Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisa pengaruh Herd Mentality dan Motivasi Individu di Media Sosial Terhadap Pemilihan Karier Generasi Milenial dan Gen Z di Daerah Khusus Jakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner skala likert yang disebarkan kepada respoden termasuk dalam kategori usia Generasi Milenial dan Gen Z. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan uji regresi linear berganda melalui perangkat SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa herd mentality maupun motivasi individu memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pemilihan karier Generasi Milenial dan Gen-Z. Temuan ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman mengenai faktor psikologis dan sosial dalam pengambilan keputusan karier serta menjadi masukan bagi strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia yang relevan dengan preverensi generasi muda di era digital.

Abstract

This research examines the influence endorsement of beauty vloggers on interest in purchasing Wardah cosmetics, with a focus on fans who were influenced by Tasya Farasya's vlog video in Semper Timur Subdistrict, North Jakarta. The main aim of the research is to analyze the extent to which content created by beauty vloggers influences consumer purchasing decisions in the cosmetics industry. The research method used was a survey, with respondents selected from Wardah cosmetics fans who watched Tasya Farasya's vlog video. Data was collected through questionnaires and analyzed using a purposive sampling method with 30 respondents. The research results show that there is a positive correlation between endorsement beauty vlogger and interest in purchasing Wardah cosmetics. Factors such as vlogger credibility, content quality, and relevance of the product reviewed were found to play a significant role in influencing consumer purchasing decisions. This research provides valuable insights for the cosmetics and digital marketing industry, especially in utilizing the influence of beauty vloggers as an effective marketing strategy.

Abstract

Interpersonal communication applied in the company environment is communication that is more dialogical in nature with an emphasis on self-disclosure which can often lead to feedback and understanding of one another, this is done within the PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk Ciracas Region Sales Division, as an effort to improve employee performance. The purpose of this research is to determine interpersonal communication on employee performance at PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk Sales Division for the Ciracas Region. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires and library data. In this research, the saturated sampling method used was 30 employees of PT. Unilever Indonesia Tbk Ciracas Region Sales Division, using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this research show that not available the influence of interpersonal communication on the performance of PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk Sales Division Ciracas Region employees. low influence has an influence contribution of 7,8% on employee performance variables. It is hoped that the results of this research will contribute to further research.
