Abstract

Liver disease is a significant health problem worldwide, with high mortality rates if not diagnosed early. In this study, we conducted a literature review on the application of Support Vector Machine (SVM) in liver disease classification. The SVM method was chosen because of its ability to handle imbalanced data and high complexity. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of SVM compared to other machine learning methods in detecting liver disease. The results of the literature review showed that SVM provided higher accuracy compared to other methods such as Naïve Bayes and Decision Tree, with some studies achieving accuracy of more than 90%. This study is expected to provide insight into the development of a machine learning-based diagnostic system for liver disease.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat dengan bertema "Memahami Teknologi IT: Fondasi, Sistem, dan Kesempatan Karier" membahas perkembangan pesat teknologi informasi (TI) dan dampaknya pada berbagai aspek kehidupan. ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 45 Jakarta Materi yang disampaikan mencakup konsep dasar Tl, arsitektur sistem komputer, sistem operasi, jaringan komputer, serta berbagai peluang karier yang dapat digali di bidang TI. Melalui kegiatan ini, diharapkan siswa dapat memahami pentingnya TI dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, serta termotivasi untuk mengembangkan keterampilan di bidang TI guna menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja yang semakin digital.

Abstract

Employee performance assessment using Key Performance Indicators (KPI) is an effective method to measure individual contributions toward organizational goals. This report presents the development of a web-based application system that facilitates efficient KPI measurement, analysis, and reporting. The system features KPI data input, performance evaluation, and detailed reports for individual and team performance analysis. Testing results demonstrate that the application improves accuracy, transparency, and simplifies data-driven decision-making. With this system’s implementation, companies are expected to enhance employee performance and achieve strategic objectives optimally.
