Abstract

Studi ini mengeksplorasi kekayaan nutrisi tanaman labu siam, menekankan potensi manfaat kesehatannya. Penelitian ini melampaui cara konsumsi tradisional, mahasiswa Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto berinovasi dengan mengolah labu siam menjadi permen asam manis. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode eksperimental yang menekankan pada proses uji coba di lapangan. Dalam prosesnya, labu siam dengan sajian yang penuh warna dan menarik ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan minat anak-anak dalam mengonsumsi sayur-sayuran. Hasilnya, inovasi olahan labu siam dengan pengolahan sebagaimana dimaksud dapat menjadi rujukan produk pangan potensial sehingga turut meningkatkan nilai pasar dan branding labu siam khususnya di Desa Maron Wonosobo.

Abstract

The Constitutional Court issued Decision Number 144/PUU-XXI/2023. The decision contains an extension of the time limit for non-use trademarks from 3 years to 5 years and adds the provision of force majeure to the provision of valid reasons. This policy certainly has an impact on non-use trademark holders to maintain their brands and third parties have to wait longer. This research aims to analyze how the implications of non-use trademark policy changes on the elimination of registered trademarks based on the perspective of justice and the principle of national treatment. The research method used is normative juridical. The results of the study concluded that based on the perspective of justice, the implications of changes in the non-use trademark deadline policy on the elimination of registered trademarks in Indonesia have a major impact in providing justice for trademark owners, especially micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Based on the principle of national treatment, the implications of this policy change strengthen the fairness of trademark law in Indonesia by providing equal protection for domestic and foreign trademark owners, while maintaining the rights of domestic and foreign third parties. And maintaining compliance with international commitments contained in TRIPs.

Abstract

Mediation is a form of non-litigation dispute resolution process, mediation must be carried out by parties in civil cases in court, in accordance with article 1 number 7 PERMA No. 01 of 2016. Mediation is considered to be a fast, effective and low-cost civil case resolution process. There are factors that influence the progress of the mediation process in court. These factors can determine the effectiveness of mediation. Therefore, researchers are interested in researching and analyzing the effectiveness of mediation in resolving civil cases at the Purwokerto District Court. The method used in this research is a normative juridical research method, using a qualitative approach, the type of data is secondary data, and uses descriptive data analysis techniques. The results of this research, seen from the percentage of success and failure rates of mediation at the Purwokerto District Court in 2022 and 2023, the percentage of success is smaller than the percentage of failure, but there is an increase in the percentage of mediation success from 2022-2023 which shows progress. And the effectiveness of mediation is influenced by legal factors, law enforcement factors, facility and means factors.
