Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor dalam upaya membangun kualitas pendidikan melalui kajian literatur atau studi pustaka. Kepala sekolah memegang peran kunci dalam pengembangan dan peningkatan mutu pendidikan di sekolah. Sebagai supervisor, kepala sekolah bertanggung jawab untuk memastikan bahwa proses pembelajaran berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien, serta memberikan bimbingan dan dukungan kepada guru dalam melaksanakan tugas-tugas profesional mereka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka, di mana data dan informasi dikumpulkan dari berbagai sumber literatur, termasuk buku, jurnal, artikel, dan dokumen resmi yang relevan dengan topik penelitian. Analisis literatur difokuskan pada identifikasi fungsi-fungsi supervisi kepala sekolah, strategi yang digunakan dalam supervisi, serta dampak supervisi terhadap kualitas pendidikan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah sebagai supervisor memainkan peran strategis dalam tiga aspek utama: pengembangan profesional guru, peningkatan kinerja guru, dan perbaikan lingkungan belajar. Supervisi yang efektif melibatkan observasi kelas, pemberian umpan balik konstruktif, pelatihan dan pengembangan profesional berkelanjutan, serta penciptaan budaya kolaboratif di sekolah. Kepala sekolah juga perlu memiliki keterampilan kepemimpinan yang baik, komunikasi yang efektif, dan kemampuan untuk membangun hubungan yang positif dengan semua pemangku kepentingan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa peran supervisi kepala sekolah sangat penting dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to systematically analyze the impact of the Discovery Learning model on students' mathematical creative thinking skills through a systematic literature review approach and bibliometric analysis. This study follows seven stages of the Systematic Literature Review (SLR), namely identifying research needs, formulating research questions, searching for literature with relevant keywords, selecting articles with inclusion and exclusion criteria, extracting primary data, thematic and bibliometric analysis, and reporting findings. Several articles from various national and international accredited journals published between 2017–2024 were analyzed using VOSviewer software for visual mapping. The results of the study indicate that the Discovery Learning model contributes positively to the development of mathematical creative thinking skills, especially in the aspects of fluency, flexibility, uniqueness, and elaboration. Bibliometric analysis also shows an increasing trend of research on this topic in the last decade. This study recommends further exploration of the use of technology in discovery learning and longitudinal studies across educational levels.

Abstract

Through a literature review, this study attempts to evaluate the ability of the Merdeka Curriculum to improve the standard of Indonesian education. Through the use of project-based learning, varied learning, and strengthening the Pancasila Student Profile, the Merdeka Curriculum provides a flexible, contextual, and learner-centered educational approach. The results of the study show how well this program can develop students' character and improve their 21st century skills. However, there are still a number of obstacles in its implementation, including public opinion, infrastructure inequality, and teacher readiness. Therefore, to achieve successful implementation of the curriculum in a fair and sustainable manner, a plan is needed that strengthens teacher competence, comprehensive socialization, and cross-sectoral assistance.
