<![CDATA[Hipertensi merupakan suatu kejadian dimana terjadinya peningkatan tekanan darah yang merupakan salah satu penyebab kematian dini pada masyarakat di dunia yang semakin lama akan semakin meningkat. Penatalaksanaan obat yang rasional pada pasien hipertensi dilakukan karena diketahui bahwa sebanyak lebih dari 50% obat diresepkan, diracik, ataupun dijual secara tidak rasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui rasionalitas penggunaan obat antihipertensi di instalasi rawat jalan RSUD Bendan dimana meninjau dari segi tepat indikasi, tepat obat, tepat dosis, tepat pasien. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode descriptif non eksperimental untuk mengetahui rasionalitas penggunaan obat antihipertensi dengan pengumpulan data secara retrospektif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling, sampel yang digunakan adalah semua pasien hipertensi di instalasi rawat jalan RSUD Bendan Pekalongan periode Juni-Agustus 2022. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh 41 sampel rekam medis pasien hipertensi. Analisis rasionalitas yang dilakukan meliputi tepat indikasi, tepat pasien, tepat obat dan tepat dosis. Hasil penelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa rasionalitas penggunaan obat antihipertensi berdasarkan tepat indikasi 100%, tepat pasien 100%, tepat obat 98%, dan tepat dosis 100% pasien telah mendapatkan pengobatan antihipertensi yang rasional. Rational drug management in hypertensive patients is carried out because it is known that more than 50% of drugs are prescribed, compounded, or sold irrationally. This study aims to determine the rational use of antihypertensive drugs in the outpatient installation of Bendan Hospital which reviews in terms of the right indication, right drug, right dose, right patient. Study uses a descriptive non-experimental method to determine the rational use of antihypertensive drugs with retrospective data collection. Sampling using total sampling technique, the samples used were all hypertensive patients in the outpatient installation of Bendan Pekalongan Hospital in the June-August 2022. Results of this study obtained 41 samples of medical records hypertensive patients. The rationality analysis carried out includes the right indication, the right patient, the right drug and the right dose. The results of this study concluded that the rational use of antihypertensive drugs based on the right indication 100%, the right patient 100%, the right drug 98%, and the right dose 100% of patients have received rational antihypertensive treatment.]]>
