Abstract

This study aims to see how the best profitability performance among the five pharmaceutical sector manufacturing companies, namely PT Sido Muncul, PT Kimia Farma, PT Kalbe Farma, PT Indofarma and PT Pyridam Farma as the object under study from secondary data in the form of financial reports available on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2019-2022 period. This is reflected in the average value of the GPM, NPM, and ROA ratios which are higher than their competitors. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The results show that PT Sido Muncul has the best profitability performance among the five companies, characterized by a higher average value of profitability ratios, on the other hand PT Kimia Farma shows the lowest performance, and the case of PT Indofarma attracts attention because although it has a very high Return on Equity (ROE), this is more due to the use of significant debt than the company's operational efficiency.

Abstract

This study systematically reviews the diversity of Fusarium spp. associated with various host plants in Indonesia, including banana, shallot, taro, maize seeds, and weeds. Fusarium is a major group of pathogenic fungi in agriculture, capable of infecting multiple plant parts such as roots, stems, and leaves. The review also considers both pathogenic and endophytic species, as well as the influence of environmental factors on their occurrence. Data were synthesised from ten relevant articles obtained through the Google Scholar database. The findings indicate that environmental factors—particularly humidity, temperature, and host plant availability—play a significant role in shaping the diversity of Fusarium spp. in Indonesia. These insights can support the development of effective management strategies to prevent the spread of Fusarium and promote the sustainability of agricultural ecosystems.

Abstract

Kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja merupakan salah satu hal penting dalam melakukan suatu kegiatan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk lebih memahami bahan kimia serta hubungannya dengan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja di laboratorium. Dengan mengetahui simbol bahaya dari bahan-bahan kimia serta cara meminimalisir risiko bahaya yang dapat terjadi dari bahan kimia tersebut. Bahan kimia memiliki simbol bahaya yang dapat dibedakan berdasarkan sifatnya, yaitu corosive (korosif), flammable (mudah menyala), explosive (mudah meledak), harmfull, irritant, toxic (beracun), oxidizing (oksidator), dan dangerous for the environment (berbahaya bagi lingkungan). Masing-masing bahan kimia memiliki risiko yang berbeda-beda, maka setiap risiko yang ditimbulkan itu dapat diminimaliris dengan memperhatikan prosedur keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja di laboratorium, yaitu dengan memperhatikan setiap peraturan di laboratorium, seperti menggunakan alat pelindung diri seperti jas lab, sarung tangan, alas kaki, dan masker tentunya dapat mengurangi segala risiko kecelakaan yang dapat terjadi di dalam laboratorium.
