Abstract

Islamic financial institutions record extraordinary circumstances achieved at ever-changing intervals that can be recognized by cosmopolitan technology. This reflection talks about the differences and similarities between mudharobah and musyarakah in the participation of Islamic financial institutions. The euphemistic disposition possessed in reflection is a qualitative disposition with a creative writing approach. Each collection is hand-collected and explained thereby nailing down a well-controlled process. This reflection states that the persistence of understanding mudharobah and musyarakah in the beginnings of Islamic finance has differences and similarities, these differences can be seen from the understanding, basic sharia, actions in Islamic financial institutions, capital, patronage management, ratios and risks. These patches of similarity complete the distortion of facts in business goals and complications.

Abstract

Asuransi syariah merupakan instrumen keuangan Islam yang bertujuan memberikan perlindungan berbasis prinsip tolong-menolong (ta'awun) dan tanggung jawab bersama (tabarru’). Majelis Ulama Indonesia (MUI) memiliki peran penting dalam mempromosikan produk asuransi syariah sebagai bagian dari edukasi dan penguatan ekonomi umat. Artikel ini membahas mekanisme asuransi syariah dalam konteks ekonomi umat serta strategi pemasaran yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa promosi efektif oleh MUI berpengaruh signifikan dalam meningkatkan literasi dan partisipasi masyarakat terhadap asuransi syariah. Strategi pemasaran yang menekankan nilai-nilai syariah dan transparansi menjadi kunci dalam membangun kepercayaan. Artikel ini merekomendasikan kolaborasi lebih luas antara lembaga keuangan syariah dan otoritas keagamaan untuk memperkuat posisi asuransi syariah dalam sistem keuangan nasional.

Abstract

This study discusses the implementation of internal control to maximize the acquisition of productive zakat funds in the Bengkulu Branch of the Indonesian Zakat Initiative. This research uses qualitative based on primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. To test the validity of the data, researchers used triangulation analysis. The study results found that internal control for Productive Zakat at the Indonesian Zakat Initiative Bengkulu Branch begins with tidying up the data and distributing the data to each member in the related field. Each member gets a regular schedule. Part of this work is done manually and partly using an e-donation application. The best supervisors get awards for achieving work targets and provide sanctions/reprimands for those who do not complete their work targets. Finally, this study recommends further discussing effective zakat control in Indonesian zakat initiatives.
