Abstract

Kasus intimidatif  dapat terjadi dimana saja, pada skala kecil atau menengah dengan berpotensi mengganggu atau tidak, yang pasti tindakan bullying perlu diantisipasi sebelum menjadi masalah yang dapat menganggu keharmonisan siswa di sekolah. Salah satu upaya untuk mencegah potensi bullying tersebut adalah dengan menguatkan literasi guru tentang model pencegahan bullying yakni Multidimensional Model Of Coping With Bullying (MMBC). Pengabdian ini memfokuskan pada penguatan literatur guru tentang MMCB yang akan dilaksanakan di MI Nurul Karim NW Kebon Ayu Lombok Barat. Kegiatan pengabdian ini menggunakan metode FGD dan workshop sehingga dapat memberikan keleluasaan bagi guru untuk memperoleh informasi yang tepat. Adapaun tiga tahapan yaitu pesiapan, pelaksanaan dan monitoring. Hasil pengabdian menggambarkan bahwa bullying dianggap sebagai aktivitas yang tidak membahayakan manakala tidak menimbulkan perselisihan antar siswa yang berujung pada keterlibatan orang tua. Anak terbiasa saling bermain dengan temannya di rumah, secara umum lokasi antar siswa tidak terlalu jauh. Walaupun demikian perilaku ini harus ditanggapi dengan serius. Potensi perselisihan antar siswa dapat menjadi masalah yang sulit dikendalikan kalau tidak diberikan pemahaman secara komperhensif melalui berbagai program pembinaan akhlaq anak. Literasi model MMBC ini membuat guru memiliki tambahan literasi dalam menangani potensi bullying anak.

Abstract

The Islamic religious education curriculum not only plans activities to transform knowledge, but the curriculum must be able to prepare a planning tool that can form individuals comprehensively (completely). One aspect that needs to be considered to achieve the results of curriculum implementation is the psychological aspect of students. In this area, it is one of the urgent elements to be considered because many teenagers at the Senior High School (SMA) level experience mental disorders. Therefore, a curriculum analysis is needed that can overcome mental disorders in adolescents. This type of research is library research with a content analysis method on the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) curriculum at the Senior High School (SMA) level. The results of this study indicate that the Islamic religious education curriculum at the senior high school level will be effective and efficient in overcoming mental problems by reorganizing the teaching system through preparing a positive school environment and emphasizing the substance of learning in the realm of faith that can strengthen students' beliefs and implementation in the form of worship in the aspect of fiqh such as prayer and praying. It contains elements of catharsis as a form of individual release and tension, and no less important is the emphasis on the moral aspect that will become a moral value that contains positive imitation that will affect the surrounding environment. Forming good cooperation between families, communities, and educational institutions will provide positive role models in both religious and social activities that will unconsciously be able to overcome mental crises in adolescence.

Abstract

This study strengthens teacher literature on efforts to overcome bullying in Madrasah. Bullying is a matter that can be a stumbling block for schools in presenting humanity. Teachers need supplementary knowledge on fostering students’ morals with the MMCB model. The results of the community service provide an overview that teachers increasingly understand the MMCB model and how to anticipate and handle it. Teachers also seem enthusiastic about the material. The first material is about bullying behavior at school, which includes understanding the forms, causes, and how to overcome bullying attitudes. The second material is about Moral Development, which consists of understanding morals, types of morals, how to strengthen morals, and the role of teachers and parents in fostering children’s morals
