Abstract

Tourism and economic growth are connected in various ways, where tourism can contribute to regional economic development. The benefits of the tourism sector in economic growth are the creation of jobs for local people. This study aims to determine the factors that affect the number of foreign and domestic tourist visits (X1), unemployment (X2) and poverty (X3) to Jambi's economic growth (Y). The method used in this quantitative research was conducted with the time series 2012-2022 and the data source used was secondary data. From the data collected, the results of this study indicate that the number of tourists, poverty, and unemployment have an effect but are not significant on economic growth in Jambi Province

Abstract

Program sosialisasi budidaya lele di Desa Jati Mulyo dilaksanakan dengan tujuan memberikan edukasi kepada masyarakat mengenai teknik budidaya yang tepat, khususnya sistem bioflok, agar dapat meminimalisir risiko kerugian dalam usaha perikanan. Kegiatan ini dirancang untuk memperkenalkan metode budidaya yang efisien dan ramah lingkungan, sekaligus memperkuat ketahanan ekonomi rumah tangga. Selain itu, dilaksanakan pula demonstrasi diversifikasi produk olahan lele yang ditujukan kepada ibu-ibu pemilik balita. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya gizi seimbang untuk mendukung tumbuh kembang anak dan mencegah stunting. Produk yang diperkenalkan adalah bola-bola lele sebagai alternatif makanan tinggi protein. Proses pelaksanaan mencakup survei awal, penyampaian materi budidaya bioflok, serta praktik memasak secara langsung. Antusiasme warga terlihat dari partisipasi aktif dan komunikasi dua arah selama kegiatan berlangsung. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan masyarakat baik dalam bidang budidaya ikan maupun pengolahan pangan berbasis protein lokal. Diharapkan kegiatan ini dapat menjadi langkah awal dalam membangun kesadaran gizi keluarga serta mendorong pengembangan usaha kecil berbasis sumber daya lokal.

Abstract

The challenges and opportunities of Islamic business ethics in the marketing strategies of Jambi City Muslim entrepreneurs in the digitalization era are an important subject in the context of modern economics. This research outlines the importance of exploring the aspect as it combines two crucial dimensions: Islamic business ethics and marketing strategies in the context of digitalization. Although several studies have discussed Islamic business ethics and digital marketing strategies separately, there has been no research that integrates these two aspects holistically, especially in the specific context of Jambi City. The problem with previous research lies in the lack of emphasis on the intersection between Islamic business ethics and digital marketing strategies, as well as the lack of focus on local contexts such as Jambi City. The formulation of the problem in this research is how the challenges of Islamic business ethics in the digitalization era can be integrated in the digital marketing strategy of Muslim entrepreneurs in Jambi City, as well as what opportunities are available for Muslim entrepreneurs in utilizing brand marketing in accordance with Islamic business ethics. This research uses a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews and content analysis to obtain data. The main finding of this study is that the integration of Islamic business ethics in digital marketing strategies can increase consumer trust, strengthen brands, and increase customer loyalty. Recommendations for future research include the development of practical guidelines for Muslim entrepreneurs in Jambi City in integrating Islamic business ethics in their digital marketing strategies.

Abstract

Indonesia dalam kebijakan perbankannya menganut dual banking system. Perbankan ganda berarti pembentukan dua sistem perbankan yaitu konvensional dan Syariah secara berdampingan, yang pelaksanaannya diatur oleh UU Dalam penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa hingga 59% Kualitas Pelayanan di kota jambi dipengaruhi oleh tingkat strategi bisnis digital Bank Syariah). Kemudian tingkat strategi bisnis digital bank konvensional 0,39 tidak berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pelayanan di kota jambi. Ketika tingkat kualitas pelayanan meningkat sebesar 1%, maka tingkat strategi bisnis bank syariah meningkat 1,55, yang tentunya berdampak sangat positif terhadap kualitas pelayanan. Diperlukan upaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan tepatnya dengan mengembangkan strategi bisnis digital pada masing masing bank baik bank konvensional maupun bank syariah , membuat catatan kemajuan manusia terus berkembang, dan berdampak lebih baik pada Indeks Iklim pertumbuhan ekonomi dan kualitas pelanan nya.
