Abstract

It was found that many past studies assessing tourism readiness, especially the profit sector, used the 3A perspective: attractions, amenities and accessibility. Unfortunately, existing studies are limited to testing without developing the concept. This research aims to develop indicators contained in the 3A perspective by assessing the readiness of the At-Taqwa Great Mosque in Bengkulu City as a halal tourism location. The case is dissected using qualitative work that relies on depth of information. Data collection utilized in-depth interviews, repeated observations, and online and offline documentation. All data is processed following the categorization determined from the start. This research found indicators that need to be considered for attractions in the form of permanent and temporary; amenities in the form of main tourism, supplementing tourism, and supporting tourism amenities; and accessibility in the form of access to services and transportation. The development of 3A can facilitate the work of practitioners and academics in assessing the readiness of halal tourism. Future studies need to continue this research by testing each indicator that has been developed.

Abstract

The halal issue is a major problem and can influence consumer perceptions about a product, especially Muslim consumers. When consuming food products, halal provisions are a priority. The halal concept requires that food products are nutritious and made from permitted, clean and hygienic ingredients. This can be seen from the large demand for halal food with halal certificates/logos throughout the world so that halal labeling on product packaging is considered important in protecting consumers, especially Muslim consumers. Participants were very enthusiastic about taking part in the socialization series. Public understanding of the importance of halal certification and labeling has also increased, thereby providing benefits to socialization participants. This activity has had a good influence on business people in Lokasi Baru Village. This activity can increase their understanding, knowledge and awareness regarding the importance of halal standards for a product in order to increase sales, so that in the end it can increase the income of the people of Lokasi Baru Village.

Abstract

After the COVID-19 pandemic, there have been changes in the Food Security Index in Bengkulu Province. One of the main challenges in supporting food security at the household level is the development of community capacity and self-reliance in addressing food issues. Information is needed factors that affect household food security in Bengkulu Province, including the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. This research aims to analyze the factors that  influencing household food security and understanding the dynamics before and after the COVID-19 pandemic regarding household food security in Bengkulu Province. This research can provide a basis for policy-making for the Government of Bengkulu Province. The analytical method used is multinomial logistic regression to identify the factors affecting household food security. The results of analysis show that influencing household food security include pre- and post-pandemic, home ownership status, lighting type, recipients of the Family Hope Program (PKH), adequate sanitation, and average household expenditure. There has been a decrease in energy consumption in self-owned households and households not receiving PKH after the COVID-19 pandemic. Significant changes also occurred in households with non-PLN lighting. Households with inadequate sanitation tend to be food insecure. The pandemic tends have a higher expenditures of household.JEL Classification  D19; H75; Q18

Abstract

Abstrak: Produk halal di Indonesia dapat ditentukan dari pencantuman label halal atau kepemilikan perusahaan atas sertifikat halal yang dikeluarkan Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal (BPJPH). Salah satu produk yang perlu diperhatikan keamanan dan kehalalannya adalah makanan dan minuman. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui persepsi mahasiswa dan mengetahui faktor apa saja yang berhubungan dengan persepsi mahasiswa terhadap labelisasi halal pada produk makanan dan minuman lokal. Pemilihan lokasi penelitian menggunakan metode purposive. Metode yang digunakan untuk penentuan sampel yaitu dengan metode Proportional Cluster Random Sampling. Populasi penelitian sebanyak 23.845 orang dan sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 100 orang. Sampel diambil menggunakan rumus Slovin. Kemudian sampel tersebut diproporsikan per fakultas yang terdapat di Universitas Bengkulu dengan menggunakan rumus alokasi proportional. Analisis yang digunakan untuk mengkaji persepsi yaitu analisis kualitatif dengan mengumpulkan data secara online berdasarkan google form. Sedangkan untuk menganalisis faktor apa yang berhubungan menggunakan metode korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu bahwa persepsi mahasiswa yang meliputi pengetahuan, pemahaman, dan kesadaran berada dalam kategori tinggi. Sedangkan faktor budaya, faktor pribadi, faktor sosial, dan faktor pisikologis berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap persepsi mahasiswa mengenai labelisasi halal pada produk makanan dan minuman lokal. Namun, terdapat faktor yang berkorelasi kuat terhadap persepsi mahasiswa yaitu variabel faktor pribadi dengan koefisien korelasi (rs) sebesar 0.614** Kata Kunci: Persepsi mahasiwa; Labelisasi haram; Kepedulian konsumen Abstract: Halal products in Indonesia can be determined from the inclusion of a halal label or company ownership of a halal certificate issued by the Halal Product Guarantee Agency (BPJPH). The purpose of this study is to determine the perceptions of students and find out what factors are associated with student perceptions of halal labeling on local food and beverage products. Selection of research locations using the Purposive method. The method used for determining the sample is the Proportional Cluster Random Sampling method. The study population was 23,845 people and the sample obtained was 100 people. The sample was taken using the Slovin formula. Then the sample was proportioned per faculty at Bengkulu University using the proportional allocation formula. The analysis used to assess perceptions is qualitative analysis by collecting data online based on google form. Meanwhile, to analyze what factors are related using the Rank Spearman correlation method. The results of this study are that student perceptions which include knowledge, understanding, and awareness are in the high category. While cultural factors, personal factors, social factors, and psychological factors have a positive and significant effect on student perceptions of halal labeling on local food and beverage products. However, there are factors that are strongly correlated with student perceptions, namely the personal factor variable with a correlation coefficient (rs) of 0.614**. Abstract

Adoption of digital financial services has the potential to empower women farmers and increase their financial inclusion. This community service provides simple digital financial literacy to women farmer groups (KWT) in Durian Demang Village through socialization, training, and introduction of the SiApik application. The training includes digital money management, online security, digital payments, savings, investments, loans, insurance, as well as fraud prevention and digital budgeting. Participants were enthusiastic because they actively managed household and group finances. However, the digital literacy gap is still a challenge. With the support of appropriate financial products and the right policies, simple digital finance can significantly improve the financial management skills of women farmers.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penilaian konsumen terhadap kualitas produk, citra merek, labelisasi halal, dan pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas konsumen. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah metode survey. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja di Bencoolen Mall. Pengambilan sampel secara tidak sengaja, sebanyak 96 orang konsumen. Data dikumpulkan dengan Google form. Metode SEM PLS digunakan dalam analisis data. Dari hasil penelitian diketahui kualitas produk, citra merek, dan labelisasi halal berturut-turut juga berada dalam kategori berkualitas, baik, dan transparan. Pengaruh langsung yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan labelisasi halal tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen tetapi citra merek berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Kualitas produk tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui kepuasan konsumen, sedangkan citra merek dan labelisasi halal berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap loyalitas konsumen melalui kepuasan konsumen.

Abstract

Data on the percentage of financing distribution to sharia banks in Indonesia in the last 5 years has experienced quite slow growth compared to the percentage of loan distribution by fintech lending which has experienced very significant growth, reaching 2,390.4% from 2018 to February 2023. The literature shows that there are two opposing views regarding the influence of fintech lending on banking. On the one hand, fintech plays an important role in increasing financial inclusion, while on the other hand fintech also has a major impact on the financial services industry. The aim of this research is to examine the influence of fintech lending on financing at Islamic banks in Indonesia and to analyze the impact of fintech lending on Islamic banks in Indonesia. This study uses a quantitative approach. The type of data used is secondary data taken from the official website of the Financial Services Authority (OJK) in the form of statistical data on sharia banks and fintech lending. The number of samples used was 60 financial report data obtained from sample selection through purposive sampling. The data analysis technique uses descriptive statistical analysis with a linear regression analysis model. The results of this research show that 88.9% of fintech lending has an influence on sharia bank financing in Indonesia. In the sense that fintech lending companies exist as complements or complements to sharia banks in providing financial loans to the public, therefore fintech lending can be an opportunity for collaboration for the sharia banking industry in Indonesia. This collaboration can be carried out using several patterns or models, including cooperation through cross-selling schemes, channeling, references, shadow investors, outsourcing platforms and fintech consortiums.

Abstract

Pangan merupakan kebutuhan dasar manusia yang permintaannya meningkat terus seiring bertambahnya jumlah penduduk dan peningkatan kualitas. Dalam konteks pengentasan kemiskinan, ketahanan pangan merupakan faktor kunci bagi pengurangan penduduk miskin sehingga penguatan ketahanan pangan akan berdampak secara signifikan terhadap penurunan kemiskinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kondisi kemiskinan dan ketahanan pangan di Kota Surabaya dan Bengkulu. Kemiskinan dilihat dari garis kemiskinan dan trend persentase jumlah penduduk miskin pada kedua kota tersebut. Sedangkan ketahanan pangan dikaji dari gambaran mengenai pengeluaran rumah tangga, indeks keterjangkauan, indeks pemanfaatan dan indeks ketahanan pangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kota Surabaya memiliki indeks ketahanan pangan lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kota Bengkulu. Kota Surabaya masuk dalam kategori “sangat tahan”, sedangkan kota Bengkulu dengan kategori ketahanan pangan “agak tahan”. Kondisi kemiskinan di kota Bengkulu yang jauh lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kota Surabaya menjadikan pengentasan kemiskinan menjadi program prioritas utama di Provinsi Bengkulu untuk mewujudkan kondisi ketahanan pangan yang tangguh. Food is a basic human need whose demand continues to increase as the population increases and quality improves. In the context of poverty alleviation, food security is a key factor for reducing the poor population so that strengthening food security will have a significant impact on reducing poverty. This research aims to examine the conditions of poverty and food security in the cities of Surabaya and Bengkulu. Poverty is seen from the poverty line and the trend in the percentage of poor people in the two cities. Meanwhile, food security is assessed from a picture of household expenditure, affordability index, utilization index and food security index. The research results show that the city of Surabaya has a higher food security index compared to the city of Bengkulu. The city of Surabaya is in the "very resistant" category, while the city of Bengkulu is in the "somewhat resistant" food security category. The condition of poverty in the city of Bengkulu is much higher compared to the city of Surabaya Poverty alleviation is a top priority program in Bengkulu Province to create strong food security conditions.

Abstract

This study aims to see the development of Bank Muamalat's liquidity ratio in 2015-2018. This type of research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The method used is Trend Analysis with least square method. The data collection technique used in this study is documentation. In this study, researchers used secondary data in the form of annual report Muamalat Bank in 2015-2018. The results showed that the development of Muamalat Bank liquidity for the 2015-2018 period in terms of FDR was 90 %, 95 %, 85 % dan 74 %. The comparison of the real value of FDR and the value of FDR Trends from 2015-2018 is 90%, 95%, 85% and 74% compared to 83.1%, 80.2%, 77.3% and 74.3%. This shows the tendency of trend values that are getting closer to the real value in 2018. Prediction of the value of FDR in 2019-2021 based on the equation Y = 86-2.9 (X) is 71.5%, 68.6% and 65.4%. The trend value shows a decrease in percentage which shows the stronger liquidity of Bank Muamalat in the same time as the composite index
