peningkatkan pada performa. Kondisi gambar yang dihasilkan masih dalam kualitas rendah atau dataset yang beragam.

Abstract

This training aims to enhance the skills of students at SMP Utama Pondok Aren, Tangerang Selatan, in using the Paint application, which is a built-in Microsoft software. By utilizing Paint, students are expected to develop basic drawing and graphic design skills, which can serve as a crucial foundation in learning information and communication technology. The training methods include theoretical and practical sessions, where students are introduced to various features and functions of the Paint application. Evaluation is conducted through the assessment of practical assignments given during the training. The results of the training indicate a significant improvement in students' understanding and skills in using the Paint application. This program is expected to make a positive contribution to the efforts of developing technological skills among junior high school students.

Abstract

Efficient human resource (HR) management is the key to organizational success. However, manual processes that are still widely applied are often a source of inefficiency and data inaccuracy. This research aims to describe the process of developing a web-based Human Resource Information System (HRIS) at RKP Management. This system is designed to solve HR administration problems through integrated digital solutions. The development of this system uses the Laravel framework as a backend foundation and HTML/CSS/JavaScript for user interface design. The development method used is a structured waterfall model. The main features designed include employee data management, innovative attendance based on face detection and location validation, management of tardiness and leave quotas, and a centralized reporting dashboard for the CEO. Although the system is still under development, a prototype interface has been created to visualize the expected functionality. The system design is expected to provide a solid framework for full implementation, which will ultimately improve data accuracy, operational efficiency, and support strategic decision-making at RKP Management.
