Abstract

Dalam dunia pendidikan tidak hanya ada kegiatan intrakurikuler tetapi juga ekstrakurikuler. Kegiatan intrakurikuler ini mencakup pengetahuan umum yang mencakup tujuan sesuai kurikulum. Sedangkan ekstrakurikuler sendiri merupakan sebuah kegiatan tambahan yang dilakukan diluar sekolah untuk mengembangkan minat, bakat peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan mentoring rohani islam terhadap karakter religius, hubungan kararakter religius terhadap hasil belajar, yang terakhir  hubungan mentoring rohani islam dan karakter religius terhadap hasil belajara siswa. penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif, dan menganalisis data menggunakan Korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Mentoring rohani Islam memiliki pengaruh terhadap karakter religius karena didalam mentoring mengajarkan tentang nilai-nilai keislaman juga adanya pembinaan karakter seperti sholat berjamaah, tadarus, dan lain-lain. Selain itu, karakter religius juga berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran dan hasil belajar. Kedua faktor tersebut dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar. Pentingnya mentoring rohani islam dalam pembinaan dapat meningkatkan nilai-nilai islam yang hasilnya dapat meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Dengan memberikan motivasi belajar bahwa ilmu itu penting terutama tentang ibadah.  Sehingga antara mentoring rohani islam, karakter religius  dan hasil belajar saling berhubungan erat dan mempengaruhi. AbstractIn the field of education, there are not only curricular activities but also extracurricular activities. Curricular activities encompass general knowledge and align with the objectives outlined in the curriculum. On the other hand, extracurricular activities refer to additional activities conducted outside of regular school hours to develop students' interests and talents. This study aims to analyze the relationship between Islamic spiritual mentoring and religious character, the relationship between religious character and learning outcomes, and finally, the relationship between Islamic spiritual mentoring, religious character, and students' learning outcomes. This research employs a descriptive quantitative approach and uses the Pearson Product Moment Correlation to analyze the data. Islamic spiritual mentoring has a significant influence on religious character, as it instills Islamic values and fosters character development through activities such as congregational prayers, Quran recitation, and others. Additionally, religious character plays a role in enhancing the quality of learning and academic outcomes. Both factors have a substantial impact on learning outcomes. The importance of Islamic spiritual mentoring in character development lies in its ability to strengthen Islamic values, which subsequently improve students' academic performance. This mentoring also provides motivation for learning by emphasizing the significance of knowledge, particularly in the context of worship. Thus, Islamic spiritual mentoring, religious character, and learning outcomes are closely interconnected and mutually influential.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between the intensity of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning and the reduction of bullying behavior at Amanah Ummah Islamic Junior High School. Bullying among teenagers is a serious issue that requires attention in order to create a safe and comfortable learning environment. PAI learning is expected to have a positive impact on students’ social behavior, particularly in reducing bullying. This research uses a quantitative approach with a correlational design, involving 187 students as the sample. Data were collected through questionnaires measuring the intensity of PAI learning and levels of bullying behavior. Pearson correlation analysis showed a significant relationship: the higher the intensity of PAI learning, the lower the incidence of bullying. These findings highlight the importance of effective PAI instruction in shaping students' character and fostering a bullying-free school environment.

Abstract

The importance of coaching in the State Civil Apparatus is because it can spur development in various businesses for each civil servant, as well as the smooth implementation of its work programs to achieve effective targets. The objectives of this study are (1) to Analyze the Religiosity of the State Civil Apparatus in Karanganyar Regency, (2) to analyze the Development of Religiosity of the State Civil Apparatus Nahdlatul Ulama Taklim Council, Muhammadiyah Taklim Council, Nurul Iman Taklim Council in Karanganyar Regency in 2022-2023, (3) Analyzing problems and solving problems of State Civil Apparatus Religiosity Development through the Nahdlatul Ulama Taklim Council, Muhammadiyah Taklim Council, Taklim Nurul Iman Assembly in Karanganyar Regency in 2022-2023. This study used a qualitative descriptive method. The research samples are civil servants actively participating in studies at the Nurul Iman Taklim Council, Muhammadiyah Taklim Council, and Nahdatul Ulama Taklim Council in Karanganyar Regency, Central Java Province, in 2022-2023. Data collection techniques include observation and documentation interviews. Data analysis techniques are collection, reduction, presentation, and conclusions. The conclusions from the results of this study are (1) the religiosity of the State Civil Apparatus in Karanganyar Regency is very good in the dimension of understanding and intellectual dimension; (2) The development of the religiosity of the State Civil Apparatus through the Taklim Council in Karanganyar Regency has been carried out in a structured and systematic manner, so that the civil servants of Karanganyar Regency have a good nature of religiosity, proven in the world of work ASN works responsibly, calmly, professionally and accountably; (3) Problems and problem solving The development of religiosity of the state civil apparatus through the taklim assembly in Karanganyar Regency essentially starts from the problems of civil servants personally carried away when participating in studies, thus making them not concentrated, bored and chatting individually. With the strengthening and deepening of religious knowledge and science carried out by the Taklim Council rhythmically and continuously, these problems can be resolved adequately based on the problems of each of these individuals.
