Abstract

Salah satu industri keuangan berbasis syariah yang terus mengalami perkembangan adalah pasar modal syariah. Industri pasar modal syariah di Indonesia telah mengalami perkembangan yang baik. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan semakin banyaknya pelaku pasar modal syariah yang mengeluarkan efek-efek syariah selain saham-saham di dalam Jakarta Islamic Index (JII). Salah satu efek yang dikeluarkan di pasar modal syariah dan mulai diminati oleh investor adalah obligasi berbasis syariah atau sukuk (Wisesa, 2016). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh umur sukuk, likuiditas dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap peringkat sukuk. Objek dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2015-2018. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model regresi data panel untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa: 1) Umur sukuk berpengaruh terhadap peringkat sukuk, 2) Likuiditas berpengaruh terhadap peringkat sukuk, dan 3) Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap peringkat sukuk.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of turnover intention on employee productivity PT. Bangun Bersama Computindo Jakarta. This research uses a quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires and library data. In this study, the sample used the Slovin formula 55 employees on variable turnover PT. Bangun Bersama Computindo Jakarta, using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this research show that there is no influence between turnover intention to employee productivity, and variable turnover intention has a correlation currently and has an influential contribution of 19,7% on employee productivity variables. It is hoped that the results of this research will contribute to further research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine career development of the performance of PT. Dwi Indah Jakarta. This study used quantitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires, and library data. In this study using a saturated sampling method used a total of 31 employees of PT. Dwi Indah Jakarta, using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this study show that there is an influence between career development on the performance of PT. Dwi Indah Jakarta has a strong positive influence and has an influence contribution of 55.2% on employee performance variables. The results of this study are expected to contribute to future research.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauh mana pengawasan, efektifitas kerja, dan pengaruh pengawasan terhadap efektifitas kerja di masa Pandemi COVID-19 (Studi Kasus di Bagian Tata Usaha Pusintek Kemenkeu RI) Penelitian ini menggunakan metode dekriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui penyebaran kuesioner, dan data pustaka. Dalam penelitian ini, sampel yang digunakan berjumlah 77 responden, dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data regresi linear sederhana.  Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara variabel pengawasan terhadap variabel efektif kerja karena nilai t hitung (9,392) lebih besar dari pada nilai t tabel (1,6654) sehingga H1 diterima serta nilai t hitung terletak pada daerah penolakan H0 atau H1 diterima. Kemudian variabel pengawasan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif kuat nilai r sebesar 0,735 (terletak pada interval koefisien korelasi 0,60-0,799) serta memiliki kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 54% terhadap variabel efektif kerja, sedangkan sisanya yang sebesar 46% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lainnya. Lebih lanjut dapat diketahui persamaan regresi yang dapat digunakan untuk memprediksi yaitu Y’ = 15,506+0,747x.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance in Yayasan Berkat Imanuel Jakarta. This research uses quantitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires and library data. This research uses saturated sampling with samples of 40 employees on Yayasan Berkat Imanuel Jakarta, using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this research show that there is an influence between work discipline on employee performance Yayasan Berkat Imanuel Jakarta is very influential and has an influential contribution of 78,5% on employee performance variables. It is hoped that the results of this research will contribute to further research.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of brand awareness in Pathi's chocolade creative business, purchase interest in Pathi's chocolade creative business, and the influence of brand awareness on purchase interest in Pathi's chocolade creative business in Sidoarjo, East Java. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires, and library data. In this study, the sample used was 100 customers. The data analysis technique used was simple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application. The results show that (1) the brand awareness variable has a good category assessment score with an average score of 49.1 questionnaire results (minimum score range of 28-maximum 60), (2) the purchase interest variable has a good rating category with an average score of the questionnaire results. 49.3 (minimum score range of 28-maximum 60), and (3) there is an influence of brand awareness of 64.3% on purchase intention, while the remaining 35.7% which is influenced by other factors is not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the effect of compensation on the performance of employees of PT. Seacon Bintang Sejahtera Jakarta. Compensation is an important factor in human resource management that can influence employee motivation, performance and productivity. This research uses a quantitative approach with a saturated sampling method on 44 employees from various levels at PT. Seacon Bintang Sejahtera Jakarta. Data was collected through a structured questionnaire that measures employee perceptions of the company's compensation system and performance appraisal. Data analysis was carried out using a simple linear regression method to test the research hypothesis. The results of this research show that there is a compensation effect regularly partial impact on the performance of employees of PT. Seacon Bintang Sejahtera Jakarta. These findings imply the importance for companies to design and implement a comprehensive and fair compensation system to improve employee performance. This research also recommends the need for regular evaluation of the compensation system to ensure its effectiveness in encouraging optimal employee performance.

Abstract

Hospitals as health care institutions have a vital role in improving public health status. In carrying out its functions, the hospital is required to provide quality and effective services. One of the key factors in realizing this is through the implementation of good quality management. Quality management is a systematic approach to improving the quality of services and work processes in an organization. In the health sector, the implementation of quality management aims to improve patient safety, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of quality management on employee work effectiveness at Mulyasari Hospital Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative descriptive method with data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires, and library data. In this study using a saturated sampling method totaling 40 employees at Mulyasari Hospital Jakarta with simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that there is a partial quality management effect on employee work effectiveness at Mulyasari Hospital Jakarta. The results of this study are expected to contribute to further research.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dimaksudkan untuk menganalisis realisasi penerimaan pajak bumi dan bangunan perdesaan dan perkotaan di desa Cicadas kecamatan Gunung putri yang tidak pernah mencapai target pada tahun 2020 sampai dengan 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu teknik wawancara, observasi dan teknik dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa realisasi penerimaan pajak bumi dan bangunan perdesaan dan perkotaan pada tahun 2020 sampai dengan 2022 belum mencapai target yang telah ditetapkan, kurangnya kesadaran wajib pajak dalam membayar pajak, adanya wajib pajak yang tidak tinggal di tempat dan kurangnya sosialisasi kepada wajib pajak. Upaya yang dilakukan agar realisasi dapat mencapai target dengan melakukan sosialisasi kepada masyarakat, meningkatkan pelayanan dan berupaya efektif dalam melakukan pemeriksaan, pendataan, dan pemungutan pajak.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the extent of the influence of the principal's situational leadership and facilities on the performance of employees at Yadika Senior High Schools throughout Jabodetabek. This study uses quantitative research methods with data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires and literature. In this study, the sample used was 96 educators and education staff at Yadika Senior High Schools throughout Jabodetabek. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS application. The results showed that; The situational leadership variable of the principal partially has a significant effect on the performance of school employees, the infrastructure variable has a significant effect on the performance of school employees, while the situational leadership variable of the principal and infrastructure simultaneously or simultaneously has a significant effect on employee performance with a percentage of 52,9 %, while the remaining 47,1% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.
