Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop and classify mathematical literacy questions using the context of Ramayana Ballet Prambanan Ballet for junior high school students. The type of research used is design research. The data collection methods used were observation, test, and interview. The instrument validation process used by researchers is expert validation and the technique used to test data validity is triangulation technique. The data analysis process used was reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained were from the context of the Ramayana Ballet Prambanan Ballet could be made eight questions in the domain of numbers, data and probability analysis, algebra, measurement, and geometry for cognitive levels (1) knowing with a counting indicator, (2) applying with interpreting, applying/executing indicators, and (3) reasoning with a making justification indicator.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model Decision Tree yang dapat memprediksi prestasi akademik matematika siswa kelas VIII di SMP Frater Don Bosco Manado, serta untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor-faktor penting yang perlu diperhatikan oleh orang tua dalam upaya meningkatkan prestasi akademik anak mereka. Data dikumpulkan melalui dokumentasi nilai akademik siswa, catatan kehadiran, dan kuesioner yang diisi oleh siswa untuk memperoleh informasi tentang dukungan keluarga, banyaknya kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang diikuti, lama belajar, dan tingkat pendidikan orang tua. Data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan data mining dengan model Decision Tree. Dua model dikembangkan dan dibandingkan: model pertama tanpa seleksi fitur dan model kedua dengan seleksi fitur menggunakan metode SelectKBest. Model tanpa seleksi fitur mencapai akurasi 93,33%, sementara model dengan seleksi fitur mencapai akurasi 95,56%. Evaluasi terhadap pentingnya fitur menunjukkan bahwa tanpa seleksi fitur, nilai rapor matematika semester sebelumnya menjadi fitur yang paling dominan, diikuti oleh nilai ulangan harian dan banyaknya kegiatan ekstrakurikuler yang diikuti. Sebaliknya, dalam model dengan SelectKBest, durasi belajar menjadi fitur yang paling signifikan, diikuti oleh tingkat pendidikan ayah, dukungan keluarga, dan nilai ulangan harian. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan seleksi fitur tidak hanya meningkatkan akurasi prediksi tetapi juga membantu mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor kunci yang perlu difokuskan oleh orang tua, seperti durasi belajar, pendidikan orang tua, dukungan keluarga, partisipasi dalam kegiatan ekstrakurikuler, dan nilai akademik sebelumnya, untuk meningkatkan prestasi akademik siswa.

Abstract

This research aimed to describe the history of Ramayana Ballet Prambanan performances, the performance of the second half of the AnomanObong scene, the philosophical meaning and characteristics of the second half of AnomanObong, the training of dancers of the second half of AnomanObong, and the fundamental activity of mathematics in the second half of AnomanObong. This qualitative research examined ethnomathematics in the cultural context of Ramayana Ballet Prambanan. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation, with validation through experts and triangulation of sources and techniques. Data analysis included data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed five mathematical activities in the history of Ramayana Ballet Prambanan, namely counting, locating, measuring, playing, and explaining. There are five mathematical activities in the second half performance of AnomanObong, namely: counting, locating, measuring, designing, and explaining. There existed four mathematical activities in the philosophical meaning of the second act of AnomanObong, namely counting, locating, designing, and explaining. The counting, locating, and measuring activities were present in all data classes and can be used for learning mathematics in the domains of numbers, algebra, geometry, and measurement. The designing activity was only present in the second, third, and fourth data classes, and can be applied in math learning.

Abstract

This article emphasizes the importance of the PMRI and ethnomathematics for meaningful learning. In addition, low mathematical literacy is caused by students’ difficulties in connecting concepts with real-life contexts, while the integration of cultural contexts such as the Ramayana Ballet into PMRI remains limited. This study aims to (1) design and implement Hypothetical Learning Trajectory (HLT) with PMRI and LKPD with Ramayana Ballet Prambanan context to develop mathematical literacy skills, (2) describe students' mathematical literacy skills after experiencing learning on circle topic with PMRI. The type of research used is design research with stages (1) designing HLT, (2) implementing HLT, and analyzing students' mathematical literacy skills after experiencing learning. The data analysis technique used was reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results obtained were: (1) Mathematics learning in class VIII Pinisi effectively brought up all the characteristics of PMRI; and (2) Mathematical literacy skills of students in class VIII Pinisi after learning with the PMRI showed that students still had difficulties in several aspects, namely: (a) problem 1, writing complete information (level knowing), (b) problem 2, writing complete information, applying strategies and operations for problem solving (level applying), and (c) problem 3, providing mathematical arguments and assessing problem solving strategies and alternative solutions (level reasoning).

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi informasi menuntut penguasaan literasi data sebagai kompetensi esensial bagi siswa Sekolah Menengah Atas. Literasi data berfungsi membantu siswa memahami, menganalisis, dan memanfaatkan data untuk pengambilan keputusan berbasis bukti sekaligus mendorong keterampilan berpikir kritis dan kolaboratif. Program ini bertujuan meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam tema "Suara Demokrasi" melalui pelatihan literasi data yang terintegrasi dengan Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila pada Kurikulum Merdeka. Kegiatan ini meliputi pemaparan materi, diskusi kelompok, praktik pencarian data, analisis data, dan presentasi hasil. Evaluasi menunjukkan skor rata-rata 4,05 pada relevansi materi dan 4,01 pada kejelasan materi, dengan 83,51% peserta memberikan penilaian positif. Namun, tingkat kepercayaan diri siswa lebih rendah (3,96), menunjukkan perlunya dukungan berkelanjutan. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan kemampuan analisis dan argumentasi siswa, mendukung partisipasi aktif mereka dalam proses demokrasi. Rekomendasi meliputi pengenalan perangkat analisis data yang lebih canggih, perluasan program ke lintas disiplin, serta kolaborasi institusi untuk memperkuat dampaknya
