Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa bagaimana Pengaruh Displin Kerja, Motivasi dan Kualitas Pelayanan terhadap Kinerja pegawai pajak pada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Kramat Jati Jakarta Timur. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan kajian pustaka dan survey lapangan dengan pendekatan analisis statistik regersi. Dengan menggunakan metode serta variabel- variabel tersebut diharapkan dapat memecahkan permasalahan yang terjadi pada pegawai dilingkunganpada Kantor Pelayanan Pajak Pratama Kramat Jati Jakarta Timur. Responden penelitian ini adalah 75 Pegawai dengan menggunakan teknik sampel survey.Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa Disiplin Kerja dan Motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja pegawai dalam kategori pengaruh sedang. Hal ini bisa dilihat dari hasil statistik uji korelasi dan uji hipotesis dimana dari kedua variabel tersebut dengan menggunakan linier berganda uji F dan uji T. Sedangkan uji statistik untuk variabel kualitas pelayanan dipengaruhi secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Dengan demikian temuan empiris ini mengindikasi bahwa untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai perlu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan memperbaiki tingkat kedisiplinan dan motivasi pegawai.Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Motivasi, Kualitas Pelayanan dan Kinerja Pegawai

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline on the performance of the employees of the Office of Communication and Information in Purwakrta Regency. Field method with regression statistical analysis approach. By using the method and these variables are expected to solve problems that occur in employees in the Office of Communication and Information Purwakarta Regency. The respondents in this study were 50 employees. The results of the analysis show that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance in the moderate influence category. This can be seen from the statistical results of the correlation test and hypothesis testing of the two variables using the multiple linear F tests and the T-test, while the statistical test for the Work Discipline variable is positively and significantly affected by employee performance. Thus, these empirical findings indicate that to improve employee performance it is necessary to improve service quality and improve discipline levelsĀ

Abstract

With the issued Government Regulation (PP) No. 46 Year 2013 on the final tax that specifically apply to businesses small and medium businesses and certain businesses, which regulates the treatment of Income Tax (PPH) final that has gross income derived by the taxpayer from the business the amount of up to USD 4.8 billion in one year, quite worn Final Income Tax 1% each month. Data from the Tax Office Primary Kramat Jati 2016, the amount of taxpayer's gross income certain categories of business 4804, then the number of the individual taxpayer 4,371 people. of the data Taxpayer SMEs is appropriate to implement Government Regulation No. 46 Year 2013 on Income Tax Final 1% of the calculation of gross income each month, so that the taxpayer can get the facility of Final Income Tax, to apply for a certificate of free (SKB) on deduction / collection of tax at the Tax Office Kramat Jati registered as a Small Business Tax Payer.Keywords: government regulation, PPH Final, Small Medium Enterprise
